Room Mate Oliveira - City Centre, Valencia

From the moment I arrived at Room Mate Valentina, I felt completely welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable — always greeting me with a smile and helpful recommendations for the area. My room was modern, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything yet peaceful when you want to relax. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning, with plenty of options to start the day right. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit — it’s one of those places that just gets everything right!

We stayed at room Mate Oliveira Oct 2025 for the Valencia half marathon so it was a busy weekend in the city. Before we even arrived they made sure they knew who was racing so that they could have our rooms sorted at certain times and offered us a discounted breakfast. Upon arrival, we were all warmly welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable — with lots of helpful recommendations for the area. My room was modern, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches (fridge, safe, coffee machine, kettle, sewing kit, steamer, hair dryer, etc). The shower was fabulous as well. |My husband left his Apple Watch behind after our stay and they reached out to sort it before we even noticed ourselves! They were super helpful in getting it sent back to us in the UK, even covering the shipping costs to send it. |Will definitely be making it a point to stay at one of their other hotels in another city.

Nice hotel with some very nice thoughtful touches in the rooms. Room was quite small though the bathroom was very nice. Television came on during the middle of the night for some bizarre reason. We paid for breakfast in the sister Hotel Cosmo and the first morning was an absolute disaster for which I got refunded. Would really recommend not paying for breakfast and eating somewhere locally instead. Centrally located.

Hotel is in a fantastic location. Rooms are small but very clean and Hotel is situated in a quiet side street . Hotel provides lovely accessories in bathroom. Water , coffee and tea replaced every day .|No problem with sleeping.|Staff are welcoming and friendly. |Matias on reception was very helpful.|Breakfast is served in hotel 5 minutes walk away . Staff here were also very friendly.|Breakfast was nice too .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Graciela was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly when we arrived. The front desk staff in general were very kind and welcoming, which made check-in and check-out a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was very clean, and I really appreciated the cozy and thoughtful design throughout it felt warm and inviting. The location was city center and close to everything. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend staying here.

What a beautiful little hotel! Very convenient and close to the old town. We stayed in a biggy room on the 3rd floor. When you open the door there’s a couch and 2 chairs and a table, to the right is the bathroom. The far left side is a twin bed and up the stairs you’ll find a queen size bed with a sliding glass door to the balcony. Unfortunately it was raining so we couldn’t utilized it. I want to highlight the staffs, they were so friendly and helpful, we stored the luggage’s before check in time and when we got back to the hotel, our luggage’s were already brought in to our room. I saw hair dryer AND straightener! Also they provide wall charger / converter. Honestly you don’t need anything else. Also, they are allergen friendly, the room is clean and none of those smelling good wall plug ins that flares up your asthma 😜 would love to go back soon!

Love this boutique hotel. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. Rooms are modern and clean and the location can’t be beat. It’s on a quiet side street and walkable from the train stations and to all of the city sites. Our go to in Valaencia!

Classy little Central Hotel with small bedrooms, large Bathrooms and friendly staff. Note that you take breakfast in a sister hotel six minute walk away with the slowest hot water filler in the world! however the choice is excellent, it's all fresh and yet again superb staff
