While my stay at this hostel had some positive aspects, particularly the kindness of the cleaning staff who were consistently warm and helpful, my overall experience was far from satisfactory.
Communication was a major issue. Despite multiple attempts to reach the hostel through WhatsApp, email, and even in person, there was a clear lack of responsiveness. This was especially evident when I approached one of the reception staff, a man with a ponytail, who displayed an unprofessional level of indifference. He barely acknowledged my concerns and his attitude came across as both dismissive and arrogant. This kind of behavior from front-desk staff is unacceptable, as it sets the tone for guests’ overall impression of the hostel.
Although the hostel was clean and adequately equipped, these positive points were overshadowed by the unfriendly and indifferent attitude of some of the staff. Good service goes beyond facilities—it requires a level of care and attention to guest concerns that was unfortunately lacking here.
Additionally, it’s worth noting that the hostel has a significant number of negative reviews, which appear to be ignored. The absence of any response from management suggests a lack of interest in addressing issues or improving the guest experience, which is quite telling.
In summary, while the hostel meets expectations in terms of cleanliness, the poor communication and indifferent service make it difficult to recommend.
