Had a nice time at the Siloso beach
Restaurant experience 8/20. Not recommended if you're not patient
Service is bad and slow:
- 5 pm the staff A ask for the bank card whereas I didn't ask for check out
- staff A came back 30 mn later with a number on a plastic paper. Anybody can copy the information on the card if they were fraudulent and had bad intentions. So my mind was not peaceful
- at 6 pm I asked the staff A for the menu. After waiting for 10 mn for the menu, I asked another staff B to bring the menu, but he didn't bring neither. The staff A arrived at 6:25 with the receipt and my bank card. So I asked him again the menu that I said I asked him nut he said I might have asked another staff. Frankly this is bad faith.
- We ordered 2 pizzas, 12 oysters and a loco moco (wagyu patty) to staff A. 5 mn later staff A came back and asked again what we ordered
- Staff D brought our 2 pizzas, but the pizzas were not well cut. We needed cutlery
- Staff E brought the oysters, I asked for the cutlery.
After waiting for 10 mn and trying to call for the attention of a staff, my wife decided to go take directly at the bar.
- During the whole afternoon, I felt like the staffs don't look at you and just ignore you when you need something. Kind of disturbing them during their work and the service is 10% not well earned
- 20 later the loco moco hasn't arrived. Staff E show us the receipt and there was no loco moco in the order
About the food:
- the 2 pizzas were small with a very thin bread which is more like a pancake than pizza bread
- no staff asks if the food is good and if we need anything
Conclusion
Staff are not well trained, have bad faith, there's no button to call for the staff since the aera is wide, staff ignore people, long wait for the menu and the bill
