Oliver Spencer – Saved My Wedding Trousers I am so impressed by Oliver Spencer; both their clothing and the team behind it. I can't thank them enough for saving my wedding trousers. I’d bought a pair of their Orsman trousers in a lovely indigo colour for my wedding, only for an external tailor to ruin them and deny all responsibility. It was an upsetting experience, but Oliver Spencer were a total antidote. They tracked down the last pair in stock, arranged for their own tailors to resize them (as they were several sizes too big), and turned everything around just in time for my wedding day. Every single person I spoke to at Oliver Spencer was warm and authentic. I discovered it's a family run company and that really came through. They've earned loyal customer for life and restored some of my faith too. Special thanks to the kind folk at the Lambs Conduit store. Also, note to self to use their tailors in future as they do offer that service. Thanks again Oliver Spencer!

Love this place. Great clothes, well cut and just a bit different to everything on the high street. Not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. And 6 stars for the customer service. Just bought a pair of trousers and had them taken up. Put them on a couple of days later and realized that they were too short. Rang the store and they were super helpful. They offered to replace them on the spot, no quibbles, no arguments. Thanks, chaps!

One of my favorite men's clothing designers the clothes are original and comfortable with designs you won't see anywhere else. Prices are commensurate with the quality. And service always friendly and helpful. Skip the chains and try this store for beautiful casual men's wear. There's a great accessories store right down the street as well.

Let me tell you something here. I have shopped in many shops around the world and this one is absolutely up there in terms of my favourite I've walked into. The staff is bar none bent on making sure you feel absolutely taken care of and happy with the choices you make, making suttle yet key suggestions on wardrobe. Marlon in particular was a huge help, if you're looking for quality clothing and accessories with world class service, look no further than this spot here

I didn’t quite buy anything but I will be in a few weeks as I’ve seen a nice bag that I really want but nevertheless I went in asking for a safety pin to temporarily hem my trousers and Isaac and his team kindly helped. Really good customer service.

Oliver Spencer makes some beautiful clothing and their stores continue their elegance in two stores with menswear in one, and womenswear & shoes set a shop along just down the road. Changing rooms are very small but clothes are lovely, the staff are really helpful and I've come away quite smitten. The women's store had a more relaxed vibe than the menswear place. It felt full of unusual things and reminded me of Anthropologie because of this, though with much more focus on tailoring.

Had to run into this shop after a passerby thought it would be funny to squirt ketchup all over me (ketchup and white don't go!). Ethan at this shop was an absolute star and managed to find me a t-shirt really quickly and get everything sorted! Thank you so much Ethan!

Exceptional customer service both in store and from the online team. Wonderfully made clothes that are still worn a decade later. A great shopping experience.
