In photos, the property looks aesthetically stunning, with beautiful architecture and interior design. The views from the rooms are stunning, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.
That said, a few noticeable drawbacks point to the poor build quality of the property. Much of the furniture appears designed with ergonomics in mind but lacks comfort. The shower taps feel flimsy, and for the price being charged, you’d expect them to be spotless and free of limescale. The layout choice of having the sink visible from the bed is unusual and not very practical. The sink area itself also offers limited space to place toiletries, which makes it less functional than expected at this level.
Check-in took more than 10 minutes, though management responded quickly and followed up on the issue. Aside from these aspects, everything else was excellent—the staff were attentive, the breakfast and food were delicious, and the cocktails were fantastic.
Overall: While the service, dining, views, and tranquil atmosphere were all outstanding, the issues with build quality and design choices do not fully reflect the level of luxury expected at this price point.
