My husband bought me Rose Hydrosol as a gift from Okanagan Lavender & Herb Farm and it just arrived. First of all, the package was beautifully and carefully wrapped and packed in completely environmentally-friendly biodegradable packaging. Thank you for that. You can feel the care and attention that goes into their packaging. The first thing that hit us when we opened the package was the lovely scent of lavender from a small tied bundle of lavender on top of the box. A small gift of lip balm was also included, also in a biodegradable container. What a lovely surprise! The Rose Hydrosol is a high quality wonderful product. Okanagan Lavender & Herb Farm has gained my trust! I will be ordering more products from them and telling all my friends about them. We are more than happy and proud to support this wonderful Canadian company. I highly recommend their Rose Hydrosol and I look forward to trying more of their products. Thank you, Okanagan Lavender & Herb Farm! We appreciate everything you are doing.

I’ve been using products from Okanagan Lavender & Herb Farm for years, and they are my favourite for self care and to give as gifts (ask all my friends and family- my grandpa loves the lavender room spray and my mom carries the lip balm with her everywhere!) You can truly feel the care and quality in every product. Since they transitioned to an online store a few years ago, it’s been really easy to order—whether I’m having something shipped or picking it up locally. Everything always arrives quickly and is beautifully packaged. They are very responsive and Andrea is always happy to answer any questions I have about the products. I also really appreciate how thoughtful they are about the environment. Their commitment to sustainability—from how they grow and harvest to how they package and ship—makes supporting them feel even better. It’s clear this is a business rooted in passion, quality, and integrity.

Real eye catching place. The shop smelt amazing with them making essential oils right there. Lots of different products to try and very friendly staff. The garden tour is something special. So much to look at so dont be in a rush and take your time. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a perfect photo or photos for a special function in your life. Make sure to get a tag to add a wish to the wishing tree. Was enjoyable to read what others wrote and to see how far people have come. Great place to come with a group. Will be bringing friends and family next time.

A must visit while in the Okanagan. A little peace of of heaven. I absolutely loved this place, Jean our tour guide and also a gardener and ground keeper was phenomenal. I learned so much about the farm history, about types of lavender and other flowers and herbs and their medicinal and or culinary use. I had only gone to purchase a few items but when I learned there was a tour of the ground i didn’t think twice. well worth the small fee. A wonderful family business that have evolved and change since 1908. Definitely recommend it, bring extra $$ for all their amazing products. Rupy and the other clerks were so wonderful and also very knowledgeable about all the shops products, cannot wait to go home and start using everything!!!!

Lovely smelling farm with knowledgeable and friendly staff. We took the tour for $15. The staff knew about the land and the plants. There was a lot of lavender essential oils to choose from. Make a wish at the wishing tree if you get a chance to go. 👍👍

I visited this place about 10 years ago. Back then, it wasn’t lavender season so I didn’t get to see the fields in full bloom, but I always remembered it and looked forward to coming back someday. This summer, I finally made the trip from Vancouver, driving over four hours and then getting stuck in traffic again in West Kelowna, just to visit this farm. When I arrived, I was shocked to find a sign at the gate saying it is no longer open to the public. There was no clear notice online or on Google Maps to let people know in advance. It was incredibly disappointing to come all this way only to turn around and head straight back into traffic. I really hope the farm can update their information online so that others don’t waste their time like I did. It is such a beautiful place and it’s a pity that visitors don’t even get the chance to enjoy it anymore.

Great little farm. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. During summer seasons you can tour the farm itself, off season you can just visit the main building. They have a lot of offerings from soaps to oils to dried lavander. They also so lemonaid, tea, and ice cream

Yelp
We came here to do the lavender tour and I have to say we had a great time here. We took lots of photos. The tour is about an hour long. At the end, you get to make your own tonner or bath scent etc. The tour cost $15 per person. The tour guide explains the history of the lavender herb farm very well. She is very knowledgeable on what is grown at this farm. There is also a wishing area near the end of the tour. As well you can get souvenir back from this farm. I got a few things and I have to say the Lavender smelled very nice. Products are all made on site so they know what is in their products very well. Love this place and definitely will be back.

Yelp
What a lovely garden! I enjoy walking through farms and gardens, as my husband's family are total green thumbs. This farm was really fun to walk through, as they had a lot to see; there's a maze for the kids, an apothecary garden with medicinal plants, an herb garden, a butterfly garden that our winged friends just flocked to while I was there, and of course, many beautiful specimens of lavender. The air was rich with its perfume. We took the self-guided tour ($9.00/person). A garden lover would need about an hour to see it all. Signs at different parts of the garden explain how to grow lavender, the different species, and what it was used for in traditional medicine. I love the smell of lavender, and I'd say I appreciate it more now because of this stop. The cafe has small pastries, drinks, and snacks, many of which have lavender in them. The lavender jelly preserve is stellar. They also have a gift shop that carries many locally-made products and, of course, lavender products direct from the farm itself. If you enjoy lavender, flower gardens, or are looking for something to do between wine tastings, I recommend this place.

Yelp
I just LOVED our walk through this beautiful garden. The mix of colours, scents and sounds (of lovely buzzing creatures) was the perfect start to my vacation day. And ending our time off with the gift shop (great sales staff, by way!) and a little home-made lavender pastries & tea at their cafe, made our visit just perfect! Thank-you for the lovely time & for having umbrellas on hand to keep us cool in the hot sun!

Yelp
Let's just say I was smelling Lavender for a week! The aromatic Lavender fragrances have somehow lodged itself deep in my nozzle and brain, so I have been walking around accusing everyone and everything of smelling like lovely Lavender. If you are a Lavender enthusiast, then this is where you want to be. Its mid-sized field of Lavenders will fill your inner gardener with glee. The garden itself is a thing of beauty. The Lavender cafe will satisfy your Lavender cravings. The Lavender shop will be your best friend for everything Lavender - oils, teas, scrubs, soaps, etc. Can't have too much Lavender, I say! The lovely girls working around the farm will make you feel right at home. While you are at the cafe, grab a Lavender scone with Lavender jelly and Lavender-infused herbal tea. For dessert, the Lavender ice-cream is well worth a try! Everything in the cafe is made and baked right in their little kitchen on the farm. No matter how you choose to spend your time at this quaint little farm, by the end, your hearts are bound to flutter with Lavender joy!

Yelp
Lavender is one of my favorite smells which is why the Lavender Farm always gets a stop when in town. They sell a range of lavender oils, teas and various paraphernalia you would expect to find. Products are made on site and you can see them being made in the back kitchen. If you are really into gardens, their's looks beautiful but couldn't justify it when rain drops kept falling from the sky on this particular occasion. If I remember right its about $10 for a self guided tour. Sure the quality is excellent but the prices are very high. Are they high? They feel high? Maybe I just don't visit enough lavender farms to know.

Yelp
The farm itself isn't too large but the garden is beautiful. The staff were very kind. We were greeted with a cup of tea and given the option of paying to go into the garden or staying in the balcony to observe the garden from above. We paid to go in and it was worth it to take pictures and to roam around. We were also given a small sample bag of herbs to take home with us. They even offered umbrellas if you're afraid of the sun.

Yelp
If you love flowers this place is a must stop! And if you love lavender like I do, you will be in heaven. The gardens are gorgeous! The store is the place to buy essential oils, tea and dry flowers. I missed the cafe. I think it was closed when I was there, so I will have to come back. Love it!

Yelp
The lavender farm was very pretty even though most of the lavender had been harvested. They tell you that before you pay. The garden is well designed and has a lot to look at, if you love gardens you will enjoy coming here. The thing that struck me odd was all the lavender products seemed to smell like oregano. I love lavender and was excited to buy some of their products but I couldn't get past the smell. I would definitely go back when the lavender is in full bloom and to view the beautiful garden.
