I've been in multiple times, and adore the unique collection of goods in this store. I quite like the owner, she was knowledgeable and kind to me. She has a great eye for collecting and I'll gladly go back. I wish the store itself was bigger, to show off all the treasures and make maneuvering around easier. However every time I go in I'm happy to see new beautiful things. Fantastic assortment of Tiffany style lamps, vintage cameras, mirrors, hanging lights, trinket boxes, jewelry, glassware, lucite, and more. Give it a shot. Remember when you go in to consider how breakable a lot of the items are, how narrow the store is, and pass each other with care. Today I got a framed butterfly collection that I couldn't stop thinking about from a previous visit. I'm really excited to have this piece! Thank you, looking forward to going back.

Glad I’m not the only one who experienced weird vibes from the AI walked in and I was very polite. I said how are you? I asked some questions. She was very hostile quite rude and not very welcoming at all. I didn’t think too much of it but she was giving me side eyes when I was in her store. I said that I was here just have a little look and browse yeah she has some beautiful Bits of jewellery Hair but I definitely don’t recommend the shop is also really small so even walking in you feel claustrophobic and you can’t really move around a lot in the store. I got quite overstimulated but after reading everyone’s reviews I’m lucky that my experience wasn’t as bad but the customer service was appalling and she is definitely not welcoming. She didn’t smile once I think a big thing about owning a store is customer service and making people feel welcomed after I left I did definitely feel a weird vibe.

The store was so cute but the customer service was not great, from the start the shopkeep was very weird and was acting suspicious of myself and my friends who where looking around and taking photos of the pretty store. I was in there for no more than 5 minutes and felt unwelcome the whole time. I’m glad to see that my friends were not the only ones with this kind of experience. If you treat potential customers that way, there is no reason for you to have a store. BIG no to anyone who considers buying from here.

The owner is just crazy, told everyone to get out coz apparently there's a capacity of what looked like 2 people at the store. I wanted to buy something but she just rushed everyone out and locked the door behind us. Making a little 4 year old girl cry as well with her hostility. How is she even still open with that terrible attitude... I wouldn't ever go back there. Very unpleasant.

While on a brief trip to Toronto for the first time, my friends and I decided to go vintage shopping and had the unfortunate luck of stopping inside this so called establishment. Not only was one of my friends kicked out of the store for having a bag, the "owner" of this nightmare was insanely rude to us. She stared us down and watched us like we were going to steal from her. After making the horrific mistake of accidentally dropping a ring, while we tried to RESPECTFULLY pick it up without damaging anything, we were shooed away as if we were doing something so simple, insanely wrong. I waited patiently while she went to pick up the jewelry since I was still interested in purchasing it, and she had the audacity to turn around and aggressively ask if I needed help with something as if I was rushing her in any way. I sadly walked out without purchasing anything as I felt unwelcome in this store from the moment I made the unfortunate decision to walk inside. While I understand needing to keep the antiques safe and far from anything destructive, there are far better ways to enact such a rule that doesn't include shooing out a potential customer. I have never experienced such horrific service in my life. I felt as if I was a burden in this STORE. How this woman makes any money to stay open is so far beyond me. The service is horrific, nothing is marked at a price value, and we had an exceedingly difficult time being able to see anything. If this woman wants to increase her revenue in the slightest, I would first suggest adjusting her horrible, unkind, and uninviting attitude as maybe that would increase her ratings as it is very clear this is not the first time she has ruined someone's shopping experience. On top of all of this, get a bigger store. Or put some of her merchandise in storage to open up the store a bit and create the ability to let ALL PAYING CUSTOMERS in the store. I understand a small store not being able to fit more than 5-6 people at a time. But considering the absolute insanity that she deems as "good service", I do not foresee overcrowdage to be an issue of hers.

It doesn’t surprise me at all that this business has less than 2 stars (literally the worst rating I’ve ever seen). The shopkeeper was hostile and made a point to make uncomfortable while I browsed through her store. Most items don’t have a price and the few that do are clearly overpriced.

The shopkeeper is incredibly rude. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable shopping ever before as she watched me shop as if I was going to steal something. Beautiful antiques but the owner is not worth the trouble, and frankly, doesn’t deserve your money.

First time visitor to Toronto, and had a brief window of time between booked tours to explore an antique store to find a memento of my trip. One of my favorite pastimes is browsing antique and consignment stores for the unique and beautiful, and to expand my knowledge of antiques. Chatting with local dealers has been a favorite highlight of trips to many places in the world. Sadly, not today. This shop is narrow and full to bursting with large and small items. I was the lone customer. I didn’t see prices marked or the dealer until I was at the top of the shop and saw movement between items on the counter. I said hello, and told her I was a visitor looking for a special memento of my trip to Canada. I asked for a price on a box, which she gave at $25. I wanted to look longer, and was using Google to identify a few things, and she didn’t like that. She closed the top to me, saying she had to display things. A couple came in and she immediately opened it for them. As the couple exited she shooed me out as well, saying “you are googling, go somewhere else, we aren’t coming to any arrangement here.” I’ve never had a reaction from a dealer like this before! I’m 61, and have a small booth in an antique mall at home. I like antiques and dealers. This purchase was going to be for me. I use Lens to get an idea of age and manufacturers. I’m not an expert. I had no intent to haggle-it’s a shop, not a garage sale! I don’t have a great deal of time to shop while I’m here. I wish I had read the reviews before walking to her store in this heat! I’m so disappointed, and her behavior shocked and made me sad. I probably would have bought a couple of Limoges boxes, but for her bizarre behavior.
