OKKO Hotels Lille Centre

This hotel is a gem! Location- 12-15mins walk from Lille Train Station. A few minutes from Grand Place.Surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes. Really good location. Room and facilities- The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated. We had a 8month baby and they provided us with a cot, bath and changing mat! The gym is eco friendly, could do with some more equipment and maybe a little bigger, but does the job ultimately. The lounge area has 24/7 drinks and snacks included. Water stations to refill your bottles too. This was such a bonus because we were a group of 11, so we could meet in the lounge, play games and have a nibble. I didn't catch the name of the man (I think Melvin) who is always in the lounge/bar, he was really helpful and even brought out some snacks for us- cheese board, crudités ect. Staff All the staff - reception, cleaning and lounge staff were really friendly and go above and beyond! I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

FANTASTIC CONCEPT... WISH IT WAS EVERYWHERE! What a pleasant surprise this hotel was. I walked here from the train station and, upon arrival, the outside in no way prepares you for the excellence inside. This is such a well-thought out concept, with no space wasted but luxury for all that. With many eco-friendly touches - from the compostable coffee pods to the water stations on each floor to refill your bottles - accompanied by information so you know that you are doing good staying here. They even donate €2 each day that you decline room service. There is a drop-down work desk, luggage rack, USB ports in the bedside tables, wardrobe, espresso machine with pods, free WiFi and TV. The bed & bedding are insanely good and 100% natural fibres! The shower was a cracker, too with a lovely rain-shower head. The toiletries were lovely and eco-friendly while the towels were soft and lush. Breakfast is available in The Club off the lobby, where you can work and socialise while enjoying complimentary snacks and drinks all day. I only stayed two nights but now that I know they exist, I’ll be staying in their properties in the future. While the brand is currently in France only, I hope they expand their territory soon.

Lovely hotel that is centrally located in Lille. I enjoyed the 24 hour lounge that had drinks and snacks available and water dispensers are available in the hallways of each floor. The room has a Nespresso machine and a medium sized safe. I also liked the free aperitif in the early evening as a way to encourage people to enjoy the lounge and share a comfortable space with other hotel guests. The rooms are well designed and modern. The only caveat is that the shower door is clear and facing the bed so this might be a concern for people travelling together who need more privacy. Other than that, I found the hotel to be excellent. I would stay there again.

Traveling as a group of ten—plus a baby—can be challenging, but this hotel made everything seamless, comfortable, and genuinely delightful. Rooms We stayed in double standard rooms that were impeccably clean and beautifully designed. The layout was thoughtful and functional, making the space feel both cozy and luxurious. Every detail felt intentional, and it was clear the hotel prioritizes comfort and style. Lounge Perks Although our group hadn’t booked a formal dining package, the lounge felt like an all-inclusive experience. There was an impressive spread available throughout the day—snacks, hot and cold drinks, sweet treats like mini waffles and pancakes, and fresh crudités. We were never hungry or thirsty, and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere made it a favorite spot for everyone in our group. Exceptional Staff The service was outstanding. Melbin was in touch with my sister even before our arrival, ensuring every detail was perfect for our group. Perny, who seemed to be everywhere at once in the lounge, was a constant source of warmth and hospitality—checking in on us, offering local tips, and making sure we had everything we needed. Location The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in the center of Lille and within walking distance of all the major attractions, shops, and restaurants. Whether you're sightseeing or just strolling through the city, everything is conveniently close. Overall Okko Hotel Lille exceeded every expectation. The atmosphere, the service, the amenities—it all came together to create a truly memorable stay. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending it to friends. If you're heading to Lille, this is the place to be.

We had a decent stay at Hotel Okko despite the fire alarm going off twice on our second night - at midnight and 5am. Reception told us that someone had been smoking in their room but it would have been good to have had some follow up - a free breakfast or something to compensate for the inconvenience.||The hotel itself was pretty good. Contemporary rooms, a little small but good value for what we paid. Location is great - Lille is a brilliant city for wandering around and the Okko is very central.||Service was OK if a little impersonal.

Very clean and modern hotel. Room was small but the communal area was fantastic and would come back just for that! Free snacks and hot drinks provided. Staff friendly and welcoming!

We stayed at the Okko so we could go to the Xmas markets in Lille. Not stayed in one before and it had everything we needed. The location was great for everything, central attractions and all of the stations. 15 minute walk from the Eurostar and 10 mins from Flandres where you can get the train to Belgium and all sorts! ||Giving a 4 as we didn’t have breakfast included, was quite pricey!

great experience from beginning to end. all the staff, from reception to room cleaning, were really helpful, positive and welcoming. The room was just what we needed and the facilities were high quality. We also appreciate the hotel's sustainability activities.
