"Cheap and Cheerful Brunch in Leslieville While most places in Toronto charge on average $13 pre-tax for that most important meal of the day, Okay Okay charges under $10 for the majority of its brunch items. In a retro-diner setting and a expansive street-side patio, you can get buttermilk pancakes for $6.99, and 2 eggs any style with a choice of a side for $5.99. It's cheap. It's cheerful. It's what Leslieville was and I hope good value establishments like this remain in this neighbourhood as it continues to gentrify."

A good place to stop in for some classic diner food. The place is a little run down, and their menu is a outdated - we tried to order the challah French toast and the server let us know that they haven’t made it since the pandemic. What they call rye bread I would argue is more of an artisan white bread, but it was good bread either way. All that being said, the food was good and served hot, and a reasonable price.

3.5 stars for a local diner. This place looks like it's been in the neighborhood for a long time. Lots of local diners, decor needs a little update. A good place for quick breakfast or brunch. Service was good, but the food was just ok. My eggs benni were overcooked sitting on the smoked salmon actually cooked the salmon a bit. No complaints, support local restaurants.

Not Okay diner. I am not sure if they run with more staff than today, but service was very slow, was not personable and the food was sub-par. The coffee was good, but the creamer curdled in it and was off putting. The eggs were okay- but we’re obviously cooked on a flat top that needs a scrub. The hasbrown was quite similar to McDoanlds and was not made in-house. The toast was burnt on the edges… His omelette was unevenly cooked and had thick areas that were gooey and thin parts that were over cooked. The eggs weren’t blended either. Apparently the cheese was gooey and perfect. There are plenty of other options for breakfast in the city and I’d advise you go to any of them before this less-than-okay diner.

What a sweet diner. Love the minute we walk in we are greeted with a friendly hello and wanna coffee? I drink decaf and they immediately put in a pot. It’s a tiny spot so seating is limited. The old fashioned diner is alive and well. The menu is huge so decision making isn’t easy. I love that they make their own hollandaise and bearnaise for the eggs. Omelettes are classic diner and good. Next up will be lunch and a burger.

Breakfast was…. Okay. I ordered blueberry buttermilk pancakes (3), a side of sausage links (4), and coffee with cream for pickup. My total was $22.36. Cons: my bottom pancake was burnt 😣; had to go back in to request the butter and syrup for the pancakes; sausages were dripping in grease; no cream pots for coffee Pros: Jennifer’s service was friendly and responsive, she even stepped out in the rain to hold open the door for me (thank you, Jennifer 😊); real old school diner feel, coffee tasted fresh and good. All in all it was okay!

Cute little diner with great food and very friendly service. We walked by and had breakfast here the food was excellent and just the right portion. Love it! The patio is nicely shaded and partitioned with a line of plants. We had an overall pleasant visit!

The best breakfast experience I've had in. Long time. Been craving an egg and bacon sandwich for a long time. Family run, they take the time to chat and joke. Can't wait for summer to sit outside on the patio and try more items on the menu.

Great place for breakfast. Nothing fancy and very reasonably priced. Ok Ok Diner is a-Ok. Family run and well liked in the community. Thanks for a lovely breakfast!
