OKKO HOTELS Paris Rueil-Malmaison

I recently stayed at OKKO Hotels Paris for a week on a business trip, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, modern design, and convenience — ideal for business travelers. The rooms were clean, quiet, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to both relax and work efficiently. What truly made my stay exceptional was the hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Tsetan, Toni, Tenzin, and Marinela for their outstanding customer service. They were always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I highly recommend OKKO Hotels Paris and look forward to staying again on my next trip.

A very good experience with Anthony on the reception desk- he went beyond the call of duty to help me with some printing and hair conditioner. The room was cosy and ideal for a single traveller. Comfortable bed and ample hot water! Enjoyed an espresso in the morning in my room!

Super hotel with comfortable bed and easy access to Paris by train.The food offered was, however, very below par in terms of choice for the evening meal and scrambled eggs served cold for breakfast.Wod use in future on a room only basis as menu far below the expected level for this standard of hotel.

Very nice hotel with great service. The receptionist, Antoni, was always extremely helpful and friendly. The location is also very convenient, close to the train station

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip. location is strategic and conveniently closed to the RER station and many offices/restaurants. General atmosphere and quality I'd say average. Roomo a bit tiny because of the bulky furniture style. Gym is a joke! I don't recommend the restaurant for dinner, it has a very little selection of low quality and quantity. Pretty pricey for the offer, even considering Paris' prices

I recently stayed at OKKO Hotel Paris Rueil-Malmaison, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Natalie at the reception, who made the check-in process seamless and enjoyable. Her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and exceptionally well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The lounge area is a great place to unwind, offering complimentary refreshments and a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast selection was also fantastic, with fresh and high-quality options to start the day right.

DON'T BOOK HERE! THE OPPOSITE OF HOSPITALITY Very unkind and bad service. For context, I booked a 3 night stay working for a client that cancelled the meeting. I inadvertently booked a non refundable rate and the cost was very high for me to absorb. I let them know as soon as I knew, which was weeks before the trip, I explained the situation and asked for an exception and refund given the circumstances. I reserved through booking.com who by the way were very understanding and willing to agree to the early cancellation, but the hotel never bothered to respond to my messages, so I had to call. Super bad treatment, I can only imagine they are not that much nicer if you stay there. Needless to say, I will never stay at a OKKO hotel and I hope you don't either if you want kindness or care.

Great location, on the doorstep of train line, gets you to central Paris in half hour. Very quiet rooms. Downside is stupid bathroom in the room, so bulky and doors don’t seal shut, so you hear and smell anything haha. Also you can see the person inside the toilet, not much privacy. We have used the sauna, which was empty, the massive minus of that is that they don’t have any cold water to use afterwards, the single shower in sauna room had only warm water. Breakfasts were very good quality, no complaints there.

4 stars and no clouds! This 4-star boutique hotel located just outside of the Paris city center in a business area called Rueil Malmaison offers all the bells and whistles business or leisure travelers need. The architecture and decor of the hotel are fun but stylish and modern at the same time. Everywhere you look, you discover something different as the hotel was tastefully designed. Simply put, it is clean, comfortable, stylish but groovy at the same time. The big attraction in the rooms are the caged bathrooms (see pictures). The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is included and you are free to help yourself to a large variety of drinks and snacks all day long! And more importantly, the hotel is surprisingly affordable! The hotel offers a gym and sauna and many more amenities that will make your stay a story you will want to tell and repeat! Enjoy!

We had a really bad experience with the reception staff there that would qualify as extortion anywhere else. You think you're paying a pre-agreed price and then you get nickel and dimed on everything. I do not recommend this place. There are better, more renowned hotels in this area.
