Olive and Vyne | Gourmet Oil & Wine Shop

This is a charming shop, but I didn't take the time to really peruse their offerings as I was there for tea. They do a high tea every other Saturday for just a few people, but we were told that in warmer weather, they move out to the balcony and can accommodate more people. It was a 3-course tea, and everything was made from scratch and delicious! I'm a vegetarian, and my friend has various food allergies, but they accommodated us beautifully. The owner and her staff were so friendly and welcoming. I am excited to bring the hubby back for wine and olive oil tastings.

I visited Olive and Vyne today to purchase some Christmas gifts to be shipped around the country. I am unable to hear and have a speech problem. The lady who waited on me was very kind and patient. She was able to accommodate me with the orders without embarrassing me. It was greatly appreciated...now, I look forward to hearing from my loved ones as they receive this special gift. Thank you.

Today my sweet heart and I had a great opportunity to visit Olive and Vyne store. I don’t want to say the store is super big; however, they have everything you need. The prices not cheap, but the quality of oil not cheap as well; as my dad said: “Cheap ain’t good, and good ain’t cheap”. Next time I would definitely visit this place again.

Learn how to treat your customers. We will not be back. My wife came in on her birthday to pick out a new olive oil. Our 5 year old saw a birthday card she wanted to get for my wife so she put it in her jacket as she walked past my wife to surprise her while she went to show it to her grandma. The owner accused her of trying to steal and then even after explaining the situation said she would be watching her. She is a 5 year old trying to surprise her mom on her birthday, I understand the confusion but once it was explained have some respect for customers. A terrible experience especially to be treated so poorly on her birthday.

It is a great shop with a variety of oils and vinegars that can be sampled. The staff is very helpful, and they make good recommendations to try, as well as provide recipe cards based on your selection. There is also a selection of gift and craft items from local businesses

Good selection of wine I could not find. Some selections have really increased in price around the valley, but still found it cheap here. Nice to have a free tasting

What a tasty place! A great place to find a gift for a special person. A great place to give yourself a gift! Hope - the store owner - really knows her business and can help you find unique combinations of infused oils and vinegars. Go in for a tasting! You'll come out a happy camper!

Love this place. You can sample all sorts of balsamic vinegars and olive oils. We left with three vinegars just because we have a ton of olive oil already that we need to use. Highly recommend!!

The store was not busy at all. Just one other person besides us. Again, it was not busy. Well went again. Still love the selection but it's not self helping on the tiny samples. I would've wanted to test maybe 5 each of oil and 5 of vinegar but each time you need to wait for the lady to give you a thimble full and she's either behind the counter, talking to someone, ringing up someone, etc so it's not convenient and off-putting. So instead of leisurely pouring my own thimble and perhaps spending $$$ on many bottles, I left empty handed. There were 3 of us they lost money on. Since that's their new policy I won't go back. Too much of a pita to wait and on someone else and feeling like I was a pita. So there's that.

I have to say - this was the BEST thing experience we ever had in an oil and vinegar shop! We just moved to the area and saw this shop on Trip advisor. The last review was 2020 when people were being snotty to each other - so I had to go see for myself and wow - I can't say enough great things about this small business! The family who owns this shop is amazing and so are their employees. They treat everyone with genuine hospitality and have such a great knowledge of the products they sell. Love the insights on oils, vinegars & their world wide variety of wines! We got to taste many oils and vinegars and shooed for gifts too! We found out They have a Thursday wine and tapas made by the owners - tasting every week. The also have specials on holidays. Their prices are reasonable and their gift packs are something more I will be gathering up for the holidays! We bought several wines, oils, vinegars - to enjoy with some goat chips and caprese salad at home tonite. They were beautifully wrapped too! We got the perfect garlic oil for searing our meat and an aged wine from Spain to compliment our meal - we will definitely be back! These folks have made long term customers of us! Thank you Olive & Vyne for making our first week in Eagle amazing!

This is located next to The Chocolat Bar, and it was such a wonderful store to discover. There are so many lovely gifts to buy for loved ones from dishes to spices to wine to olive oils. In addition, they also have a wide array of balsamic vinegars. Great for stocking stuffers and/or co-worker gifts, but this place was amazing 2 discover, visit & shop today! Kudos to the owners! Thank you for the candy canes for my boys as well.

First-rate shop owned by friendly and engaged gourmands. Enjoyed a glass of wine and sampled the oils and vinegars. The pear white balsamic is extra special. Left very happy and can't wait to return.

I absolutely love this place! They are so helpful in helping you find whatever you are looking for, and more. I have many olive oils and balsamics that I keep for so many of the delicious recipes they provide, and I always love sampling new ones. They have also helped me on numerous occasions find the perfect wine. The owners are very personable and know their stuff!!!

Another great place to buy flavored olive oil. Wine too! They are super friendly and offer help picking what you like if needed. I love their tasting patio concept for a date night but have yet to try it. Just purchased a prepackaged gift of oils last time I stopped in. Definitely worth checking out!

Stumbled into this shop on a snowy day, looking for herbs to cook with. I was immediately greeted by Greg, one of the owners. I ended up purchasing some amazing olive oil, oregano, and wine. We sat with the owners and watched the snow fall over a nice glass of red wine. We will be going back!

Stopped by Olive and Vyne for the first time. So many flavors of olive oil, vinegar, spices, jellies, wines and more! Also, wry unique home decor items. Highly recommend!

Under new ownership this year- but the same fantastic oils & vinegars. I especially recommend their Chipotle as well as Garlic Artichoke infused olive oils. Cooking is made quicker when your oils are infused with au much flavor... treat yourself to some pure olive oils for all your home Covid-19 era creations!

Came in for some much needed chocolate for a wine night with the neighbors. They offered a local brand called Josh's Chocolate made in Boise. It was delicious! The ingredients were super clean. The woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable about wine regions and you could tell she was passionate. I look forward to coming in here again to buy Idaho made gifts for people.

This is one of my favorite local business places to shop for gifts and get inspirations for new dishes to cook, and ways to use balsamic vinegars and oils. The staff is friendly and helpful and I like how they have a "special of the month" They have boxed gift sets of different items as well including rubs. Come and visit and then you can grab a great lunch at Blue Toro!

Tasting was nice- no breads, just put vinegars in a small cup. The woman who helped was knowledgeable & helpful in making suggestions. Giving them 3 stars because the owner, Craig, wasn't wearing a mask when we walked in while talking a patron without a mask on also. When the wine merchant came in he put a mask on, but his "dick" nose was hanging out. We're excited to use our new oils & vinegars in the recipes we got from the store.

I can't wait to go back! I bought the garlic olive oil and cilantro balsamic vinegar. They have an amazing assortment and tasters of all of their inventory. Both of my purchases are AMAZING. Definitely going to be adding to my collection.

So happy with everything I have gotten from here. Be careful though! It's addictive. I love to mix the oils in my salads. Sooooo good!

So, a friend of mine brought a salad to dinner one night, and the dressing, well it was INCREDIBLE! She assured me that although it tasted sweet that it was Paleo friendly. I have nasty inflammation issues with processed sugars and I was sure I would pay for my indulgence the next day, but it was so good I decided it was worth it. Next day was completely without complications from processed sugars, so I guess she was right about it being Paleo friendly. (Sure doesn't taste like it though, tastes like liquid candy with a nice vinegary punch!) I asked my friend for the recipe, asked again, and again until she gave it to me and then when I could not find the balsamic vinegar she told me to, I asked her where. She sent me to Olive and Vyne and hundreds of dollars later I am still going back again and again. OMG, they have so many wonderful flavors and they let you just spend as much time as you want taking sample after sample of the various flavors. They share "pairing" ideas with you, which I always forget by the time I am home, but in short order all that I bought is gone and I have to go back again. Who needs drugs when you can have flavored balsamic vinegars? Much better tasting, that is for sure. This appears to be a wonderful addiction.

They were extremely helpful in preparing a variety of 8 gift bags while we there. I'm also glad we were able to support a local small business.

Great little store in Eagle. Super friendly staff (owner) went in for dark balsamic & came out with that plus another vinegar and several different oils. Love the recipes they had available in store and as they told me on their website. Will be back for more once we use some of what we bought today.

I told my husband that I wanted to go into Olive and Vyne and taste some olive oils. I thought he would look at me like I was crazy, but as usual, he was just accommodating and said, sure! Let's go! We met hope, the owner, and she gave us her personal tour through her olive oils. There were too many amazing varieties to talk about but I will tell you of my favorites: the Cucumber, Persian lime, blood orange, and pear. So off the hook. I am an olive oil kind of sore and I have never had anything quite this good before. Her Blends are amazing. She also had some great balsamiq and olive oil dishes for a reasonable price. I highly recommend you visit Olive and Vyne. It will be worth your while.

Kellie helped me pick out a few things. They offer plenty of options in taste and quality. Hearing about Kellie's experience in the movie industry was so cool. I love olive oil and I couldn't have found a better place.

Just stumbled across this place after having breakfast!!! Such tasty products to try! They sell unique and tasty oils and balsamic vinegars to mix or try separately! They let you dip bread into different creations and was a fun experience! Will be back and would make a great gift for anyone who likes to cook!! Prices were very reasonable as well! Very friendly and helpful service!! They also have sample recipes around the shop to show you all you can make with their products :)

This shop is very welcoming! It is set up as a tasting room and I love the concept of try-before-you-buy. The staff member that helped me was attentive and very informative. They even had recipes to go along with the oils and vinegars I purchased. I love the combination of Meyer Lemon Olive Oil and Huckleberry Balsamic Vinegar. My favorite is the Honey Ginger Balsamic which I put on everything...omelettes, chicken, vegetables, etc.

Wonderful selection of products with incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff. I've given their oils and vinegars to several friends and family for gifts and they are always a hit!

We, too, saw this store while eating breakfast across the street. My husband is a huge balsamic vinegar fan, so we had to take a peek. The service could not have been better or more personable without being pushy. Wonderful staff who introduced us to creative flavors and engaged in lively conversation. A great find and highly recommend trying their incredible oils and vinegars!

Olive and Vyne is amazing!! Hope and Kellie are wonderful people! Their Balsamic's are THE BEST bar none! They did a tasting for me Sunday at my open house and did a fabulous job!!!

My new favorite shop!!! I had such a great time sampling all of the unique olive oils and balsamic vinegars!! The only challenge was narrowing my selection down! Hope and Kelly are so knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions and tips for creating yummy new dishes based on what I like! I'm having fun experimenting with what I got and will definitely be back for more soon!!!

I accidently discovered them in May when my mom came to visit. They have the most amazing selection of infused olive oils and flavored vinegars! You can taste everything with little bread cubes and they will recommend combinations of oil and vinegar for everything from salad dressings to marinades. I go there all the time to replenish my supply of oils and vinegar. It's my new favorite place and the only place I buy vinegar or olive oil.

Cutest little shop! They have testers available to try out all the different oils and balsamic vinegars. The owner is really sweet and helpful. She offered me suggestions, which I have to say I'm very pleased with, and she gives you recipes that go with the different oils. My new addiction is the Persian lime olive oil! My husband now thinks I'm a fancy chef because of the flavor the infused oil gives our food! 100% pleased and can't wait to try out a new flavor next time.

Wonderful selection of Balsamic vinegars and oils. I tasted many of them and found some exceptional flavors. Hope and Kellie, the proprietors are very friendly and helpfil. I particularly enjoy cooking with the Tuscan oil. Such a unique flavor. The Meyer lemon is also one of my favorites. The store also has a wide variety of gift items that are special. The items made my Christmas shopping easy. I was so suprised to find such a nice store in Eagle.

I have never been to a tasting room for olive oil and vinegar. I had so much fun tasting every oil and vinegar. The owners were so kind and obviously veritable experts on oils and vinegars. They took us on a oil and vinegar tasting tour right in their shop. They had recipes out to help with ideas for using certain flavors. I ended up buying numerous pairings of oil and vinegar and had them shipped to friends and family and I had a lot shipped to myself (I was visiting Boise). The packaging was beautiful. I LOVE useful gifts. I will probably do all of my Christmas shopping here.

While visiting in Boise I visited Olive and Vyne and purchased bottles of their flavored Balsamic Vinegars and Olive Oil. Because I live in CO, I had this purchase mailed to me. When USPS did not deliver in the 2 day priority mail time, I called Olive and Vyne to inquire. I discovered that Hope had been tracking the package and was aware of the problem. Five days later when the package arrived damaged, a new order was mailed to me promptly. This is great customer service and the balsamic vinegars are delicious.
