I wanted to provide feedback regarding our recent stay. Firstly, thank you for the coffee; however, we would have preferred a complimentary coffee instead of a Bru sachet. Regarding our room, we were disappointed to find it flooded with rainwater, and the toilet was wet. We hope this can be improved. The check-in process was also a concern. Despite arriving before 3 pm and paying an advance for two days, our room was allotted at 2:48 pm. We were asked for the balance payment before checking in, which was inconvenient. Staffs are Brilliant for Quarreling..Owner is ready for Fight if we stand for our Rights

The facilities were bare minimum. For complementary breakfast they gave literally bread and cheese. Thats it. The staff was not willing to be of assistance and were always distracted and clueless. The only good point is the location and everything is accessible. The vibe of the hostel was dead because there was no option to mingle in the hostel living room. There was no proper sofa which you can sit and read / work. The chairs were wooden and uncomfortable. The dorm rooms had one chair and one table except the beds. It was just to exist and not be comfortable.

The location was the only positive aspect of stay. Unfortunately, everything else was a severe disappointment. Staff behavior was pathetic and unprofessional, making us feel unwelcome. The room's cleanliness was worst, and the space was even full of standing water at one point. Furthermore, essential amenities were not provided as promised, yet the homestay was quick to charge us for services and items we never received. I strongly recommend against staying here based on this experience..

Amazing location but pathetic hostel to stay. We stayed in their "double deluxe" room for 1 night, apparently their best offering. There was nothing good about the place. Mould everywhere, everything in need of repair, stale smell everywhere. Water in the bathroom was smelling funky, rust everywhere. We asked others staying in the dorm and they too were not happy with the hostel. Thankfully I only needed a place to stay for 1 night so got out as soon as possible. Never booking this again. No bath/hand towels, no bath mat, no wardrobe. Even the common area has a ton of mould.

Had some amazing coffee here, and the warm brownie was absolutely delicious! The staff are super kind and always wear a smile. Danford served us today and made the experience even better with his friendly and attentive service. Highly recommended!

The customer service was extremely poor — no one seemed willing to help when we asked for basic things. The room was in bad condition, with no towels or essential items provided. There was also water leakage in the bathroom, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money. Needs serious improvement in maintenance and service.

Hostel is bankrupt. The owner doesn’t even have the money to keep the toilet hygienic. It’s all wet and dirty .Spending for a soap and hand wash is out of the question. There is an ill mannered , immature girl at the coffee shop who handles the hostel . How not to behave we should from her . There is a tea shop nearby , which is run by an elderly women and their hospitality is amazing . This girl should go and learn from them . We can do some charity for the soaps and towels .
