We had a delightful time at this hotel! I am very picky about hotels, and this place exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere, design, and convenience are all top-notch. Everything is very well thought out. The bed was very comfortable, which is important to me because I often don't sleep well. The breakfast on the patio was very delicious. You can reserve a spot in the garage, which is a leisurely seven-minute walk away. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You guys are the best! My advice to anyone going to Key West is not to even think about booking this hotel. Аh! And a cat named Doc. He stole my heart

We met the owners last year during our stay in key west and we are so grateful we did. Lovely hotel in the best location of key west. In the heart of all the action! Everything is within walking distance. Parking can be purchased with your stay, and we thought it was worth getting as parking can be a challenge especially overnight. We stayed in the lime tree room and it was exceptional. Just to make note that the room is right behind the parking lot of the plaza of Wendy’s, so you will hear some noise, but that’s to be expected the place is right off of Duval. Other than that the room was equipped with a dehumidifier and cold a/c. Our rooms were cleaned routinely and the breakfast was good! 10/10 we definitely will be back!

Google
You cannot find a better location! We stayed in the Lime Tree room and yes there’s a tree trunk in the bathroom! It was an amazing experience. Breakfast is included and is pretty good. I do wish that there was an option to have a scrambled eggs or omelettes but they only offer hard boiled eggs which are not appealing to me. Other than that, love this place!

This is a magnificently beautiful property in a perfect location for exploring the island. The grounds are lush with tropical plants, and the house is meticulously maintained. Staff is first class, very accommodating, and exceptionally friendly. Absolutely worth staying here for a night or two, if you prefer quaint, classic Key West. Only thing to be aware of if you’re staying in the Veranda room, or are a light sleeper - it is excruciatingly noisy. Roosters start at 0500. City leaf blower patrol comes raging down the street at 0600. Trucks (garbage and service) until 0700. Other guests come thundering down the stairs between 0730 and 0830 for breakfast and begin conversations. There is no peace and quiet to be had in the morning. Bring high grade silicon ear plugs.

We wanted to give a huge shout out to Old Town Manor Key West, we were recent guests. In addition to the attentive service, delicious included breakfast, immaculate and updated rooms, gorgeous gardens, being dog friendly, and a welcome as you check in from Doc the cat, this staff goes above and beyond! That is my extra reason for the post. Even after we had checked out from our stay, we needed help with an item we had purchased at a local store, and they jumped right in to help! Such kind, good people with the utmost hospitality that wanted to share. For them to take the time to assist past our actual stay there is extra impressive, the staff made it even more memorable from their kindness after us checking out. 5+ ⭐️’s!

Google
My stay at Old Town Manor was tremendous. The room was very nice with great AC. The location was superb and everything I wanted to do was walkable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful under any circumstance. Even though it is right near Duval it is very quiet in the evening and I did not hear a thing. I would stay here again when visiting Key West

Google
What a quaint hotel. Nice room, comfy bed, beautiful garden and nice staff. The breakfast was delicious. The location did not disappoint. It is a few steps away from the popular Duvall Street, making it easy for us to go back to the room to grab a sweater or drop off shopping items. Would definitely recommend!

Google
Absolutely beautiful place in a great location. We were just a few minutes walk from downtown and the beach. The room was perfect and the staff were very welcoming . An excellent breakfast in the morning with probably the best coffee I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

Yelp
We felt well taken care of at this beautiful bed and breakfast! The concierge staff was extra helpful - from helping me find a running route to renting us bikes ($14/day) delivered to the room. The room was spacious and always clean with fresh towels, and we appreciated the pool/beach towels available in the lobby. We also liked the key pad doors because we didn't have to worry about a key the whole weekend. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, and the flavors of the lobby beverages (water and lemonade) changed daily. Finally, the pool was great and just around the corner, as were the popular bars and restaurants! We loved the location since we could walk to everything.

Yelp
Great place to spend a weekend getaway. Rooms perfectly equipped with everything you need - comfortable bed, freezing cold A/C, tv with cable, clean bathrooms, iron, fridge. Continental breakfast provided and did not disappoint. Lemonade and flavored water in lobby always available for guest. Friendly and informative staff with great recommendations. Hassle free parking at nearby parking garage. And the best part is, Doc the BnB cat. Can't wait to return!

Yelp
The manor is beautiful and seemingly well kept. You can walk anywhere. The parking garage is a bit of a walk which isn't convenient. There were tiny bugs in my bed crawling on me. I called the after hours number but nobody answered. The following morning I was moved to a tiny noisy room inside the manor while they spayed my room and when I went back it smelled like bug spray. There were still bugs in my bed. I was moved again, 3 times total in my 4 night stay. I felt like I did not get to really settle in and relax. The last 2 nights, I was moved to a completely different location in an alley that did not feel safe and the room was not as nice. After I checked out I checked reviews again and 3 years prior someone had complained of bugs in the same room I was in which was the Jacaranda. I was credited $20 and my parking fee which was a total of $60. I spent $1,400 for my stay and I felt I should have at least been given half off or at least one night free. The staff never apologized for any inconvenience during my stay. I do not recommend staying there. Many other beautiful places priced comparably.

Yelp
All was fine except they allow dogs in the rooms. Neighbors got up early and left leaving their effing yapping dog! End of a peaceful morning..I mean who does that!??

Yelp
My wife and I stayed at the Old Town Manor for two days while visiting Key West. The location couldn't be better and staff were fantastic. Loved our room, but it was in need of some TLC. I know Key West is expensive but I almost fell off my chair when my wife told me what the nightly rate withe tax and extras cost. I'll be back because one of the few places that is dog friendly and that's important to us.

Yelp
Arrived with my dog and my boyfriend flew in the next day. Staff AMAZING, room AMAZING, location AMAZING, this place went above and beyond all my expectations will be visiting again very soon since only a few hrs drive away!

Yelp
Had a fabulous experience this week at OTM. Staff was amazing, beautiful property and they are Dog Friendly! This "no-kids allowed" b&b is ideal for it's tranquility yet so close to everything. Orchids adorn the beautiful trees in the courtyard, water features among the lovely gardens. Breakfast is delish! The nightly price is steep but worth it. Highly recommended and will absolutely return again!

Yelp
Great locks on the doors. So great you can't get in the room you paid for. If you call for help getting into the room you paid for; bonus. You'll get yelled at for free because you woke up the on call person who is comfortable in bed somewhere else. Presumably behind a lock that works. Stay literally anywhere else.

Yelp
A great guest house.Walkable to almost everything. Rachel was warm, friendly and offered great great suggestions for eateries. When in Key West, would not hesitate to stay at this "gem".

Yelp
We stayed here for a wedding last weekend and wow, did we enjoy ourselves! It started with being greeted by the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful! (Even carried our heavy suitcase up to our room!) We had a bedroom on the second floor and it was very nice. Private deck, own bathroom, flat screen TV, fridge, dresser. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfy! My wife wants me to look up the brand of sheets and buy them for our home! The rest of the manor was beautiful and breakfast was great as well! The outside sitting area is perfect! There are large tables if you wanna share breakfast with others, or tables of 2 if you want to eat alone. 3 WiFi routers on the property make it easy to get online wherever and whenever you need to. The staff was also VERY helpful in booking events, and helping us find places for dinner! I never thought I would go to a B&B in my life, nonetheless like it, and I already want to come back to Old Town Manor! AND THE BEST PART - it is like 100 feet from Duval Street! You are right where you want to be for an awesome Key West Vacation!

Yelp
We had a wonderful stay for one night on a short trip to key west. Very cute place. Friendly staff and the breakfast was very fresh and delicious. There is a spot in their driveway you can unload your stuff and then either pay 25$ to park there or 10$ to park a few blocks away in a garage. It's very close to the party bars and nightlife of Duval Street to walk, but far enough removed that it is quiet at night. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to key west! Side note- there's no pool so if that's important to you then you'll have to stay somewhere else. We didn't care to have a pool and didn't have time for it anyway.

Yelp
The room was great. There is a cute courtyard to sit in for breakfast or at night. The complimentary breakfast had lots of organic and locally made foods. Very close to Duval street so easy to walk to the shops but it's not noisy at all. Parking is tough but there is a parking lot a few blocks away that we left our car in.

Yelp
We planned a trip to explore all of Key West over Thanksgiving. We were looking for a place to stay near all of the action but not in all of the action. And after reading about many places to stay we chose Old Town Manor based upon location, reviews, breakfast, room size. We arrived early and checked in. The room was not ready but they took my cell to let me know when it would be. We walked to lunch and got a call before we finished that it was ready. We unloaded and were able to secure a parking pass. The facility is a hike down the street. Don't forget anything behind otherwise you will have to head back there. It appears there is a spot for one car on property. Room was very well appointed. There were three of us and we had a queen (I think) and a twin. Bathroom was good size. We even had a patio. The AC did not seem to take the humidity out of the air well. It was an older window unit near the ceiling. It was always quiet. We used their wifi and even a little cable television. We never did make it to the pool at the sister property. Breakfast was good. One day we felt like vultures as we had to leave early for a snorkel trip and kept hovering to see if it had opened. Lots of options for all tastes. I would have liked to have seen some high protein yogurt. Coffee was excellent. Would we return- yes. Location, breakfast, room size all good. Thank you Old Town Manor.

Yelp
When I was planning for this three day trip to Key West, I was looking for a hotel that's not just pet-friendly, but also close to all the actions on Duval Street. So I started doing some reach and found this bed & breakfast place. I like this location because it's only one block away from Duval Street, and they are extremely pet-friendly. Some hotels requires a large amount of pet deposits, which could cost as much as the room. Some places do not allow you to leave your pets in the hotel room alone. And even if some places allow you to leave your pets in the rooms alone, you have to leave your pets in crates. Of course we are not willing to do that. But this place is very flexible. Not only we can leave our dogs in the rooms alone, which we probably wouldn't do anyway, but we don't have to put them in crates. Since the prices of their rooms are still competitive with the surrounding hotels, I booked it immediately. When I first pull my car in front of the hotel, I was immediately impressive of this place. I love the building because it has a lot of history, but inside the hotel it has been completely remodeled. The reception area looked stunning. I love the color of the walls in the lobby, a very light and refreshing green. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He showed me to our room and also gave me a little guide on the surrounding area. When we walked the room, we were really pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean. It's got two large queen beds with pretty modern bathroom. We have a nice patio with some a table and chairs outside our room which looks very nice too. Too bad the weather was pretty hot and steamy when we were there, otherwise I see ourselves sitting in the patio enjoying a couple of adult beverages. And our doggies loved the room. When they got off the stroller, they started running around the room and exploring the new home for the next two days. They seems to enjoy the bed because once we placed them on the bed, they didn't seem wanted to be taken down...LOL! Overall, our two nights stay was very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and clean. It's only one block off Duval so all the bars and restaurants are within walking distances. We'll definitely come back here again the next time we're in the Keys.

Yelp
Honestly we really loved Old Town Manor - $350/night price tag just didn't cut it for 5 stars. Good, just not good enough for the price tag. Like... a Buick that costs $100K. The staff were very friendly and inviting. Haythem at the front desk was especially memorable for customer service. He took excellent care of us. Breakfast staff were attentive and everything was always very clean. Big plus - ALWAYS clean. The beds were very comfortable. They use a Sealy Posturepedic mattress topper that ensured an excellent night of sleep. A.C. in the room was on point and blew a cool 71 easy in the peak of summer - which Floridians know is an industrial effort. Breakfast was... conscientious of people with particular taste? Gluten free options, salmon, bagels, etc. Nothing exciting, but good enough. We were told by Allison on the phone that there was free parking. NOT SO. $10/day to park in a garage 4 blocks away. Otherwise street parking for $3/HOUR... Location is prime - on the corner of Eaton and Duval. Prime time action so close to Key West's night life. You'll not need your car ever staying here. Restaurants, waterfront, bars, etc. BUT - quiet at night! Long and short - we loved it but don't like $700 for a weekend.

Rex W.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here for an extended weekend and loved it! Great staff, accommodations, and location. We stayed in room 13. This room is full of character. There is one small balcony overlooking the courtyard, but the second balcony, (yeah, 2 balconies!) has a table and two chairs that we used every morning. If you have mobility issues, this is not the room for you. The bathroom door is narrow and you have to step up into it, but I believe they take that into consideration when booking the room. Noise from Duval was well blocked out, however the crowing roosters in the courtyard act as inescapable alarm clocks. Even so, they are just a part of the experience of Key West. Cannot wait to visit again and stay in lucky number 13!

Yelp
Very nice place just half a block away from the over rated Duval Street, if that's your thing. Staff was incredibly friendly and nice, that includes Doc the big friendly cat who loves rubbings. Place was super cozy, with an old time charm that features a lush green backdrop setting. Loraine, who checked us in was as nice as people come. I will definitely stay there again. Only reason I didn't give it a five star rating was because it was missing a pool. Other than that, a really charming place to stay.

Yelp
We loved staying at the Old Town Manor. The Saratoga room, was simply beautiful. We had our own private deck with table/chairs. The location was perfect. We were close to Duval Street and Mallory Square. The breakfast, which runs from 8-10 am was wonderful. They provided waffles, fruit, cereal, bagels, cakes, cheeses, juice and great coffee. I highly recommend this B & B for your Key West visit!!!

Ned W.

Yelp
My wife and I spent 5 nights at Old Town Manor and had an great time! The venue is clean and well apponted. Whether you want to be inside or out, there's plenty of common area space to hang out in when you're not exploring the town. The complimnetary breakfasts were very good and the coffee is great! But, what really makes the place wonderful is the people who work there! Haytham and Rachel were so helpful and knowledgeble, not to mention fun to talk to! They both gave us excellent recomendations on restaurants and activities and helped take our stay in Key West to another level.

Yelp
We loved it! Stayed here for a few days Nov. 2017 with our two dogs. Three adults shared a room with one twin and one full, very well appointed and clean. Love the breakfast offered (bagels, toast, cake, eggs, fruit, juice) and delicious fresh coffee! This is a beautiful B&B steps away from Duvall. Park your car in the nearby garage and use the old town manor parking pass and enjoy seeing key west by foot or bike. 99% chance we will stay here again.

Yelp
We had a lovely vacation here. The Anniversary room was wonderful. It had everything you could want from friendly and helpful staff to great breakfasts. The concierge greeted us and handled everything. When we saw the room with a private balcony we knew we would love it. The room was like you were back in time with the antique furniture and the bed was so high I used the step stool they provided to get into bed! We asked to stay an extra night and we had to move to a different room. That room was fun because it had a real lime trunk in the room. They built around it. The other guests were nice to meet and I would definitely come back. We walked to everything. There was a front and back porch with tall ladder back rocking chairs. Great place to have a cocktail or your morning coffee! They are a green hotel and all food is organic. Loved our stay!

Yelp
We recently stayed at this Bed & Breakfast for 3 nights and came away impressed. The building is an old Key West style home that has been converted to a B&B. It is located one block off of Duval street on Eaton so you can pretty much walk to any restaurant or bar on Duval. The rooms are a little dated but it fits the decor of the venue. I will say definitely stay on the second floor if you have a choice - our friends stayed on the first and they heard their neighbors above "having a dance party" Since this is a B&B they served complimentary breakfast each morning in the patio. It was not a full-on breakfast buffet but I would say it was several steps up from a continental breakfast. It was definitely nice to have this set up every AM. There is a pool available at one of the sister properties just a couple of blocks away. Since it was kind of cold we didn't check it out. What really sets this place apart is the service. From a couple of weeks out we started receiving emails from the friendly staff offering to help set up tours, etc. Once we arrived we were blown away by how friendly and attentive the staff was. Al carried our luggage to our room and even arranged for us to rent bikes that were delivered to the B&B. Sam from Australia was one of the nicest people I have met and she was happy to provide advice and engage in friendly conversation. She also hooked us up with beach towels to take to the pool party at Dante's. Overall this was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about going to Key West.

Yelp
We had our wedding reception at OTM. I can't say enough about how fantastic it was. Here are a few key points : ) *We rented out the entire property and got a great deal. *Nicole was superb! Seriously- whatever she's paid it isn't enough. Very attentive, kind, funny, helpful,... the list goes on... we love her! *One block off Duval, so our guest walked to the bars after our reception. ( and its NOT noisy) *Nice breakfast, very homey and a good money saver *Parking was close and easy Highly recommend staying here! They made our wedding dreams come true.

Yelp
Stayed at the Old Town Manor last night. It was quite spontaneous for us, completely impromptu motorcycle trip. We booked the room for one night, literally night before coming to the Key West. Good last minute deal. When we arrived (at 11AM) room was not ready yet (check in at 3 PM or I think so). We decided not to wait and went out to explore the city (left our bags with front desk concierge). By the time we were back (around 6- 7PM) we found our luggage, it was left for our convenience in the room. (Very thoughtful staff!) We got the Lime Tree room. At the first floor with small private side porch. It was spacious enough for two of us. With relaxing lime colors, big antique wall clock and unique accent feature- "love" tree trunk kind off naturally dividing bathroom from restroom. Room was clear and neat, with good working air conditioner, comfortable king size bed, smelled good (no smoking inside the room or at the hotel facilities). Smart water bottles is provided $5 each- optional. At the lobby self served, free of charge: cold water, fresh apples flavored water or iced tea :) Wholesome Breakfast was provided by the hotel in the morning. The hotel is very close to busy with nightlife Duval Street, but remains in a quiet area during that hours. (no one bothered us during our sleep) CVS around a corner in case of need for water, sun block or other necessities . Great hotel! We will definitely stay at the Old Town Manor again. Wonderful staff!

Kathy M.

Yelp
We have visited Old Town Manor twice now and can't say enough good things. The location is perfect, property is lovely and well maintained and concierge Rachael was great. She is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. She was the extra push to give a 5 star review. Love the place and can't wait to get back there.
google avatar

Linda M.

Yelp
Loved staying here. Great tropical ambiance. It was perfect to be able to bring our two Goldens. I did think $75 was a little high for the pet charge, but this is Key West! There is a Dog Beach at the end of Vernon that both dogs enjoyed. Our room was large, clean and very quiet. The breakfast was great and saved us from having to go out to eat. Great "green" products in the room and nice large bath towels.
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely gorgeous. Wonderful staff that were very helpful with every question we had. The breakfast was fresh, it's of organic options, and filling. The room was a dream. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location can't get any better. 1/2 from duval, but you can't hear any music or noise. Parking on the street. Pool at a sister location 2 blocks away. I definitely found the place I will be staying every time I vacation in the keys. The prices were much cheaper than any hotel on the island, and it's closer to old town than the hotels. Highly, highly recommended.

Yelp
Location location location!! This place is wonderful. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was very friendly. I didnt eat the breakfast, but it was available from 8-10 and the spread looked delicious. I will be staying here again.

Yelp
This is absolutely one of the prettiest places we have ever stayed at! The rooms are just lovely (stay in the carriage house rooms for space, the Lime Tree Room for something really cool). The staff cannot be more accommodating and nice. My daughter rented out the entire place for a week for her wedding. Just wonderful! Every guest for the wedding stayed here and loved it. The wedding was beautiful and the choices the Manor suggested for the wedding was a major hit! The rooms were pretty and vintage and the beds were comfortable for everyone there. Water always available and the pool was next door and really great for a refreshing dip and swim. Breakfast every morning was really nice with waffles, pastries, fruit and juice. Where they could not have an air conditioner, they had these huge fans that worked to cool off people and get the bugs to fly away! Look for the geckos and lizards: Harmless, but pretty! Say hello to Miss Kitty!

Yelp
Loved this place! We were in the "Lime Tree Room" which you find aptly named once you walk into the bathroom (I won't spoil the surprise here). Right off Duval so it was walking distance to everything. Loved sitting on the porch on the rocking chairs people watching. Bed was comfy, and breakfast was really yummy. Bath products (soap, shampoos, etc) smelled amazing. Was a great price for a last-minute booking too (we booked a few hours before our arrival). Definitely would stay again. Bonus (or not, depending on how you feel about this sort of thing): My fiancé says he felt like something jabbed/punched him in the back when he was sleeping. It woke him up. It wasn't me--I was way over on the other side of the king bed. Turns out others have reported haunting type experiences in this house, especially in the "Examining Room" (this used to be the home of a doctor).

Nhora M.

Yelp
My review is solely based in the cancellation policy, as I had to cancel my reservation not because I changed my plans, but because tropical storm / hurricane ETA was heading to SoFlo. Everybody in my travel group staying in other hotels were able to cancel without penalty, except me, I lost my deposit. Is just sad that they will not help in this kind of case.

Yelp
We had a wonderful time here. The B&B is quiet but just a half-block off Duval Street. The bed was comfortable and the room cosy. Breakfast is in a beautiful enclosed garden and was delicious. The people were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We couldn't ask for more!

Yelp
Our stay at Old Town Manor was great. The location is unbeatable, the staff was as friendly and helpful as one could hope, the property is beautiful, the included breakfast was a perfect way to start each day, and our room (the Saratoga Room) was perfect for our needs and quite spacious by Key West standards. We have been visiting Key West 2-3x/year for the past several years and Old Town Manor is the best place we have stayed. The fact that they're pet-friendly is icing on the cake.

Yelp
I know that Key West has a 'shabby chic' vibe, and expect that fact whenever I visit. However, the Old Town Manor gave me much more shabby than chic. Normally, I stay at Alexander's, and perhaps have become spoiled by the level of attention to interior design, overall cleanliness, and setting there. Here's the bottom line: - You're close to Duval. Very close! Convenient and NOISY! - There is no 'cocktail hour' at the property, so you never meet anyone at the inn with you. In the past, I've found this to be a nice way to make new friends and get an evening started. - Breakfast was ok. Just ok. Mainly cakes, breads, and some fruit. - Our room (The Lime Tree) needs a real refresh. No desk. No chair. Rugs in the bathroom were grungy. The lime tree in the bathroom sounds better than it is, as it makes navigating the toilet a challenge and the bathroom feel a bit dirty. Plus, why are there two sinks so close together leaving no room on the vanity? The space isn't big enough for two people to work simultaneously. The private porch backs up to the parking lot of Wendy's on Duval, and is a hang out for drunks. Charming. Yes, we should have known that being so close to Duval would be a problem. However, the website pics and reviews led us to believe we had found a perfect place. We'll keep looking, and were tempted to move. However, we weren't there for the accommodations, but rather to be with friends in Key West. We stuck it out. Next time, we'll know better.

Yelp
This time I had to stay at the old town manor's other property called te rose lane villas and was a fabulous stay.

Yelp
The cancellation policy sucks! Due to the tropical storm coming into the area and us traveling from Kansas we decided not to try and make the trip since we could not even be sure we could arrive in Fort Myers today let alone be able to take the ferry to Key West. We cancelled our flight, motel stay in Fort Myers and the ferry. The airline gives us a flight credit for future flights as well as the ferry. The motel in Fort Myers didn't have any charges . This place won't even offer a credit for a future stay let alone give any kind of refund. Just said" if they resold the room " we might get a partial refund. Who the heck is going to book a room in Key West with tropical storm on the way? When we re book our trip I will be more than happy to stop by and give them a good old 1 finger salute

Yelp
We were in town for a wedding and had a very nice stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed it. The first couple nights we stayed in the Sunset room and it was fun. A really different room than we were used to but we were barely in the room so it was fine. The last night we stayed in the Carrige house and it was just as nice. The breakfast was a good start to the day. Nothing heavy or too filling which is nice when you are eating out every other meal typically. If we come back we will be staying here again.

Yelp
Charming historic home in a perfect location in Old Town Key West. The stafff was friendly and helpful. At least three dogs are part of the "staff," which made us feel right at home and a part of the family. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished with lovely antiques. The balconies and courtyard offer restful spots for reading, writing and soaking in the Key West morning. The only reason I'm giving four instead of five stars is that Old Town Manor kinda forgot about the breakfast part of "Bed and Breakfast." Yes, there was food, but the offerings were limited to bagels, pastries, some fruit, and hard-boiled eggs (served cold). The morning grub may have left much to be desired (I could smell bacon and pancakes cooking at other nearby houses), but the breakfast staff (Sam and her canine greeter, Chance) could not have been more charming, Even without a real breakfast, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again at Old Town Manor on our next trip to Key West.

Yelp
I stayed here recently with my wife and we were both very happy with this bed and breakfast. I snagged a one night reservation for a total of $175 which I thought was a deal for what i was looking at. We arrived right after the staff had left for the evening so there was no one on the main floor but they called us to let us know instructions and keys were being left for us. The room was upstairs (Eaton room) and had nice high ceilings, good air conditioning, and semi private balcony to enjoy which we did. The building is right off the main drag which is perfect, and there is no loud music nearby which gave the immediate neighborhood a peaceful feel. The breakfast was perfect, it was a buffet of items you choose from the kitchen, and then seat yourself in the backyard. There are lots of wedding related reservations that go on here, and I ran into a bride and groom who were also staying on the second floor. This is a special place, and well worth the price of admission for a night.

Yelp
Old Town Manor was the perfect setting for our wedding. We rented the entire building and used the grounds for two nights worth of events. The staff was amazing. All of our guests needs were met in a friendly and efficient way. Even the furry staff members were friendly. Nicole the events planner was wonderful. She was able to help me from 3,000 miles away. Old town manor feels like home. I can't wait to return.

Yelp
The Old Town Manor (OTM) is such an awesome place to stay. The hotel is less than a half block from all the action on Duval. I had friends staying here for the first time- and they now see why I'm in love with the OTM! Hatham was so helpful and couldn't have been nicer. The breakfast was amazing!!! The room was perfect, and I LOVED my welcome gift!!! My friends and I have already booked for next years Fantasy Fest. Cant wait till next year!!!

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. It is half a block to Duval Street, but in general, was very quiet. Our room (#3) was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the courtyard area in back frequently - its a great place to sit, chat, read, etc. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with everything we asked of them. The only reason that I didn't give a 5 star rating is the breakfast. It is a continental style, with breads, cold quiche, hardboiled eggs, etc. The breakfast was not managed well, and frequently, they would be out coffee, or yogurt, etc. I would have preferred an option for a heartier, and warm, breakfast.

Yelp
The room was very small, just enough room for 1 bed. No room for luggage. You could hear everything going on in the lobby. We were woken very early and very often. Anytime someome went in or out the front door you could hear it. We had to park several blocks away in a parking garage and walk back. They claimed to have an excellent breakfast but it was far from excellent. No cooked eggs, no sausage, very small selection of food and they put it all up at 10 am and I mean 10 am. If you haven't gotten what you want too bad! I went back for more bacon and it had already been put up. I've had a better breakfast at a Holiday inn express. The location was Excellent but other than that I would not recommend staying here.

Yelp
We stayed here just for one night. The staff was outstanding, super accommodating and friendly. They made you feel at home. It was the perfect location to Duval street. They amenities in the room were perfect. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided to you to use. (Not the travel kind) Super eco friendly hotel. I can not wait to come back again.

Yelp
My mom, my dog Sean and I spent the better part of a week in Key West and were lucky enough to stay at Old Town Manor. The location was perfect, we were able to park our car in the covered parking garage for the entire time and the staff at Old Town Manor secured bikes for us to get around town. The Saratoga room was beautiful and big enough to relax. My mom and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning on our private patio. My dog enjoyed Key West too...he was confused by all the Roosters everywhere and we had to walk down the street to the post office parking lot 3 times a day for him because there is not a lot of grass in Key West! Once again, the location as perfect, the staff was awesome, Key West was fun and charming...we hope to visit again soon!

Yelp
Had a great time at Old Time Manor! They were welcoming and helpful for recommendations for restaurants/things to do. The accommodations were perfect. It was nice to have a balcony to sit on at the beginning and end of the day. The location cannot be beat for accessibility to Duval street. The only thing that wasn't desirable was the windows did not open but that was minor. It was very quiet and the bed was great. The environmental practices are great. It was nice to always have cucumber infused water coming in from a hot day. Also, the easy parking that you can pay for by day in their driveway for $25 per day.
