A small, airy and comfortable cinema with around 80 seats.
It is always a delight to come here and watch films in this historic building.
It is advisable to book seats well in advance for popular showings.
There are a good range of films including films of stage plays, opera and ballet.
There is a lift to the cinema level where there is also a small cafe. Drinks can be taken into the cinema.
There are 3 toilets, including an accessible one.
There are riser seats for children available, usually found at the back of the cinema.
The price of tickets is very reasonable with reductions for certain client groups eg. if you need an essential carer with you the carer goes free.
There are steps down to the back 4 rows of seats but a ramp leads down to the front section of the cinema.
There are adverts and trailers at the beginning of films but these are not as loud or extensive as in mainstream cinemas.
