Wonderful hotel with excellent service! Our staying was pleasant and comfortable. I liked the opportunity to relax in sauna after working out! I'd like to say thanks again to Natalia. She was very attentive and sociable! She helped to choose amazing sightseeings connected with our hobbies. It's really heartwarming to get such attitude.

Best choice we made. There is absolutely no need to stay in town when there is so much to offer here. The price is reasonable and occasionally you can get seasonal promotions from their official site which offers huge discounts. We stayed here 3 times, each time a few days within two months, using it as a convenient stop getting in and out of Tuscany and Corsica.|The location is very convenient, only 1 or 2 tramway stops from Nice airport depending on the terminal you use, and it is free up to the stop in Arenas where the hotel is. If you need to go to town, two different tramway lines can take you there in around 20 minutes. Otherwise this area is very calm with basically only hotels and offices.|Restaurants around here could be a bit of a problem as most of them close early. We tried Lettuce and Co. (very expensive for what you get) and L'Etna (which obviously fed me a rotten steak tartare that sent me to a dismal diarrhea drama). However, the hotel offers very decent lunch and dinner at reasonable prices so one could definitely consider not dining out. The dining area is also open whole day for free detox drinks, coffee, tea, fruits and some snacks. This is on top of the breakfast and happy hour they offer but at a charge. The concept of keeping such an area open all day is excellent.|Room could be a bit small but everything we need is there. No fridge but there is a coffee machine (no need really as the coffee machine in the dining area offers more options) and a good-sized safety deposit box.|Staff here are all very friendly and helpful. Special commendation to Shine who carried a smile to his job and made us feel very welcome.|

I had such a wonderful stay - the location is convenient (especially from the airport: 2 stops on the train) and I was so warmly greeted by Natalia and Melaine. The rooms were clean and bright, very sustainably curated, with water dispensers on each floor. The vibes are also so peaceful and I was very comfortable. I have the utmost praise for this place and I will be looking forward to staying here again in future.

The hotel impressed us with its cozy atmosphere, spotless cleanliness, and very stylish, comfortable rooms — everything is thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home. A special thank you to the receptionist Natalia — incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring! From the very first moment, it was clear that guests are truly valued here. Natalia, you made our stay especially warm and welcoming — thank you! 😊 I also have to highlight the Club, which is available to guests all day — what a gem! Free snacks, refreshing drinks, great coffee, and a relaxing space — perfect for a break between activities or after a walk. The location is excellent: just a few minutes from the airport, yet peaceful and quiet. It’s also easy to get to Nice city center and the beach. And the breakfasts — simply delicious! Fresh ingredients, tasty pastries, healthy options, and a lovely morning atmosphere with nice background music. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at the Okko hotel. The rooms are modern, the bed comfortable and there is no noise despite being close to the airport. While it is an airport hotel, I would totally recommend it for a stay at the Nice area. The local train stop is just opposite which brings you to wonderful beaches and towns on the coast. It is very well connected to Nice town center by tram and bus but still cheaper than staying downtown.

The location was great. We took the Yellow B train from the airport to Grand Arenas stop and were able to walk a couple blocks to the hotel. The hotel is beautiful with a Japanese feel. Very clean line and minimalist. The rooms are small but enough space for 2 people and 4 small/medium sized luggage. Especially if you’re not spending a lot of time in the room. There are water stations on each level which is nice. The last hotel was 5 euros for a bottle. We really enjoyed the 24 hour rooftop bar and kitchen area (fully stocked with complimentary snacks and non alcoholic drinks). The assistant manager was so nice and welcoming. The gym is small but has good equipment for a light workout with an awesome sauna. The beds were comfy and enough space for average 2 adults. Would absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Nice. Close to everything but far enough not to be directly in the mix of everything. Also, the breakfast was nice offering a variety (crepes, eggs, meats and more.)

A wonderful hotel with cozy and comfortable rooms. The location is very convenient, just a short distance from the airport. For those traveling with children, there’s a lovely mini zoo nearby — my kids were absolutely thrilled! Natalia at the reception was so kind and friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed. Great value for money. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Excellent stay near the airport – clean, quiet, and comfortable! I had a wonderful stay at OKKO hotel in Nice. Its location is extremely convenient, just a few minutes from the airport and very close to bus and tram stops, making it easy to get around the city. The room was spotless, with excellent soundproofing that ensured a peaceful night’s sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. Breakfast was of high quality, with a good variety and fresh ingredients. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice! Last but not least, personnel was amazingly helpful and friendly for everything that we asked!
