Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel

Excellent, all about excellence, second year we've been here and we booked again for next year, 3rd in a row :) !|Very clean, nice hotel, the location is amazing, happy and helpful staff, great service, amazing tasty food, beach, pool, everything was great. Angelo and all his team , especially Georgios, Maria, Bensu, Andri, the guy from the bar in the evening ( I can't remember his name, sorry), the girls from reception, Mihaela, Alexandra, these people really made us feel as part of the family, made us feel like home from the first day. The management team is great as well!|A big thank you for an amazing holiday ! See you again in 2026!

Spent my birthday week here and came home yesterday, April 20th 25. Had the most amazing, restful week. Such a lovely little hotel, the lovely staff made everything perfect. Myself and my husband were made to feel very special by all. Such a lovely surprise on my birthday too to come down to breakfast and there be Bubbly, Cake and singing haha. This hotel is in a perfect position right on the beach, tucked away right near the harbour. The rooms were spotless, bed super comfy, food amazing. We enjoyed the Easter bbq too. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would 100% come back. Thank you to the ladies on reception, always so helpful, the ladies who cleaned our room were fab and the dining area and bar area staff I cannot give enough praise too. They all couldn't have been more kind and all seemed to be so happy in their work. Thank you Angelos, Costos ( fab Tia Maria coffees) Georgios, Nazim, Andri, Lalit and anyone else who's name I didn't catch. I cried when I left but that was just because we'd had the most loveliest of holidays.

I’m currently staying here for the third time, and it was an exceptional experience the first 2yimes with my family that i decided to bring my friend to celebrate us turning 18 recently ..The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.|The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view . The bed was comfortable, and amenities like the Wi-Fi, minibar, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining the room’s cleanliness daily.. The food offered a variety of delicious dishes, and breakfast included a generous buffet with fresh fruits, pastries, and hot options.|Location-wise, it’s ideal — close to popular attractions yet tucked away enough for some peace and quiet aswell as next to a. beautiful beach . I would highly recommendto anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a beautiful setting.|will definitely stay here again!

This not really a 4 star, it’s a solid 3 star with the prices of a 4 star. It’s also not a boutique hotel at all. The only elements of design is a small lobby sitting area. The rest is just standard , cheap furniture . Staff is very friendly and helpful . Rooms are not clean enough and quite old . Breakfast has a good variety but low quality-again, not boutique . Just industrial products, hardly any fresh fruit (just apples and bananas in a country that has amazing local seasonal fruit in the summer) Very few hotel owned sunbeds on the beach . The beach right in front has rocks but is quite nice -if you walk a bit further you can enter the water without rocks . Location is good, lots of restaurants nearby. Would not come again though.

The location of hotel is amazing, it's close to the beach and there's a short walk to Ayia Napa center. It's relaxing to hear the sound of the sea in the morning while drinking morning coffee on the balcony.|Noise from the neighbors in the evenings is a problem, the music is really loud. The hotel itself is quiet and there was no noise from the neighboring room.|I had the superior room with seaview. It was in the first floor but there was nice view. The biggest disappointment was the room with plastic garden furniture. It was a complete turn off for a boutique hotel where I would have expected a more personal style.|Breakfast was ordinary and the same every morning, especially smoothies which were missing.|The breakfast opening hours were too short, until 10 am. On vacation I like to sleep and having a quiet morning without rush. I had half board, dinner was good and varied. |Pool area was nice and there was available towels. Some sunbeds were reserved right away in the morning 7 am with a towel which is annoying. There was the gym downstairs but equipments were old and needed updating. |Room was cleaned every day but sometimes they not brought more coffee. There was black mold on the bathroom wall and dirt on the floor tiles. Otherwise the hotel's facilities were clean.|The staff was friendly and helpful, they did their best to make the guests stay comfortable. I can recommend this hotel as a good choice for a relaxing beach holiday.

It was in excellent location - the staff was VERY friendly. a special thank to Mihaela who is the best receptionist I have seen in my life!!! The hotel was close to the port, close the city center and a good beach right 1 minute walk from the hotel. The food was DELICIOUS - better not possible. Very easy to get fat:)

Fantastic hotel. Checking in was brought a drink of our choice from the bar, nice touch never had that when checking in. ||Room was fabulous we did upgrade room before traveling and was well worth it. Sea view overlooking the pool. Loved the shower with the side jets.||Food, we stayed AI, all meals where buffet style, everyday something different and always something for everyone. ||Spent a lot of the time around the pool, but would go down onto the beach. Hotel do have there own beds on the beach exclusive for guests but we felt more comfortable safely leaving all our items around the pool beds and walking down to the beach. Pool bar for the endless supply of drinks we had was perfect. Think we became the 2 small beers couple. 🤣||All the staff are so friendly and always have a smile. From the room cleaners, servers, bar staff , reception girl, they all take there time and have a chat. Staff are a credit to the hotel. Defo one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed at. Make you so welcome. ||My 1st time to Cyprus and what a fantastic impression okeanas has left for me. Love it. ||Location is perfect on the beach, hotel is peaceful but if you want the loudness ayia napa has to offer its a short stroll away. Close enough to get amongst it, but far enough to not even know it's there. ||It was my partners 50th and they left him a bottle of bubbly in the room totally unexpected so such a nice surprise.

This is a maximum 3 star hotel with a good location. ||The hotel is located right on the Ayia Napa beach harbor. It is close to the center of the village, to the beach and the harbor. You have taxi stations, shops and lots of tavernas nearby. ||The lobby and hanging around area is nice and the bar is also cute. ||The rooms (we got a Double Superior with side sea view) are outdated and the cleanliness is an issue. The floor was full of sand and hair when we checked in. The walls are full of stains and marks. In the bathroom there are scale signs everywhere. |The AC unit in the room is making a horrible noise. We used a decibel meter and it is making 50bds which is like using a vacuum cleaner. Try sleeping with this! Good luck!||The restaurant has very limited selections. The food itself is good but there is very little which you can choose from. And there is no fruit which you can choose from. The was no watermelon, cantaloupe, kiwi, bananas, nectarine or peach, only some apple and some fruit mix with syrup. Very bad. ||Too bad because we were looking forward for this vacation. And we had high hopes for Okeanos.
