Super disappointed by our experience here. We had dinner here on 5/31 as well as 6/1/24. We ordered their flavored sodas and immediately noticed both our drinks tasted differently from the previous day. My drink was a lavender/white peach, so there was a lot of flavor going on. It took me until halfway through to realize it was an alcoholic drink. I immediately let a waiter know who then communicated with our waitress. I was really disappointed by the way that they handled it. There are a slew of reasons why someone may not want an alcoholic drink (medical, pregnancy, addiction, sobriety, health, etc) and it was honestly handled very nonchalantly. The waitress didn't know what kind of heaviness this mistake caused, yet I got a few "I'm sorry about that" responses and the correct drink replaced. Honestly, if I made that mistake, I would be beside myself, profusely apologizing with empathy, and comping that entire meal. I'm not going into personal detail on what kind of impact this mistake had on me, but I will say that the way that it was responded to was majorly lacking empathy and repair. In my opinion, this was a huge mistake, and with some further thought, anyone could understand how costly of a mistake this could be.
In regards to the food, the steak on my sandwich was raw & the salad consisted of lettuce with no toppings. They did remake my steak strips.
