The hotel is exactly next ti Piazza Del Popolo, you have a nice view and a lovely balcony you can sit at,the rooms are so comfortable and clean, you feel relaxed. The receptionist (i think her name is Diana)is a wonderful lovely girl,so nice and sweet, she helps you with everything and understands anything you need. She makes you feel safe.In the breakfast you have some nice things to eat but the coffee machine is amazing. It is the best option in the center of the city to go.It's a MUST.

The hotel is located in a nice position, very close to various tourist attractions. The room is small but good. Overall, it is worth the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely consider living here again if I go to Rome in the future.

Location: fantastic! Perfectly located in the Piazza del Popolo|Check in: easy |Staff: minimal English but friendly and welcoming. The gentleman at the front desk was able to use a translation app to help answer my questions - thank you!|Room: small but comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Comfortable pillows. Very clean. Small bathroom but functional. Wifi worked well. I didn’t access the TV.|Sound: very quiet. |Food: no breakfast provided but they serve complimentary self-serve coffee any time of the day. Great restaurants right in the same small street and lots within a few minutes walking distance.

Brilliant location, beside Piazza de Popola, and very central location to the Vatican and all the popular tourist attractions. Very comfortable room, and very quiet. Our room was at the top of the building so lots of excerise up and down the stairs but there is a small lift. There 2 lovely resturants right on the street, where we had dinner 2 nights .

Good location in the city. Sadly a bit noisy being at the front of the building but also as we could very clearly hear the TV from the neighbouring room on very late. Cheap & Cheerful. (Rooms could do with a little TLC) Helpful, friendly staff.

Great location, 12 minute walk to Trevi fountain, 35 mins to St. Peter's|Good ~ Customer Service|Clean and appealing appearance|Coffee & cookies available 24/7, great coffee||Accessibility: There are stairs to access the elevator, stairs to access the room balcony, stairs to access the bathroom.|Expensive: after exchange rate, almost $200 CAD /night|Bed: memory foam that remembered the last 100 guests, please replace|Bathroom: shower provides good temperature, good pressure, had to jerry-rig the shower head to keep it in an elevated position.||Visited 21-23 Oct 2024, we arrived early, around 11am and found that our rooms were available and we didn't have to wait for the 2pm check in. If they had not been ready, it was possible to leave our luggage there and come back later. The place looks nice, statues and the like, clean. The attendant was present at front desk when we arrived, so there was no trouble checking in. However, if you arrive and the door is locked because the attendant is upstairs cleaning a room, or if you arrive after hours, I'm not sure what the protocol would be to gain access to the building. ||Our room looked small and cute, well decorated with roman artifacts and a balcony that looked out onto the street. Our room safe was locked in the open position, I asked for that to be remedied, but it was not, we stored our passports in our friends room next door.||The bathroom was small, if I was any fatter, I could see problems maneuvering. Didn't like the bed, aged memory foam. Our friends occupied the room next door, they said their bed was too firm, I would have preferred that bed I think.||The elevator is necessary, the stairs are many and narrow, it would be difficult to carry luggage up those stairs. At one point the elevator did not work and for a while we had to traverse the stairwell up & down.||Overall I like the place, it could have been a little better. I've been in worse.

Rooms were pretty clean and being cleaned every day. Sheets were changed daily. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Its 15 min / 800m walk from the vatican airport shuttle bus stop. Room was relatively warm however windows were not isolated well enough. And the building itself is little bit old, might be prone to earthquakes.

They were not responsive, when we arrived the room didn't have hot water, we contacted them a couple of times and we hadn't got a good response. The AC in the room was so noisy and non efficient. At the check-out time, I saw 2 larves on the wall, which I hope they were not bedbugs or any other bad insects. The location of the property is good though, you can walk to famous places.
