We stayed here as stop over before heading over to Tanzania for a safari. We arrived quite late at night but the staff were really helpful. The restaurant was still serving food and we had a great meal and a few beers. The rooms were perfectly fine, clean and a decent size. Overall a good experience and perfect for a stop over in Nairobi.

I enjoyed my experience at Eagles The Steak House. Took all three courses and was very pleased with every meal. I am not big on food presentation but have to say I was impressed. The molo lamb was amazing. The staff are very friendly and the view over looks the national park where Giraffes and other wild life could be seen grazing in the background. It can get a little chilly especially if dining on the terrace therefore warm clothing is advised. Overall, it was a good experience.

We had a mixed experience at Ole Salani. The location and ambiance were excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive — truly great customer service throughout. The food overall was delicious, but unfortunately, we encountered an issue with one of our children's meals — there was a fly larvae in the food garnish. This understandably caused our child to lose her appetite. To their credit, the staff handled the situation graciously and professionally, apologizing sincerely and even offering complimentary desserts to make up for the experience. While this incident was disappointing, we appreciated the way it was addressed. Improved quality checks in the kitchen could have avoided this kind of mistake.

I was stranded in Nairobi due to a late arrival from Mauritius (Kenya Airways). So they put me here (paid for) during my 24h forced layover. It was really quite alright. Friendly staff and good facilities.

I've not stayed there. I've only had a few meetings there. Very upscale. Hamburger and chips = $14 ( with no drink). The burger was fine. I also had an iced mocha. It was subpar. It was very noisy. I've come to think all restaurants in Nairobi are very noisy. 🤷 Staff were very polite and professional. Service was slow. Getting into this place is a bit of a nightmare. Entrance is hard to find. There is always a traffic jam getting in. Parking is very tight and has very low ceilings. My van was just a few mm from scratching the ceilings. It's a confusing place to get around - multiple buildings and driveways, not clearly signed.

The breakfast is amazing and so is the eagles nest, the lounge on the top floor is amazing as well but purely for a drink rather than food as I said the eagles nest is the best place to eat. Avoid the Acacia it's not very good food wise, neither is the service and oddly they don't seem to have spoons or had none clean when we went it was a little bit of a let down after the amazing room and food we had in other places. I'd recommend it, close to the next gen mall and so much to see and do in the area.

Great location and great service, a few minutes from the airport and just off the highway with access to the expressway which will get you to the airport in less than 15 minutes. The food was superb, enjoyed the jumbo prawns in coconut for lunch. Creamed spinach, mushrooms and eggs were on point. Rooms were good, quiet and you can open the windows which is fantastic. No plug for the bath though so not sure if this needed to be requested. Overall, a nice somewhat central place away from crowds for business or some kicking back time

The hotel was good, very good location, but I didn't like the fact that they want to use you as much as they can to earn. Since it's Kenya is not surprising. I asked them to call the taxi to go to a restaurant that was 10-15min away but they said only hotel transfer can drive me there for 30 USD each way!!! I called Uber and did it for 14 USD total. I paid for hotel and airport tranferS... S ,plural, and they told me that I have to pay for the return to the airport because it's not paid. I didn't want to get into an argument because was tired of arguing with every single Kenyan trying to suck out every bill out of my wallet.  So Uber solved the issue again  and I paid 7-8 USD Restaurants were ok, bit slow service but overall food was acceptable. Would i stay in the hotel again? Maybe, since in Kenya wherever you go you will find this. I had much better time in Uganda, Rwanda and even Burundi.
