Ok Hostel Madrid

I am a single woman and felt very good staying here for four nights. The staff goes above and beyond to help you, and I enjoyed the group dinner one night which was a fun way to meet others. The location is also great — it is near everything. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Great vibes, very sociable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The dinners and bar crawls are good. The only things I did not like are that top bunks don’t have a privacy curtain like lower ones. Also, there is nowhere to put your makeup or toiletries. You only have a sink with no table to cabinets to place stuff while doing your makeup.

The staff are incredible; Esteban specifically when I had left my work clothes in a locker he went to great lengths to find it and return it hours after the fact hoping they weren't lost- this type of care not only is the best way to represent yourself as a business, but also as a person. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I loved it. We're in our 50s. We booked a private room, enjoyed the breakfast and tours. Had so much fun meeting travelers from all the world

I want to personally thank Rose and Estephan especially for being the most understanding and compassionate people l've ever met. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank them both for helping me the most. I will remember forever. My stay was turned positive because of them. The hostel is secure, clean, and offers great activities. Great location and the dinners are amazing. Met a lot of people and had a good time overall. I had a wonderful stay at Ok Hostel in Madrid. It is well positioned in the city and I was able to do almost everything I had planned on foot. People and staff were really friendly. I would like to leave a huge shoutout to Édipo. Among the 9 hostels that I stayed at during my backpacking trip across Europe, he was definitely the best. He was helpful and made me feel at home, and this was exactly what I needed as I was just starting my backpacking trip.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Location is great. You are about 15min away from everything. The metro is also nearby, which is a plus. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big enough room not to be crowded by everyone's bags, and luggage beds are comfortable after a long day of seeing the city.

This hostel is a great option. They serve breakfast and dinner. Have a bar crawl every evening. If you’re looking to meet new people this is a great option. The beds are comfortable and the luggage storage is great. Bring your own small lock. The lock I brought was too large.
