Lovely hotel. Rooms are a little compact. There is no real space for your cases. The bathroom is an open view, so not to everyone's taste. Mixed messages about the terrace above we were told on check-in it was a home from home we were allowed to being our own food to eat up there and drink. The first night, we did and had no problems. Second night, we were told no, we couldn't drink our own alcohol and the third, they said no soft drinks either. So we didn't bother going again. Awful attitude from the lady in the restaurant who was constantly mumbling at us and making funny comments. We found her quite rude, so that was another reason we didn't go on the terrace again. In total contrast to her, Oliver, on reception, is the most charming and helpful guy. He is just so lovely. It's a great location for the train and the city. Its a shame about the druggies and drunks outside most of the day and night shouting and selling drugs openly, but suppose that's the crowd outside a train station. Police didn't seem to care about them being there either. I found it quite a pleasant place just put off by the woman's negative towards us.

The AC in our room barely worked and wasn’t making our room cold. I called and complained about this several times and all I was given was a fan. They said the technician would come to our room but nothing was ever fixed. The nights were very hot. Also, our bathroom sink wouldn’t drain water and we had to wait until the next day to get it fixed. The sink was almost overflowing with water. In addition, my sister and I went up to the common area to have a glass of wine that we brought ourselves before dinner. We decided to stay inside in the AC because it was very hot out on the rooftop. The waitress came over and kicked us out, saying we weren’t allowed to bring in outside food/drink. Considering this was the only indoor common space, we should be allowed to bring in our own drink if we need AC. Also, the leather from the couch in our room was completely ripped. The rooms are small and it would be nice to offer a space where you can put/open up your luggage. Convenient location next to the train station.

Nice and comfortable hotel, conveniently located two steps away from the train station and a few hundred meters from the film festival/congress centre and the beach. Helpful staff and impeccable service. Tasty and healthy food on the nice top floor/terrace.

I stayed in this hotel in Nice many times but this time i stayed in Cannes. I enjoyed it so much. Very well soundproof room, nice, comfortable. What is very important for me - very soft pillows in both hotels. Very comfortable! The only thing its more suitable for one person because the bathroom doesnt have much privacy. But i knew that before, its hotel's specifics. As i stayed alone it wasnt problem at all. Need to mention that staff is very friendly and very welcoming. In each floor you can find water machine, you can drink tea or coffee any time and they have an aperitiff, which is a small thing but makes your stay more welcoming. The location is perfect. In general i like this hotel and its definetely not a last time there!

I am extremely upset by the rude and dismissive attitude of the man at reception at OKKO Hotel in Cannes on Monday, 7th of April, at around 1 Pm 2025! ||||I had just enjoyed a wonderful stay at a nearby 5-star hotel. The weather in Cannes was beautiful, and I decided to extend my holiday. Unfortunately, my original hotel was fully booked for the rest of the week due to a major conference. That’s when I came across OKKO Hotel and decided to inquire about availability.||||I approached the reception and politely asked if I could view a room before making a booking. The man at the front desk abruptly told me that it wasn’t possible and claimed there was no staff available to assist, even though I could clearly see other staff members present.||||What shocked me even more was his attitude—he looked at me with such contempt, as though I didn’t belong there. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it. I then asked to speak to his manager, and again he refused.||||I’ve travelled all over the world, and I’ve never been treated with such blatant disrespect. It was deeply upsetting and frankly disgraceful. I was left feeling ignored, belittled, and extremely hurt.||||Given the complete lack of professionalism and courtesy shown, I am left with no other explanation than to believe his behavior was racially motivated.||||There was no queue at the time, and the reception area was clearly quiet—there was absolutely no excuse for this kind of treatment.||||I sincerely hope that this complaint is taken seriously. No one should ever be made to feel the way I was that day.

This hotel is simple in design but wonderfully comfortable. I was here for work and didn’t spend much time in the room, but its unbeatable location made everything so convenient. Being just a 2-minute walk from the train station made catching trains to/from the Nice Airport and other destinations, including the highspeed train to Paris, a breeze. While the bathroom design wasn’t my favorite, the room itself was cozy, and the daily breakfast was a perfect way to start each day—nourishing and convenient. What truly stood out was the staff. Elyse and Sonia were incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile, even accommodating my request to adjust checkout time. The breakfast attendants were equally warm and welcoming, making mornings feel homey. If you’re looking for a great base to explore Cannes and the surrounding towns in the South of France, this hotel is lovely. I would recommend!

The hotel was spot on perfect, loved the location, roof top, 24h access to coffee and snacks, great value. Rooms are lovely and clean, and bed was a dream for my back. Thank you!

Great hotel, gym, roof top bar. Next to the station. Not far to walk in Cannes. Staff super accomodating and dog friendly hotel!
