Rooms are very small The best point about the hotel is its 24/7 lobby with coffie, biscuits and nuts. We really enjoyed playing with friends there. It is close to the metro station. For foreigners, it is not permitted to park in the street, so we had to use parking places. For freance registered numbers, they can park in front of the hotel (mostly there wes available parking space at that time) also charging place is available in front of the hotel for electric cars. In happy hours free drinks are available, but the hour is around 6 pm when rarley you are at the hotel. Staffs are friendly.

The rooms were comfortable and the heating was on point. The staffs were welcoming and overall a very nice hotel. Soundproofing was great. But the location is not very ideal for us personally. 10-15min walk every-time to get to the metro and to come back to the hotel. Also bus access is not very close. The area seems a bit outside and not many restaurants or shops available.

Okko hotels was a pleasant when expectations for good hotels in paris were low. Though this this hotel is not in central area, it is super accessible. The rooms were small but good enough for two people. Beds were good. Temp control and hot water - yes! Bed was comfortable and not too bouncy. The staff deserve a special mention as they are kind as much as they are attentive. Breakfast was decent and best part is that snacks and coffee for guests were available 24x7. All in all, a good stay!

I stayed at the Okko Hotel Porte de Versailles for four nights. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were some issues. The sauna and gym were unfortunately out of order during my visit. Breakfast was okay, though there were quite a lot of fruit flies, and the presentation could definitely be improved. In my room (816), the toilet was partly broken — sometimes the water kept running continuously. On the positive side, the bed and especially the pillow were extremely comfortable; I slept very well, which is the most important thing. The housekeeping staff were respectful and did a great job keeping everything clean. A special mention to Ali, who was very kind and helpful throughout my stay — he truly deserves a raise. Omar, on the other hand, was quite rude to us and other guests, which left a bad impression. Someone should have a serious talk with him about his attitude. All in all, it was an average experience. I might consider staying again — hopefully next time with a working sauna, a better breakfast setup, and a friendlier front desk.

When things go wrong acknowledge the facts and make amends. Do not fail to respond or ignore your customers. For reference we like the OKKO concept and have been happy at other OKKO locations. Paris Porte De Versailles is not to the same standard. The Hotel is situated close to Balard Metro on the main Periphrique. ring road. It is a modern building amidst office blocks. The windows on side away from the main road are sealed shut. The windows facing the main road will open but there will be varying amounts of noise during the day and night. Take this into consideration when choosing a room and specify what you want. We arrived late on the day of check in due to problems at Gare Du Nord. We were allocated room 601. |We immediately noted that the room was very hot and discovered that the window was sealed. The room was a little tired and shabby. There was an inadequate supply of towels, the TV remote was missing and the bathroom sink was partially blocked. Room 601 is configured for wheelchair access and we had not asked for this facility. The only member of staff available (a contract worker) did all he could but this was not a comfortable night. The next day a manager (Hugo) was exemplary in arranging a room change and was able to confirm that hotel was not full and there was no reason for room 601 to have been allocated. On checkout we met with the General Manager and expessed our satisfaction with his staff (Hugo) but asked why we had been allocoated room 601 and how it could be that they did not know that the air conditioning was inoperative. We did not receive a substantive reply from him at the time so after a reasonable time we emailed OKKO head office and the hotel. No reply was received and no compensatory offer made. OKKO is a concept brand but when the service fails responsibility should taken. The lower level staff were great. The higher level .. awful. Wish I could name the General Manager but we did not get a card or an email. Dissapointed and still waiting for compensation for the first night for a room that was substantially sub standard. ||Of course we can see where this will go. A reply will be posted with some emolient comments but we doubt responsibility will be accepted or compensation paid. Perhaps we will be surprised.

We chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location, which perfectly suited our weekend plans in Paris. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. The rooms were poorly soundproofed — we could hear traffic from the nearby highway throughout the night. Even more disappointing, after spending a full day exploring the city, we returned to find that our room had not been cleaned. When we mentioned this to the front desk, the staff showed little concern, and there was no follow-up from management. Overall, the experience was far below expectations and certainly not worth the price. We regret booking this hotel and will not be staying here again, especially given the many nearby options offering much better value and service.

One of the best hotels to stay in Paris!! They welcome you with immense love and warmth and make you feel like home. The staff in this particular hotel is spectacular. Special thanks to Olivia. She helped us in so many ways starting from helping me plan a surprise for my sister! She helped us with our lost luggage and took every pain to get through that situation. A simple THANKS is definitely not enough to appreciate her! Thank you so much team OKKO. Will love to come back again soon❤️

We have a great stay at OKKO hotel with a very nice breakfast, clean area and bedroom and very supportive staffs. However, the room design was very minimal and I was not happy with the transparent bathroom (it could be acceptable for a business trip when one person is in he room). Also there were no hanging space in the bathroom to hang our clothing when we want to take a shower. I would suggest to add some hanging hooks around the bathroom and room to make the guest's life easier. Not having a fridge in the bedroom was another difficulty as I have to go down stairs every early morning to get the medication. I am not sure really how much CO2 you would save by this fridge cut across the building and if it would worth it.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel located a 45 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Included in your stay is complimentary breakfast, 24 hour club room (drinks and snacks included) and pre dinner bites and drinks. The fridge is stocked with a variety of juices, coke and orangina! There is a coffee machine that grinds beans for espresso and regular coffee and a water machine. Quite lovely and a surprise when I arrived. They ask you to consume beverages only in the club room. Downside, people leave their used cups and bottles at the tables instead of returning them to the kitchen. AC was on the softer side, but they do have fans. Rooms felt like you were in a space pod. Very cute. Also no double beds.

Yelp
Stayed at this hotel while in Paris visiting and I have only positive things to say about this establishment. I had heard Americans were treated poorly in France, but much to my surprise the staff was tremendous, the hotel was new and modern, and the worker even made us a breakfast bag to go at 4am before catching our flight. Talk about going the extra mile!
