Lovely hotel. Rooms are a little compact. There is no real space for your cases. The bathroom is an open view, so not to everyone's taste. Mixed messages about the terrace above we were told on check-in it was a home from home we were allowed to being our own food to eat up there and drink. The first night, we did and had no problems. Second night, we were told no, we couldn't drink our own alcohol and the third, they said no soft drinks either. So we didn't bother going again. Awful attitude from the lady in the restaurant who was constantly mumbling at us and making funny comments. We found her quite rude, so that was another reason we didn't go on the terrace again. In total contrast to her, Oliver, on reception, is the most charming and helpful guy. He is just so lovely. It's a great location for the train and the city. Its a shame about the druggies and drunks outside most of the day and night shouting and selling drugs openly, but suppose that's the crowd outside a train station. Police didn't seem to care about them being there either. I found it quite a pleasant place just put off by the woman's negative towards us.

All the pillows available were too soft. The shower was very low, you could almost hit your head in it, it wasn't the best, the water pressure was low. The air conditioning didn't work, which wasn't a big problem for me because it wasn't hot in late August, but it is a fact! There was also no soundproofing on the walls. I woke up to a car horn on the street. The room itself is extremely small, also they never refilled my coffee capsules.

Great location..rooms are weird...small and you can see into the bathroom! But overall a nice hotel. Excellent brekkie and great roof top.

Everything was perfect, the rooms are little bit small but new and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect location around train station, taxi, shops.

I would never visit this hotel again because the rooms are very small and there are no minibars in the room or cupboards and the toilet walls are made by glass and you can see the person inside the bathroom except if they are sitting down on the toilet… which is extremely unpleasant and give you a feeling of no intimacy at all ||The toilet door was not a proper door… you can not close it 100% so if you wato use the WC for a bigger purpose…. is extremely uncomfortable

Excellent hotel with very friendly, caring and helpful staff. Rooms are very small though, but clean and well stocked.

I stayed here for business. The location was very convenient, especially when taking taxis or being picked up by car. The shared space on the sixth floor was very practical and excellent.

The AC in our room barely worked and wasn’t making our room cold. I called and complained about this several times and all I was given was a fan. They said the technician would come to our room but nothing was ever fixed. The nights were very hot. Also, our bathroom sink wouldn’t drain water and we had to wait until the next day to get it fixed. The sink was almost overflowing with water. In addition, my sister and I went up to the common area to have a glass of wine that we brought ourselves before dinner. We decided to stay inside in the AC because it was very hot out on the rooftop. The waitress came over and kicked us out, saying we weren’t allowed to bring in outside food/drink. Considering this was the only indoor common space, we should be allowed to bring in our own drink if we need AC. Also, the leather from the couch in our room was completely ripped. The rooms are small and it would be nice to offer a space where you can put/open up your luggage. Convenient location next to the train station.
