Worst company ever. We had a reservation to pick up the scooter at 8:30am. It is 10:00am, still no one is here. We called, and the guy just said, oh sorry the person in charge got sick. No even an apology or offering an upgrade on the service. I will never ever pick this company. The unprofessionalism is real.

Good location to grotto bay resort. We rented a scooter for 3 days & had a great time with it. There's a basket on the back for towels, etc. It was very busy when we got there, only 1 worker & had to wait quite a while for the other people to get comfortable test driving. A large group showed up after us so he called for backup. Nice staff but could use more help there.

Make sure you get there about 10-15 minutes before they open because other people will also show up wanting a car and they may not have very many. We were lucky and able to get one without a reservation

Not too much around here, but we snuck into the grotto cave while we charged the electric car we rented. If you have one of these cars, you need to plan your day around charging stations.
