I can’t stress this enough of how much the service of the staff here is good So welcoming and nice There is a club on the first floor with complimentary coffee machines snacks and soft drinks. Happy hour with good prices. The rooms are nice, cozy and well maintained Special thanks to Lena for the warm hospitality Very recommended

There was much noise in the hotel (all the night) and the walls are not insulated and you can hear everything from other rooms. In addition, there was an alarm around 1 a.m. that woke me up and so we had to leave the hotel for several minutes. I didn’t notice any issue, maybe just malfunctioning alarm or I don’t know. The hotel didn’t provide any explanation.

Good hotel and location. Lots of supermarket around. It's a basic hotel. No water boiler and fridge in the room. Bathroom arrangement on the weirder side as you access the shower then the sink. No iron in the room is a bit troublesome for business traveller. Good part is they have water dispenser on every floor, Breakfast is decent. Drinks and snacks available 24/7. Nice touch but I dont use it. Room is basic but still comfortable. Housekeeping service can be better. They just tried to open the door when I was in the room. Luckily I locked the door.

Overall, it was a good stay, but the window insulation could be improved. On the first night, a banging noise from the street kept me from sleeping, though fortunately it didn’t happen again afterwards. The room is modern, with a somewhat unusual layout: you have to go through the shower to reach the toilet or the sink, which is not very convenient, especially when the floor is wet. Positive points: excellent location, comfortable bed, coffee machine in the room, and a warm welcome.

We've stayed at Okko several times and it's always brilliant. Friendly staff, comfortable and contemporary rooms and great breakfast. The club area with free drinks and snacks is a really great concept too

Excellent service with helpful staff, Few items on menu, but food is tasty. Small rooms. Availability of snacks at any time is a big plus. Great for short stays for work.

The hotel is clean. I took the most expensive room. It was large but not well designed. Still, it was comfortable for the time I was there. It was ~ 7 minutes from the tram I needed. One receptionist was really kind and helpful. The rest were average and did not care much. What causes the low rating is the fact that I got there an hour before the official check in time and was charged 30 euros for early check in. After a cross Atlantic night flight and an hour and 15 minutes bus ride, I was too exhausted to protest, and paid. I think this is not a decent way to make money and not something that encourages a repeat visit. Apparently, to avoid it, you need to book the room directly from them and we booked it through AMEX travel services. Who knew. But it doesn’t change the fact.
