Lovely, clean hotel in the heart of the old city. Staff were friendly, Breakfast was ok and the location is fantastic. If I return to Baku, I'd stay here again.

We really had worst experience. To begin with, the room doesnt even have a proper bed. Your body will ache if you sleep on it for 2 days. Few staff are rude, inspite of having a baby with us, we were refused a bottle of water to drink (when we asked at night). Staff said "only two 500 ml bottle you will get daily". They switch off AC most of the time. Bathrooms are not propeely ventilated. Location is great though. But you have many options in the same location. Dont choose this one.

Worst experience ever.Noisy damaged bed and we can’t sleep on it.They will switch off the AC most of the times.Smelly toilets and they won’t even clear the waste even if we request them to clean our rooms. The most horrible thing is one of the rude staffs who was very impolite. They have same menu for breakfast…. food is pathetic….they serve same dry bread everyday and stale boiled eggs. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Location is awesome but we can find so many other hotels in the same location.

Getting anxious before going- as the reviews are so bad and also saw the stained bed sheet pictures. Hope I can write a good review once I reach.|We arrived at5 am . It was not accessible by cab and had to walk about5 mins in the cold. We were checked in. We were told we will get a better room tomorrow. Came to our room which had a musty smell. Wanted tea but kettle did not work so went to reception and asked for another one. This was brought to our room in 5 mins. Went for breakfast. Did not get proper tea with milk as there was no hot milk but break fast was ok and got some fruits and salad. But there was no toaster. Bread was dry. |Came to the room - there was practically no water from the taps. My husband enquired and was told it will come in 10-15 mins. Waited for 15 mins and still no water and this is ridiculous. At least they should have briefed that about water timings when we checked in or explain that there might be a water shortage issue- just hiding it does not sort the problem for us and if this is the case how can we give good reviews to our friends who want to visit Baku about the hotel!! Should have listened to Trip Advisor and booked at a different place

Old Street Boutique hotel is centrally located in the old city of Baku. it's location is what makes it unique. Walkable distance to Nizami Street and in the heart of old city with tons of great eateries and shopping places around.|Breakfast is very very normal at the place. Almost no veg options, no live counter. While booking please be mindful to take a room with balcony coz that the USP. The bathroom did smell a little strange. Mattresses can definitely be improved. Overall a good value for money if you are looking for something in the old city and want to experience and old world charm. Again, balcony is a must for the experience.||P.S. in peak hours, entry to the old city becomes a little difficult owing to traffic.

Icherisheher is the place to stay and not go to for a couple of hours of guided tours And old street Baku is one one of the better hotels in the walled and ancient city. We had booked deluxe room which had a small standing balcony on the third floor. Room was very spacious and sunny ☀️! Lenin clean . Breakfast was cold and basic very typical of these categories of hotel . The receptionist was attentive and very proactive in attending to us .

The best place to stay is in Baku! If you are on a budget, and want stay near all the hot restaurants and tourist attractions, you should check this place. Mr. Azer has been the most honest and helpful person. He helped us get cabs and a few more things even after we had checked out the hotel room. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast could be a bit better but loved it. Not many vegetarian dishes. We pre-booked some different hotel for the second part of our trip and regretted it. If we hadn’t paid it in advance we would’ve booked this hotel again. It was a delightful stay. We will definitely book it again next time we visit.
