Old Navy

Store was clean. Employees were friendly. We can't the perfect day where everything for card members was 50% off. Since we were visiting from out of state I didn't know it was a discount day so pleasant surprise. Was about to get at least one thing for everyone. However, my daughter and granddaughter got way more than one item lol. Son-in-law got a couple but didn't going shorts or jeans he could wear. My other daughter just opted to help find her sister items lol... Everyone had fun shopping and I got to spoil the grandbaby.

My wife and I visited today witn just a picture from an ad for something for our granddaughter. The store is very clean and organized as expected. I asked a young lady named Yadi for help finding that article of.clothing with the pictue. Yadi showed us how to find it online because they hadn't received it yet. She also took us back to the area where it would be locared when they did receive it and was just a huge help. Great customer service is always appreciated!

They have decent prices on clothing and a good selection, but they engage in a deceptive practice of price gouging. Their snacks and sodas in the checkout line are far more expensive than any convenience store. $4 for a tiny bag of chips and $3.50 for a soda. They intentionally don’t list the prices because they’re hoping customers won’t notice and just pay the money. Disgusting behavior. Have some integrity, Old Navy, and don’t don’t screw over the customers who are keeping you in business. As for me, I wouldn’t step foot in this store ever again.

Great deals. Got a lot of outfits for my dad. Wish they had a bigger newborn selection though.

I love their clothes. A little out of my regular price range unless I'm "treating myself" but I splurge when they have their jeans on sale. That's when I stock up!! I got my jeans for 12 each, on sale. Order 2 more pair they didn't have in stock. All 7 jeans. I had a coupon for 50 off 125, and another 10 off 25. Less then $100. 🥰👖🛍🧦👗

Will not honor website prices. Twice I have driven across town because of a sale on pants 40% off. Only to see the in-sore sale is buy one get second pair 50% off. Not only did I not want two pairs, but that works out to only 25% off per pair. When I asked them to honor the website price they refused. They said they could order them from the website and have them delivered to the store. I could have done that at home and saved the trip.

Ordered a dress on Thursday and paid 2 day shipping. The associate told me it would be here by Saturday. It’s not coming until Tuesday (3 business days ) and customer service online (Summit Y) refused to refund the shipping. I spent 20 minutes explaining via chat that this was promised to me and not fulfilled. Was told it will be there Tuesday and we are very sorry. This is unacceptable. Terrible customer service

I just purchased a top and didn't know the magnetic tag was still on it until I came home from running around town with it. Called old navy to let them know but really to see if it'll bleed out ink. I live almost an hour away. They were unsure and never even apologized about it ‍ I know it was an honest mistake but at least apologize. Ain't nobody trying steal something from old navy lord. If I was a thief, I'd have known if the tag was gonna bleed out ink or anything. And btw, as I walked out door- it never triggered the alarm/sensor. Do better by apologizing at least!

August 7th Took my grandson to get jeans. The store was very clean and organized The woman working the fitting rooms was friendly and helpful (sorry forgot name) Jamie(sp?)at checkout was wonderful. She was very informative and made sure I was charged correctly when I pointed something out Will return

I am getting tired of Old Navy scammy "sales" you find something that you want to buy and the sign says 50% off but when you go to check it out it rings up full price, so then they call for a price check and they say o that's the one beside the sign. No it's not. It's the same damn thing in another color. Your just hoping someone doesn't notice you ringing up the wrong price, or your hoping that they customer will be to embarrassed to say anything and pay for it anyway. This has happened more then once to not just me but people in front of the line. If yall can't figure out how to mark stuff on sale you shouldn't even be in business. Do better!
