With a last minute stop in Paris, the OKKO offers a great location, modern amenities including a gym and sauna. In addition, great common space with tea, coffee and light food options. This is an oasis as it’s quiet and offers a separation from the busy traffic of the train stations. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms clean and larger space than most Paris hotels. Stay here for a night or a few days. We will certainly be back!

Loved my experience. The hotel is so clean and great quality. Loved the gym, sauna, snacks, lounge were pristine and comfortable to use. We arrived from London via the chunnel and it was such an easy walk over to the hotel at Gare de Est. Could not be happier.

I absolutely loved my stay at Okko Hotel! 🩵 The location is just perfect — right next to the metro and train station, making it super easy to get anywhere in the city. The hotel is spotlessly clean and offers amazing facilities. If you happen to forget your toothbrush or razor at home, no worries — they’ve got everything you might need. And if you come back late and haven’t managed to grab dinner, there are always snacks available at the bar area and a coffee/tea machine working 24/7, which I found so thoughtful! And they have a great breakfast 🔥 The staff are incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything you might need. I would happily come back to this hotel anytime — it truly made my stay wonderful! 🌿✨

We stayed at Okko Hotel near the train station and were absolutely blown away by the quality, thoughtfulness, and care that went into every detail — especially the breakfast. It truly felt like it was designed for our family. Where else would you find a chilled yogurt dispenser with organic, plain, no-sugar-added living yogurt? My husband even said it was as though the breakfast was made just for us! The tea selection was outstanding — Palais des Thés with cloth tea bags, not plastic, which makes all the difference in taste and health. There were fresh green salads, vegetables, and fruits, alongside an amazing variety of breakfast options — eggs in three ways (hard-boil yourself, scrambled, or omelette), fresh artisanal bread, cereals, and more. Two programmable machines provided perfect coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and hot water — everything spotless and easy to use. Honestly, the breakfast alone made the stay worth it. The room was just as exceptional — newly remodeled with beautiful hardwood floors, Grohe shower controls (separate temperature and volume knobs!), and organic, plant-based shampoos and soaps. Everything was immaculately clean, modern yet cozy, and so intelligently designed — compact and spacious at the same time. We loved the separate sink in the toilet room (so two sinks total!), beautiful wooden art by each room number, and the chilled filtered water dispensers in the common areas — all signs of a hotel that truly thinks about comfort, sustainability, and guest well-being. The bed and furniture were modern and extremely comfortable, lighting excellent, and dark curtains ensured pitch-black sleep. The organic-quality towels and linens felt luxurious yet simple, and the hotel’s policy of providing bath toiletries only upon request shows their genuine commitment to reducing waste. The atmosphere throughout was bright, light-filled, and spacious, yet peaceful and quiet for sleeping — a true urban sanctuary. In every way, Okko Hotel exceeded expectations. It’s rare to find a place that balances design, comfort, cleanliness, sustainability, and nourishment so perfectly. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it wholeheartedly — especially to anyone who values real food, thoughtful design, and a sense of care in every detail.

Google
We had an amazing stay at OKKO Hotels Paris Gare de lE’st. The room is very clean, and spacious enough for 2 large luggage to open. There is a station to refill your drinking water on each level. The staff are also very hospitable and helpful whenever we have questions.

I came here for the second time because i loved this hotel. Now i am just disapointed and will never come here again. As guest you use to have snacks included, every day you could join the living room eating anti-pasti, cheese, meat, breads, juices and nice ambiente. Now it don't exist anymore. I asked they say that was the old concept. Thanks to the service person who felt it and then gave a small snack to say sorry. Anyway for a 4star hotel totally bad. No refrigerator in the room, room so small and expensive that it doesnt balance out with what i got in return. Just to say its a good location does not justify all that. I dont know what happend but this hotel lost the charme, the good vibe and i guess what it use to stand for. My resoect goes to the workers there. They are good

Location was perfect. It's around a 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord which has all the Metro and RER lines needed to really navigate around Paris for most tourist attactions. ||I have seen some remarks about people feeling unsafe or loitering, but I am not sure if this is just a perception thing. The location has Indian, Muslim and Jamacian bars, sweet shops and resturants around it. We personally didn't feel unsafe, everything was well lit, we were literally moments aware from a shop or a bar etc. ||We had booked as a package deal from Eurostar, a couple of things to be aware of is that the City Tax is paid upon reaching the hotel. This for two people came to around 50 euros. I didn't know much about this tax so it was a surprise, but I understood it. |Also, they ask for a credit card (you don't have to pay on the credit card) and I am greatful I brought mine with me as I typically only have for emergencies and was going to leave it at home. So make sure you have credit card with you. ||Hotel was fantastic, as was the staff. Didn't know this at the time, but the check in is at 2pm. But, as we arrived at 11am in Gare du Nord the hotel staff were happy to take our luggage in and gave us tickets that we could exchange for later on that day. We went and got some lunch and explored Paris and came back around 2:30pm ||We exchanged tickets, gave us a the keycard and we went in the lift which uses the keycard to access the floors and room. To get to the hotel is really easy. There is an escaltor down to it, a lift and you can always just walk around to the road and walk in the front entrance. I found it very accessable. ||It is nea Gare de l'Est train station, and I mean right on top of it almost. But rest assured whether in your room, or in the lobby or dining area you won't hear a peep.|The room was decent, good use of space inside, but ultimately we were in Paris for the exploration and not so much for the room. The fact that they had blackout curtains, was copletly quiet and the shower was great was more than enough for us. ||The service was great, they kinda leave you alone and don't get overbearing. They welcome you, they provide snacks when asked and there was an incident where my partners hair dryer (due to it being old) caused some smoke which set off a silent alarm for the smoke alarm and they came and checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. ||Really positive experience and we're thinking about using it again in 2026.

We really enjoyed our stay at the OKKO Hotel in Paris. The hotel was impeccably clean and well maintained, with a modern and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Its location is excellent — just a short walk from both Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, which makes it incredibly convenient for travelling around the city or catching trains to other destinations. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. I especially loved the common areas — stylish, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing or unwinding after a busy day exploring Paris.Overall, OKKO Hotel offers a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Yelp
I'm not sure why this hotel has such low reviews!! It was the best hotel during our Europe trip. We stayed here for 2 nights. Check-in staff was friendly and spoke English. Room was clean and new. Not super spacious but roomy considering other hotels. They have plenty of lounge and office space, a bar, and provide a light breakfast and tea/coffee in the morning. They also nicely kept our luggage all day as our train was departing at night. It's a bit difficult to find but if you're coming from Gare Du Est, you press the button to ring in and take the elevator down. Only a couple mins walk from Gare Du Nord and Est - perfect for efficiency!

Yelp
Bonjour!! Our family recommended us to stay here for the first couple of nights in Paris as it is centrally located right next to Gar de L'est train station. The main entrance is right next door to Gar de L'est station so if you are taking the train coming from CDG to Du Nord, take the stairs down and make an immediate left turn. Okko hotel is all the way to the back once you pass the parking guard entrance. Be mindful, if you have a lot of luggage, go around towards Gar de L'est main entrance to avoid going down the stairs as it will pose a huge challenge going down. I'm also sharing this because the hotel entrance is very confusing and very hard to find. Now that I've got that out of the way and you've found Okko hotel, it's actually pretty nice. The rooms are very small though, dorm IKEA like, but it has everything. It is clean, comes with on suite Nespresso machine, and two Evian water bottles that gets refilled daily. They also offer complimentary breakfast and light dinner snacks, and the selections are not bad. Cookies, fruits and drinks in the fridge are available 24/7 including sparkling and filtered water with Espresso and coffee machine as well. There are no hot breakfast just so you know, but you can boil eggs. The chocolate croissants are delicious though. There is also a huge modern comfort common area including dining and huge lounge for working or reading. It is also open 24 hours. There is a gym and a small jacuzzi, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Staff was great, and we chatted with Emma who I am guessing does everything from providing breakfast, being our super friendly concierge to checking us out. She was great. All in all, not a bad place to stay if you want to be near the City Center in Paris. Cheers!

If you are planning to stay in Paris this is a great A great option, to travel from here to Eiffel Tower is about 20 minutes in Uber, you will pay from 15€ to 22€. But nice cars even Mercedes or BMW can pick you up for 20€. WE LOVE OKKO HOTEL...!!!!!

Yelp
BE WARNED! The hotel ask for your credit card when arrival even if you have prepaid. Thats more or less okay, but what is NOT okay are that they also note your CVS and later on double charge you!! Several guests an me also noted that they charged a lots of smaller amounts on the invoice( WHEN I WE ASKED SPECIFICALLY WHEN WE GOT SUSPECIOUS), and they coulndt explain. They re answer was we had to write an email which they never responds to, nore phonecalls. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET FOOLED OF THE GOOD PRICES, there is a big hunch as usually when things are to good to be true... Besides are the rooms noisy as ever as all the rooms are fronted to the two main streets in Cannes.

Yelp
Identified as a 4 star hotel, I reserved a room at OKKO with my husband to celebrate a long deserved honeymoon after COVID. I called in advance and arraigned to have a bottle of Champaign waiting for us in the room to celebrates a surprise my husband. To ensure this happened, I approved the 75 euro's added to the hotel bill to confirm the bottle would be waiting for us at check in. We arrived to a room that had two warm glasses of Champaign and No bottle or ice. When i remained them it was a bottle for the 75 euro's they apologized (ruined the moment) and charged me for the two warm glasses of wine and would not even consider crediting the two warm glasses. An hour later i called the front desk because the heat was not walking. The room was so cold we could not take off our jackets. After two hours we were provided first one space heater than another after the one heater was not enough. I called Expedia because as a Gold member I thought they could help get us a room change but they were not helpful. No credit or room change was even considered by the management. Couples, friends etc should know also that the room while clean, centrally located by the Gar de L'est train station comes with a "see through bathroom" that some people may like but i tend to prefer a little privacy when i go to the bathroom. The room is advertised by expedia as including breakfast which was not bad if you can wake up by 12 noon when all the food is put away. For us it was difficult because of the time change on the first and second day. To add insult to injury, they charged us an additional $56 AFTER WE CHECKED OUT. We called expedia to get them to have the charge reversed and received no credit from OKKO and Expedia had no success. Paris is a beautiful place to go and not even the terrible service of the OKKO could ruin our wonderful memories.

Yelp
My fiancée and I have been staying at OKKO for a couple of days so far, and we have both been very happily satisfied with OKKO hotel. It is centrally locates and is a short metro ride to all the touristy spots in Paris. The rooms are minimalistic, but that's part of the charm for this hotel. There are no US electric adapters within the room, so you have to have EU outlet plugs to be able to charge your electrical devices. WiFi is provided by the hotel and is very reliable. There are complimentary pastries and coffee in the morning as well as snacks and wine/beer in the evenings. The coffee is very good. Like I mentioned before, the rooms are minimalistic and very small, but so are 99% of the hotels in Paris / Europe. For being in Paris, this hotel is ideal and very highly recommended. We love the central location and the easy accessibility to the rest of the city. People that complain about this location are either u realistic or have ridiculously high expectations. For the seasoned traveler, OKKO hotel is chic, centrally located and a rare find in Paris. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Can't even hear or feel the trains from next door Gare de'l Est. We highly recommend this hotel...

Yelp
Not worth the money! I WANT. To love the concept but the reality is Living in an IKEA shoebox. CRAPPY LOW QUALITY -- shower won't close (see attached video). -- expensive for what you get. NO Shower privacy! But I suppose this could be good for you if you're a guy and bringing a girl here for a date! ;)

Yelp
Dissapointed at the level of service! Problematic experience started at check-in: I was rushed barely given a run down of the facilities upon checking in. The employee felt her personal phone was more important. Assigned to 213 and upon entering the room notice a drastic temperature difference. It was extremely cold. Keep in mind due to civil unrest it is hard to get around Paris and also no public transportation due to the strike and yellow vest demonstrations (no end date for strike). I was already cold from my commute and am anemic. Uber and taxi prices are surged due to the high demand. Raised the concern of the heat being broken at the reception desk and was rudely told to keep turning the switch all the way, while she is occupied with her phone. I was told to wait and give it time. I was asked to troubleshoot the problem myself several times. After voicing multiple complaints i left the property because i was so irate. Only to return 6 hours later to a stone cold room. I demanded that someone address the issue at this point it is after 11pm. I was met with resistance but an employee decided to accompany me to the room and see if i was making a valid complaint and also questioned me about it. "If i tried to turn the heat on?" and my room was finally switch, after he notice there was clearly a electrical problem. The room i was given was 212 next door but this room also had a fixture electrical problem but at this point it was midnight and i was too cold and not in the mood to go back and forth with the staff. Lastly, my keycard was disabled as if i was checked out and had to have it addressed. After voicing my complaint to management i was offered free 1/4 glass of wine that is provide free per evening to guest. Than voicing disappointment in the resolution I was offered 1 night refund from a 9 night stay. I find this establishment very unapologetic. I was ask what can be done to accommodate me and i provided that answer but was met with a NO! In short this establishment does not value their hotel guest business and are rigid when it comes to appropriately accommodating guest. They advertise easy accessibility to the metro but the metro next to the hotel is closed until the government and the unions figure a resolution. The hotel employees sleep at the establishment due to no public transportation. The concepts of the hotel is nice but lacks execution due to poor management. 4 stars not quite sure about that!

Yelp
This hotel needs to do an investigation in to why things keep getting stolen from their rooms. Several guests during our 4 day stay reported items missing and the manager told them exactly what they told us: "you must have misplaced that". Additionally, my wife was harassed by the men who work here and one even came in to the room while she was sleeping and was refusing to leave. We informed the front desk and they told us that it was normal for him to do that and we shouldn't be concerned. Really dont think free lattes and cookies make up for creepy staff or theft. I tried to leave a review with Google explaining as much but the hotel had it removed. DO NOT STAY HERE, it is unsafe.
