Totally disappointed with this “four-star” hotel. Checking in late at night and right upon arrival we found the toilet seat is broken and a male duty manager helped us change to another room. The second room unfortunately has issues with the sink that the waste and drain plug is totally missing. On top of that, window is left opened and cannot be properly closed. We then reported the issues to the other female duty manager, whose immediate response being “Is that the only thing why you want to change the room?!” after hearing the first issue, and was very unwilling to change another room. I wouldn’t expect such an unprofessional and rude handling from any four star hotel. The THIRD room is finally a ‘functioning’ room. But it does have minor problems which others also mentioned - bedsheets are low quality and full of wrinkles. Bathroom doors are poorly maintained. Ceiling is not completely done. Really don’t expect paying at 4-star rate and staying at a half-ready hotel. Already regretting booking for 2 nights after check in. I won’t recommend this hotel and please avoid it!

We had a wonderful stay at OKKO Hotels Paris Porte De Versailles. It has such stylish rooms, friendly staff, and a fantastic location for exploring the city. The only small hiccup was that our room had just one towel. We requested an extra, and while the staff promised to bring it up, it never arrived, even after we returned late from a concert. Aside from that, everything was great and I’d happily stay here again. Just a little more attention to these details would make it perfect!

Our room was large, staff were friendly although the bedrooms are a bit rundown. Our leather bed head was all ripped and worn, the heating didn’t work, it was all just air conditioner so we froze!! The bedding is all wrinkled, the duvet cover has gaps, and the actual duvet was yellow. I just had to turn a blind eye. Some small stains on the linen and no basin space in the bathroom if you want to put your toiletries on the basin. The club is good, drinks and small snacks at your service. An okay stay, but the rooms need some attention. It is more of a 3 stars, than 4 star.

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious. Near a metro or easy to get uber to sights. Not a massive fan of the see through bathroom as was sharing a room but that's the only directive feedback I have. On site staff were lovely and very helpful.

Exceptional rooms (lovely bedding) and friendly staff. Great wifi. Location was perfect for my stay but may not suit everyone. Value was also excellent.

Great stay at OKKO Hotel Paris. The lounge was a standout – free tea, coffee, snacks, and purified water available nearly 24/7. Rooms were a bit basic (no ironing, fridge, or minibar), but the lounge made up for it. Convenient location with easy access to train, bus, and tram. Reception staff were friendly and helpful any time of day.

Fabulous stay in this outstanding hotel which was value for money with a nice breakfast. The staff were friendly and the hotel has a great sustainability policy. Travel links easy to navigate with the hire of cycles in the door along with trams and a lovely walk into the centre of Paris.||

Poorly ventilated room, AC in the spring ineffective also. Could have been an isolated issue but looks structural to the whole building as one cannot open windows. However staff is friendly in the evening, one staff didn't care in the morning, and room is otherwise okay. Room floor was dirty though. But bed was comfortable and noise isolation was pretty good.
