This hotel is a complete letdown. I complained directly to their director, and even the receptionist admitted we weren’t the only travelers misled — yet they refuse to correct their misleading amenities. Instead, they hid behind a screenshot of their FAQ with a buried note about parking. That is not transparency — that is deception. For a 4-star hotel, this is downright unacceptable and borders on false advertising. The breakfast was another joke: embarrassingly poor, cheap, and low-quality. If you’re excited about a “choice” of cereals, this might work for you — but anyone expecting a proper 4-star breakfast will be sorely disappointed. This hotel misrepresents itself, doesn’t take responsibility, and shows no respect for its guests. Extremely frustrated with Okko AND Booking.com for enabling this misleading information to stay online. I would strongly advise avoiding this place.

Not the first stay at Okko and probably not the last. Location near the old town is very good. They have no parking space themselves but there ist a good parking facility nearby, 1 day 20€. Rooms are small but pretty and clean. Value for money was very good. Breakfast is a little basic but not lacking anything essential. No go was soggy and not in the least crispy bacon. We will come back soon.

Great praise goes out to the hotel for its stuff, property, cleanliness, location and everything. They offer you a small aperitivo and have excellent cocktails to go with them! The room was as I said, nice and clean, but it couldn't cool down sufficiently on very warm days. With a stronger AC, it would be 10/10 hotel in every sense, but even now I cannot praise and recommend it enough.

We had two main issues: the lights and the bathroom – both of which turned our stay into a delightful little escape-room experience.||||Lights: Mysterious and moody – not by design, but by default. Want to read in bed? Great! Just be prepared to light up the entire bathroom in the process. We never fully cracked the code of the light switches, but we suspect a degree in electrical engineering might help.||||Bathroom: Stylish and modern, yes. Private? Not quite. The bathroom features trendy but immovable slatted panels – meaning: yes, you can see in. We like our bodies though. The door doesn’t close completely - it leaves a gap. Let’s just say... sound travels. Pro tip: pack headphones – or if you're the shy type, the lobby is lovely this time of year. It also gently encourages us (Germans) to be a bit more like the French – after all, French designer Patrick Norguet clearly isn’t on the shy side of life.||||All in all, a beautiful place – especially if you're into open-concept everything and in a stable relationship... or looking for a subtle reason to end one.

OKKO Hotels Strasbourg Centre offers a stylish and contemporary experience. The hotel is new, with a modern and avant-garde design. The rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the overall aesthetic is well thought out. Breakfast is standard but fresh and of good quality. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, there are a few aspects that could be improved. The hotel advertises “parking on premises,” but in reality, it does not have its own private parking. Instead, guests are directed to a nearby public parking facility, which can be misleading. Additionally, while the room design is unique, the bathroom offers very limited privacy. The glass partition between the bedroom and bathroom allows visibility in both directions, which might feel uncomfortable for some guests. Lastly, I had forgotten my slippers and was surprised to learn the hotel does not provide any, which I would expect from a 4-star property. Despite these small inconveniences, I appreciated the comfort and style of the hotel and would consider staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, and the room concept was truly an experience. The location is also excellent. We would love to come back.

We were here for a couple's weekend trip to Strasbourg and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service was very friendly. The reception ist located in the first floor. Despite usually nobody being at the reception desk, someone always immediately was there. Check-in and -out went very smoothly and the staff was very friendly. At our check-in, we were assigned a room in the 8th floor but the electricity wasn't working there. We immediately got a new room though in the 7th floor that had a view over the canal. The rooms are fairly small but cozy and well equipped. However, we were confused about the light switch situation but we kind of figured it out during the stay. The rooms don't have a mini bar but there is a "club" area in the hotel that is accessible around the clock with the room key. There you can get snacks, water, juices, tea and coffee for free that you can consume there or in the room, which we found better than having a mini bar. Personal highlight for me: the club has a Happy Hour from 18.30–20.00 o'clock clock where you get a free drink and a little plate of local specialties to try. There are "fountains" on every floor where you can get filtered drinking water. The hotel is also equipped with a small sauna that we tried out during the stay. Turning it on was very easy and after we had returned to our rooms to get changed, the sauna had already heated up enough to use. You are, however, required to wear a bathing suite in the sauna. There was no chill out area at the sauna but there are lockers to put away your things and a shower to cool down. We chilled on a little bench in the sauna area between "rounds" and went up to our rooms to relax afterwards. We slept very well in the hotel. We found the bed and the sheets very comfortable and the curtains made the room very dark. One night, there was music coming from a bar nearby but with the windows closed, we didn't hear anything and with the A/C we still were able to cool down the room at night. Only thing we were not sure about, was how comfortable we'd feel sharing the room with other people than partners. The way the bathroom is constructed you can kinda see inside it when someone is on the toilet or taking a shower. I guess the design made the room feel a bit larger but you'd have to maybe find a workaround depending on how close you are with the person you are staying with. We were very happy with the location of the hotel. It's not right in the center of the city but there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. The Grand Île is only a few stops away by tram but we also enjoyed the walk there a few times. The hotel lies directly next to a canal which was nice for evening walks. There are also many shopping and dining options nearby. All in all the hotel, which belongs to a chain, fulfilled our expectations (especially for the low price we paid), we had a very nice time and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Not good. A fifteen years old Boy managed the check- in like a trainee. The room was dusty and the spiders from outside the window came in. City-view seem' s to be the Black Forest. Hotel not reachable by car, footpath around 600 m with baggage. Never again.
