Everything about this hotel was just fabulous! My sister and I are looking to return to this exact accommodation next year, our experience this year was just phenomenal. To start the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Our room was gorgeous, and the pool and pool bar were wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was also fantastic and the view was stunning! My sister and I really liked that there were staff at the front desk 24 hours a day incase we needed anything. The location of this hotel was about a 15 minute walk into town, so it was very peaceful at all hours of the day which we loved! I have to say, the hotel staff were the best I've ever experienced in my life. My sister and I became friends with the front desk staff and management, who eagerly attended to our needs and provided us with recommendations for absolutely everything. Although we did our research prior, we were thrilled to have new "must see/must try" things on our list. The staff would check-in daily and we were excited to show them photos of what we were up to. We trusted the hotel staff to book a full-day book tour for us, and that was our Milos highlight by far. We are so grateful to have chosen this hotel, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience while we were in Milos. We will for sure be returning next year!!

Olea Bay has a beautiful view of the water! The location is central to all milos top places to visit. Very nice pool/bar hosted by Jannis.|Breakfast included was a great bonus. |The rooms are simple yet very clean and comfortable!|The front desk attendants were some of the best I've encountered from Ritz Carlton and down. They were so inviting, accommodating and so willing to help! |The stand-out employee for me (although they were all great) was Ira (pronounced in greek/not American English). She was an absolute gem! From reviewing a map of the island and must visit places, to setting up a rental car and anything else we asked for/needed!||If you need a reason to decide on Olea bay other than central location and clean rooms/property than do it for the service that is some of the best I've experienced!

The hotel operated on a very bare-bones basis, providing only the absolute essentials and cutting back on comforts one would normally expect from a 4 star hotel. This hotel was a big contrast to the other 4 star hotels that we stayed in on the other islands. ||The bedding was awful. |There are no duvets, only down market blankets, one of which had a hair trapped inside. ||We wanted cocktails at the pool but there was no service from the barman. Due to this, we spent as little time as possible at the hotel as there was a withholding feeling being in that space.||At breakfast, only filter coffee was available. Any other coffees had to be paid for. |Breakfast buffet was poorly presented.||It came across as a no-frills place taken to the extreme — cheap at the expense of comfort. There was a general feeling of penny pinching. ||Location was not ideal at all. |Polonia was a far better area to stay in. ||That said, it was a pretty hotel building with a lovely pool. If it had been a 3 star hotel, I would’ve been far more generous with my words.

This was our favourite room of the whole trip — spacious, peaceful, and with a beautiful sunset view. The location is quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding, and just a 5-minute drive to town (you’ll need a car or scooter). The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the poolside barman was great. Breakfast was simple but fine given the small size of the hotel. Great value and an ideal stay — we’d love to come back.

This hotel is very pleasant, with beautiful and cozy decor. It has two buildings, and the pool is located between them. We stayed in the back building and loved it! Parking is right outside the apartment. The room was large and comfortable. The entire hotel is very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The reception staff is always very friendly and ready to help.

AVOID $$$$ This place has potential to be good, however, they’re too early. The service is wonderful. The breakfast is the worst in Greece - not a toaster -not coffee that’s even remotely drinkable. The rooms are suspect, depending on the room you get some have major problems. The rooms have no headboard. The sheets are like two dollar Chinatown sheets. The bathroom is back up into the room, giving a fall smell. It’s a beautiful hotel that if it was priced right, however, it’s priced at the top tier and you would be crazy to stay here for the price they want. I would either wait a while or just avoid this property altogether

Nice rooms (amazing views in those with views to the bay), nice pool and good location. Breakfast is decent but could be upgraded in order to fit with the rest of the hotel. The service at the front desk could be much better. When we arrived, the personnel tried to check us in a room with no ocean views (I guess so that they could sell our room for a better price). Luckily, our booking clearly stated that our room had ocean views. However, they omitted our complaints and it was not until our travel agent called them that we finally got our room with the views (although they supposedly had no availability for ocean views when we arrived). We felt scammed and the stay did not start in the best way.
