Okro's Wine Restaurant & Cellar

We did a wine tasting here. First of all the view at the terrace of the rooftop is stunning. But the best had yet to come. We had a wine tasting with explanation from Jane. She was so kind and friendly and the wines were so good. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks!

The wine & whole experience was phenomenal. Exactly (& more) what we hoped for in Georgia, with a massive shout out to Jane of Sister’s Wines (sister of Okro) for taking us through our tasting & providing such background to each & every drop. A must visit in Sighnagi for every wine lover.

Came for dinner and asked if we could do the wine tasting but it was unavailable for some reason. View from the third floor is very nice. Ordered a bottle of amber wine, roasted chicken with plum sauce, Ajapsandali, mushrooms with sulguni cheese and bread. They forgot the bread. Service was typical for Georgia. Food and wine were very good. Cash only. Wish I could have tried more wines.

Go. Visit this place. It's a tough walk uphill from the town but it is so so worth it. The view from the patio is absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant owners were very nice and helpful. We did not do a wine tasting but did have a bottle of wine for the meal. The wine was very good, completely natural and was probably one of the best bottles of wine had in all of Georgia. The food was great too. Reasonable prices too. The owners also showed us their wine cellar and it was so cool. I would loved to have brought some bottles home but it's difficult when travelling.

We had an amazing wine tasting at Okro’s. The waitress did not have the time to give the full explanation, but she still made time to tell us a lot about each wine. She also brought extra wines for is to try and their own chacha. The food was good and the views over the city and the valley is amazing. Thank you for having us! 😊

Visited for a lunch and wine tasting with a sister and a friend. Quite nice selection of wines, from lightest without grape skin contact to heavier and chacha. Bean stew and eggplant rolls were very tasty. The view was wonderful. To seat on balcony while enjoying every sip of wine is exceptional. With a good company you wont realise how time flies.

Great view and service. The food is also good. Salad: 8/10 Eggplants with walnuts: 9/10 Khachapuri: 8/10 Kartoffeln: 8/10 Lobio: 7/10 Wine (qisi): 9/10 To improve: The card terminal did not work, and we were told at the end of the dinner.
