Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I returned to Olive Garden because a friend wanted eat there. I am not a fan and find most of their food to be bland but the salad of course is good along with breadsticks. I ordered the chicken parm. It was a bit bland but had a nice crunch l exterior. It's not the best Italian and it's not the worst. Service was good, very attentive. Most of you know what to expect from Olive Garden.

Great atmosphere, and our waiter was fantastic. The cuisine is consistently wonderful. I arrived with my family after work. My dress was not ideal, yet our server treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. Truly recommend this location!

We had a group of 8. Only one side of our table continued to get service. The other side was almost completely ignored. Not even getting refills after repeatedly asking for them until everyone was done eating. Not getting bread sticks either. Our server was an older guy with long hair. The food was great, though. I didn't even bother taking pictures here. It's hard to enjoy your meal without something to drink with it.

Ordered to-go and it was great! The side salad was much bigger than I anticipated (not a complaint). The salad was made perfectly, there weren’t any wilted lettuce pieces as I’ve encountered with other food places before. Onions were so fresh they still burned a little while chewing (lol). The cheese raviolis were fresh and warm. The cheese filling was gooey! On top of that, the ladies at the to-go counter were polite.

I went to Olive Garden on a Friday during the later afternoon. There was no one at all waiting at the seating booth. I asked the young lady a question regarding the menu. She stated that she had no idea and that I would have to go find someone else to answer my menu question. She then suggested that the lady at the to go counter might be able to answer my question. I went and waited in a line there for a while but then just decided to be seated regardless. My waiter was very friendly and helpful but was a little disappointed with my initial staff encounter. The food was very good and I was very satisfied with my meal. However, I doubt I’d ever go back to the Utica Square location due to the unprofessional young lady (staff) at the seating booth.

This was such a good experience. Our waitress Dixie was fantastic. She never kept us wanting for anything. The food was delicious and the serving was so big we brought it up home for probably two meals each. The atmosphere was quiet and clean. It was my husband's birthday and he got a free dessert. I recommend this new Olive garden without hesitation.

Went for a birthday dinner and the service was very good. The waiters were very attentive and quick on their feet.

First time at this location. We didn't get very good service at noon on Thursday. Had to wait for water, wait for butter, wait for a second bowl of soup, wait for iced tea refill. Food was warm but not as hot as what we wanted. We would try again if we're in this area but not our preferred location. Nice facility, though.

If you put your name on the list online before going in it's a much smoother and faster seating process! The food was delicious! I always make sure to get the Alfredo dipping sauce with my breadsticks and they are my happy place! The salad is also my favorite! I literally love Olive Garden so much! This time I got their Peach Bellini Raspberry Sweet Tea and it's also a 10/10. I got the Tour of Italy and it was amazing as well but it was definitely too much food lol. Which means plenty of leftovers which is never a bad thing. Usually I get chicken Alfredo add broccoli and mushrooms or the pasta e figoli but this time I wanted to try something new and they did not disappoint one bit! We went on a Saturday afternoon so it was fairly busy. Our serve I think was working another section away from ours so some things got neglected but they seem to work as a team and anytime our server fell short someone else working picked up the slack and made sure we were taken care of. The entire staff checks all of the tables to make sure cups aren't low or sauce refills aren't needed. It is such a community feel that I love and appreciate so much! Amazing experience!

Nice new store ! Freestanding building and very busy! Servers that I saw doing a fabulous job considering the amount of business . Food was as good as it can be for this type of chain restaurant. I will admit that I was looking forward to the big salad bowl and breadsticks that I remember from the old stores years ago. Getting a table here, turned out to be a real problem even after I thought I had the system figured out. I called in and the host put me on the list and said I would be next up once we got there. I called at 6:15 and he said 645 should be good so that's when we arrived. I checked in on the app and we were number four on the list and then 30 minutes later we were still number four on the list and then an hour and nine minutes later we were seated. I would've never waited that long, but I had the app right in front of me and I was number four. The problem is the host stand, which is three or four people can't get their act together between who calls in , who shows up , who walks in , different party sizes , who's in the bar or who left... Until the newness wears off, this is a S show Food was good and our service was good. There is an electronic box on the table that has games that our boys thought was a menu and started touching things which ended up in a $2.99 charge on our bill that we missed . Dessert was fabulous, but it was 10 bucks . Nothing was great. Two adults and two kids no alcohol ... $82.39 It's not worth the wait in my opinion.

My father, daughter and myself went to the new Olive Garden at Utica Square yesterday for lunch. The customer service and waitress were amazing. The food was absolutely fantastic and the pumpkin cheesecake was delightful. It was a five star lunch all around, I highly recommend eating there for lunch or dinner.

Arrived at the location with reservation waiting to have my drink order taken now for 15 minutes, waitress arrived took the order and none of the food came out in order. The complementary bread, very oily kind of a bit dry. The main dish came out before my appetizer my main dish the tour of Italy you could tell the plate was microwaved and the chicken Parm was dry and over cooked the lasagna tasted like pizza and can tell it was frozen, pasta was cooked unevenly. The restaurant has good ambience. Music is nice restaurant is clean for the most part. Since they messed my food up so much the manager gave me a discount on the whole meal.

Busy tonight but we were able to be seated in the bar area right away. It was more quiet in the bar table seating space. We were warmly greeted upon entering and were seated immediately. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. Drink and appetizers were offered but we settled for drinks only. We wife and I split the Tour of Italy I think it's called; Lasagna, Chicken Parm and Fettuccine Alfredo. It was quite good. Everything was hot. The bottomless salad was fresh and cold, the breadsticks warm and yummy. We also ordered a side of marinara and cheese dipping sauce for the breadsticks. Overall a very enjoyable meal with nice ambience.

England was amazing!!! She is one of the best servers that I have come across in a very long time. The food was great, it came out hot and fresh. The restaurant was super clean and decorated very well. I also like the new uniforms.

Well my experience at Olive Garden was wonderful as always wonderful service very nice drinks and the best part the pasta it was a joy to be there for date night especially to watch the cowboys lose Jackie was amazing I recommend her section all the time

The new location is really pretty and the staff and service was wonderful. I did order Togo in which I got the tour of Italy with extra sauce with salad and bread sticks. I normally love their Alfredo but my last couple of experiences have been underwhelming sad to say. Their food has definitely changed. I still love their salad and bread sticks and I will continue to be a patron of this establishment but I will try different things next time because both of my mediocre experiences have been with the tour of Italy dinner

In a word, SALTY. Ordered the steak and Alfredo as well as the Tour of Italy. The steak was actually really tasty and tender. Unfortunately, the main ingredient of my Tour of Italy was SALT. Way over the top salty. Had high hopes considering the investment in the new location but the food is the same. Not much else to say. Just mediocre Italian food experience.

The service was amazing! When we got there we were seated quickly once it was our turn and they got to us really fast! Our waitress was amazing and she was super kind! The food was amazing and it came out fast and fresh! The restaurant was clean and it was an amazing experience altogether!

If I could give this place a one star I would. My husband was there on 10/01/24 on a business trip. He had the Lasagna and got food poisoning. He was sick for 1 1/2 days and still trying to recover. Wasn't a pleasant plane ride home for him. I don't think he will look at Lasagna from Olive Garden the same again.

........Advice to everyone...... Hostess took us to booth by the kitchen...Don't Go!! ....after 7 pm the booth next to us became the 'hang out break area' for 4-6 servers on break. The servers came & went & talked so loudly we couldn't hear our own conversations. We were out for a nice dinner & it was cut short Food was good. Lydia was a great server ...however all the people around the hang out 'break booth' & discussion of needing money & being tired kept us from enjoying our meal. Also lasagna was cheese w no meat. We paid quickly & left due to the effect of the 'break room party crowd around us. Honestly...restaurant wasn't crowded. Not sure why we were sent to the booth next to kitchen & their break area. When I mentioned to the hostess the situation when we left she totally ignored my suggestion to never sit people back there..... Love the soups. Use to wait tables in college but this was ridiculous. Not sure we will return. looking for a better management that respects customer's & our ability to enjoy the dinner we paid for wo being interrupted by 'the party crowd.' Very disappointing.

NICOLE! She is so amazing at waiting on tables! I observed her with 4 tables, one a ten top. I believe every single person was treated as an only customer. She even took the time to run over to our table to say hello. Great memory from when she waited on us.

Food was good service was fast, individuals in my group . Ordered chicken Marsala, chicken carbonara, and ravioli. Food was good and it was in there new building. Also raspberry lemonade is always good.

Food was great i love how they brought back the fan favorites. The service was a little slow but overall it was great ok. It's a nice Italian time square vibe I would come back.

The food was good as always!! The reason for the loss in stars was the instant blisters that I received because the plates were so hot. As someone that works in a kitchen, the temperature level was beyond excessive! 2nd degree burns for customers is unacceptable. I highly suggest management address this before a child or elderly person is harmed.

We had a large group and they accommodated us quickly and the service was amazing! the food was on pointe and we couldn't have asked for a netter experience. The general manager personally made sure everything was perfect.

Not at all happy about the experience although the food was good. I had called the day before to get a "reservation" only to be told when our party arrived that it was going to be about 30 minutes and that their reservation system is basically call ahead seating. We finally got seated an hour and fifteen minutes later! Will never go to this location again.

Good family dining all ages and appetites. Very fairly priced tasty pasta, chicken and seafood options with med to hood wine list as well as full bar. Large mixed green salad bowl offered as side with most pasta meals and can be had with soup and salad option. Their soups are much better than you would expect from chain. Gnocchi (potato dumping) and creamy chicken and Zuppa Toscana are our favorites Pasta Fagioli and Minestrone are also good and available. Wide selection of pasta dishes both tomato and cream based sauces you can also get sausage or meatball additions with both. Children dishes available and all you can eat pasta option are also available . Service is usually good but does get very busy at prime hours. All credit card accepted . Also can't forget everyone loves the free garlic bread sticks offered with each meal.

Food was amazing and Malin was very helpful. The over all experience was amazing too!

Food, service and overall experience were amazing. The server Malin was above par, and Mac the general manager was great, came by several times to check on our experience. And the new building looks superb.

Food is always consistently good and our waitress, England, was outstanding. The new location is great and always a nice place to come after work.

Last time I ate at the Olive Garden in Utica Square was more than 15 years ago. We decided to check out the "new" Olive Garden restaurant in the new building which is located over by the post office. There's ample parking on both the east and west side of the building. The main entrance is on the North. We arrived at 11:30 after checking the waiting list online and find that there was no waiting. Immediately greeted at the front door by very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Shown to a half-booth and greeted by Ray who was one of the friendliest and helpful wait staff I've seen. Each table has a cool remote screen on the table where you can do everything from checking the menu (they also give you a hand-held menu), to summoning the waiter, playing games and paying the bill. Very intuitive and quick. We each ordered a Peach Bellini Tea ($4.29). She ordered the lunch Fettuccine Alfredo ($9.99) and I got the lunch Endless Soup & Salad ($8.99). I got the Minestrone soup. A packet of 5 breadsticks were brought to the table with the meals. You get a large bowl with very good salad wo share and a bread plate. Staff will grate some cheese on the salad and entree if you like. I thoroughly enjoyed the salad (we got 6 servings from the communal bowl by the end of the meal. The minestrone soup was good, though not quite as hearty as I would have liked. When I finished my bowl, I turned down an offer for another bowl. Ray brough out another pack of bread sticks when he noticed we only had one left. We were greeted by whom I assume was the manager inquiring about our meal. The teas were topped off frequently. The restaurant was getting pretty crowded around noon, but it wasn't noisy. All the staff were very friendly and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Another thing I like about their menu is the nutritional information offered for each dish. Some of the food is so highly caloric, I tend to avoid it. The soup and salad were just right. There is also a nice looking bar with a few booths on the east side of the building. We'll try sitting there next time. And there will be a next time. Our tab came to $29.91 (with tip, it came to $37.88).

Have gone to olive garden for years. I had ordered the Herb grilled salmon. This entree was way over cooked and dry. Manager was graceful and polite. They offered to take off the charge but I said no since the restaurant is new and they did give two free deserts. I will continue to support this establishment. The waitress was excellent.
