what a local korean makeups shop and so many cosmetic choices that you may be dazzling to pick up thooooo! but it’s really plenty of options for girls and all makeups are amazing and fantastic’ just like a heaven for girls!! 🤭

They’re currently doing a collaboration with Sanrio, and there were so many cute items. I bought a bunch as souvenirs. Sanrio really is popular everywhere! The store is always crowded, and depending on the time, it can be hard to even walk around, but checkout is smooth and efficient. They also handle tax refunds, which is really helpful.

Avoid if you have your own bag or more than a few items. Our group of five made a purchase but declined to buy store bags, as we had our own. The moment we attempted to simply transfer and organize our items into our luggage on the first floor, we were aggressively herded out. Two staff members continuously ushered us toward the exit. When I asked for a packing area, I was bluntly told there is none and we must do it outside. We were forced onto the crowded Myeongdong street, where we then struggled to consolidate five people's worth of shopping bags into our luggage. Even then, staff came out to chase us away from the pathway. The complete lack of basic customer accommodation, the aggressive harassment, and the total disregard for a paying customer's dignity were shocking. This policy seems designed to punish those who don't buy their bags. An awful experience.

honestly just go to the other olive young right around the corner, the products are plentiful but the staff attitude and service is pretty appalling. Expect to be dismissed and shoulder barged by almost all the staff trying to restock (without saying anything so how were we to know?) I witnessed this multiple times with groups of people. I understand it can be difficult to work in such a chaotic atmosphere but..low-key don't work at this location if you have an attitude then?

Service was BAD in Olive Young Myeongdong town branch No packing area and i am packing in corner not allowed by staf with not good attitude. I suggest the management have a good service excellent training for the staff and have a packing area for buyer because we purchase a lot so make us more comfortable. Service must improve for future. Big store but not have chair for costumer to rest. Funny they ask more tourists to come but treat us like trash.
