Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Me and the wife went to Olive Garden for the 10 year anniversary, and it was great.. It was definitely better food and service than we had before and was a better experience also. When we first got there, it was about a 10 minute wait, and that was fine, but then we got seated, and the waiter was awesome and absolutely the best his name was Christian Penney. He needs a pay raise or a leadership position, and I hope everyone can learn from him. I would have taken pictures of the food, but forgot we had Chicken Alfredo, Tour Of Italy, Spinach Dip, and the Calamari.

This restaurant has been in Newnan for a while and it never fails to disappoint. The food is fantastic. The place is so clean. They were busy but the staff was still helpful and friendly.

This is the best Olive Garden I’ve ever personally attended. I also had the best waitress I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Thank you Brianna N. My experience was a very pleasant experience. The manager introduced himself and was friendly. My waitress Brianna was timely, courteous, she anticipated my needs, and filled every request. The food was hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. I could cut my chicken carbonara with a spoon. The entire meal was on point. If you want a great experience, ask for Brianna.

Food was good. Service was ok. We were greeted and served quickly but hardly saw our server after that. No refills. We ended up needing to flag down another staff member for to go boxes. Overall, our experience was decent. I’d give them another shot in the future.

Customer service was awesome. The food was good 👍the place was clean and the restroom was clean. I love the restaurant and it looks amazing inside.

Our experience at this location started out very rocky. However, when you have great management on staff checking on everyone you can fix a lot. That is exactly what the manager did tonight - she turned a bad experience where we may not have come back into a great experience. I personally call that the peak of service and for that would highly recommend this location. Our waitress was brand new but friendly and helpful. Thanks for taking care of our evening!

The food is good. My Chicken Marsala was delicious. The salad has too much vinegar for my taste. I didn't have dessert. The bread sticks were great.

We had a terrible experience at this location. To begin with our waitress never greeted us properly, NEVER even smiled. Food came out pretty fast so that is the only good thing that I can say about our overall experience. Once our bill came out we instantly noticed additional fees and additional items on the receipt that we did not order. Number one, I personally was looking over the advertiser menu with another family member and the waitress brought out that item with the advertiser item that we agreed to order. I quickly made her aware but she left it on the table and then added it to our bill. Please BE AWARE that if you order a refresher Tea, or Soda you will pay $5 per person which is Absolutely RIDICULOUS.We had a party of 7 so that was $35 off top.. Also watch your receipt because the device that they set on your table to view your receipt they will CHARGE you $3 and list it as if you are playing a TABLE GAME on that device. Please be mindful of that! I can go on and on about our unpleasant experience but who cares literally. We asked for the manager and she wasn’t so polite in my opinion. Even after we were treated poorly we still showed gratitude and left the waitress a decent tip. Yes, the AA family that was placed in the corner off to the side STILL walked away with great character by leaving behind a tip that wasn’t warranted and honesty (for others to be aware) about our experience at this specific location.
