Old school barbershop with highly skilled barbers, excellent service, and a wide array of shaving products on offer. The moustache trim was perfect (thank you Maurizio 😉). A bit pricey but worth every penny!

It's hard to find the right words, it's best to experience it, it's a magical place from the movie, it's a place with a wonderful atmosphere, where so many interesting people, so many stories have been served all the time, you'll immediately fall in love if you have just a little perception. I regret that I am not from Milan, as I would be in this business at all times. Such a business needs to be preserved for the future and should be protected as a historical monument. Thank you! ❤️

Took a chance on a walk-in/no booking during the busy holiday times, and was lucky to get a beard trim by the masterful Maurizio. If you like old-school barbershops, this is your go-to. Every employee speaks English, and are masters of their craft. Could feel a bit pricey for some, but in my opinion it’s totally worth it (for a central Milan location). 100% come back again.

Best salon in Milano

As a barber myself, whenever I travel I love to visit other barber shops and experience their services. Nothing was different when I visited Milan Italy. 🇮🇹 This place started in 1904 and they did not disappoint. I felt like royalty when I left. The perform some services differently than us, like the hair wash for instance, but it was very relaxing. I have gotten shaves all over the world and except for my own barbers in my shop never received a decent shave until coming to this barbershop. They really know what they’re doing. Another thing is I get my haircut pretty short on the sides which is usually done with clippers. My barber Fabio only used scissors and it’s short enough. Perfect! 👍🏼

A great experience and a great haircut. Maurizio cut my hair and Florida gave me a manicure. Both did an excellent job with great service. The place was clean and the people were friendly. The price was more expensive than back home, but for the experience and the location is think the price was fair. I left a tip as I felt it was well deserved. Ignore YELP saying it is reservation only. They DO take walk-ins. I was a walk in and had zero wait. Highly recommended, do yourself a favor and check it out!

This is the finest Barber experience in europe. I purposely grow my hair out to come here to get a cut. Little english, but they'll give you an italian style cut. Excellent products. Get the full experience, it is perfect. Old school.

One of the best barbershops in the world. The shop is located in Via Gerolamo Morone right in the heart of Milan and has been operating continually since its founding in 1904. This place has history pouring out of the door. Just stop and admire the antique furniture throughout the shop as proof. The current owner is Franco Bompieri and his only two passions are "cutting hair and writing" and he's been described as a "craftsman of elegance." This is more than a barbershop for Mr. Bompieri, it's like his home, and every soul that passes through the door is treated like family. The shops clientele is a mixture of celebrities, political figures, international travelers and locals who are all guaranteed to receive the highest degree of attention and care. Here, you will never receive a rushed shave session with a Gillette that more closely resembles the act of slicing salami than true pampering. Here, you get the real deal, a ritual of cream & steam that lasts about 30 minutes. This barbershop has successfully upheld its traditions for 113 years with no signs of slowing down. This is the place fathers bring their sons to enlighten them on the art of sophistication, to get their first shaves and start their own family traditions that will ultimately be passed onto their own children. The shop sells its own line of products as well such as beard oils, shampoo and shaving creams. The almond shampoo is my personal favorite using a 1924 recipe handed down from owner to owner. All around an outstanding institution. Salute!

I shop their online store for shaving cream and pre-shave and after shave products. They make these items themselves and it is of the highest quality. I live in Seattle, WA, USA; the shipping costs and exchange rates direct from Italy are quite reasonable and my purchases arrive in 3-4 days (much faster than purchasing the products and having them shipped here in the US). They are always prompt when processing my purchases and I thoroughly enjoy doing business with them. I highly recommend their products and dealing directly with them.
