Oliver Street Bar & Grill

Pretty decent restaurant and sports bar. The food was surprisingly quite good, and their deep dish nacho plate is great value! They have lots of seating on two levels with plenty of TVs, a pool table, and a pinball machine. They have a nice patio too.

Best meal ever!! I was so surprised to get such a great meal in a pub. I had the Ginger Beef and it was loaded with lots of delicious fresh vegetables and the cheese cake was outstanding

Food was incredible, props to the chefs! Service was extremely slow, spent way more time waiting than actually eating/drinking. Not sure why the owner/manager decided to only staff 2 servers over May long weekend. Willing to give it another try someday but if it's this slow again I wont be back

I have been here 3 times now. I try to eat somewhat healthy so I am kind of hooked on their Greek salad. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. My most recent server was named Karen. She has a friendly personality and provided great service. All the other waitresses are great too. They have a lot of beer on tap. The pints of IPA are my favorite. I don't think it's on the menu but I ask for garlic toast and some brown gravy to dip it in. No problem. They aim to please. They always have daily specials on beer and there are always some special meal choices written on the Blackboard. The prices are very reasonable. I am becoming a regular here. The owner Cory is incredible and focused on excellent food, plus excellent service. Good Job !

We decided to pop into this place on our way up to Prince George, as they had good reviews online. We stopped during lunch and actually wondered if they would be open as it was a bar. They have a big space inside with two levels, but the decor was quite dark so it felt cozy. They also have a big bar seating, pool table, TV with sports, and a fire place. I can see it’ll be a great place to hang out after work for the locals. Accompanying their big space, they also have a big menu. We ordered the Teriyaki Salmon salad with a side of sauté prawns as well as the Santa Fe salad. The salmon was okay, slightly leaning towards the over cooked side. The teriyaki sauce could use a bit more soy sauce and sugar, as it tasted a bit bland. The Santa Fe salad was done really well though, could taste all the spices. Service and food was overall on the slow side. We felt a bit ignored at times but our waitress was really friendly and funny. She did apologize at the end and said they’ve been having hard time finding enough staff during COVID, which we can totally understand.

Well known spot in Williams Lake. It is a great place to catch the game or enjoying a patio. Standard pub fares all around re: menu options and atmosphere.

I had the turkey dinner. The turkey was moist and tender, the veggies were done just right, the stuffing was ok, it was stove top, the mashed potatoes were a bit of a disappointment, there was too much garlic, otherwise they would have been amazing.

We came for lunch on thanksgiving. Music a bit loud with around 20-30 persons in the establishment. We sat at a booth - booths are higher up like a bar stool height. Wings were fantastic. I ordered the half size Santa Fe salad.

The service was great!!! The potato skins were good, but small! The chicken wings were crispy and delicious!!! The drinks were chilled on a hot day! There's indoor and outdoor dining... smokers were a little to close to the doors for me! I don't like inhaling cigarettes when I'm eating. There's a huge inside space with plenty of seating!!! Large and clean restrooms. Street and parking lot!

I came here for a quick bite and drink the other day with a friend. Super friendly staff, and the service was quick. Food was decent too. Would recommend checking it out.

Was served quick, but main waitress ignored us the rest of the night until it came time to pay. Food was good, would've been great if it was served when ready but sat until another waitress brought it to us. Received the bill which stated the cocktail we ordered was a double, we never asked for doubles and are certain they were not. Felt like we were being ripped off. All in all, food would've been good if hot. our waitress wasn't good.

We were visiting and wanted something local. The agent at the hotel recommended Oliver's, saying best food in town! It was a Sunday night, and the pub was pretty empty. Perfect for these Covid times! The waitress was friendly without hanging on us. And the food? Very very good!! My partner had a burger, and I had a Tex/mex bowl. We walked away feeling satisfied and happy. Williams Lake is worth the visit.m, and Oliver's is a must when you do visit!

This Restaurant is a great place to go eat with your friends. It has amazing service and great food . I tried the beef dip and it was delicious. The home cut fries are amazing. I highly recommend coming to eat here!

Love that they have a popcorn machine!! The server told me to try putting vinegar and seasoning salt on it and now I keep coming back just to fill up on popcorn. Good location and good looking pleasant servers. Food is pretty good too. Wasn't crazy about the steak sand which though. Everything else I've seen on the menu has been a hit.

Great pub for a small town!! We will go again. Food was good, service good, beer choices good.

At the bottom of Oliver street in the wonderful little town of Williams Lake is great place for a quick meal - the menu is fantastic - so many good looking options. I had a bacon, mushroom motz burger (no bun) with Cesar Salad and it was amazing !!! My friend had a beef dip sandwich and fries and said it was incredibly delicious. The resultant is fairly large seats maybe 150, there is about 10 tv's, a large bar area and great staff and great prices ! Will certainly return here !!

Yep, pretty standard sports bar. But! The food was decent. My only complaint about the bacon-y goodness that was my BLT was the bread was a bit too toasted, and hurt my delicate little flower of a mouth. Greek salad had way too much dressing all on the top, and the olives were yucky sliced ones that were so hard to pick off, but there were a couple different colours of peppers, so that was nice. Free soda refills! Yay. Solid 3.5 star choice.

Me and my friends really enjoy this place. Great Food, Great Prices and Good Portions! The beer is cold and the service is warm! If you're looking to catch a game on tv you won't miss it, lots of tvs from all angles.

As far as pubs go in Williams lake it's one of the best food is good and the prices are fair

Regularly eat at Oliver's - the food and staff are great! Just had the Cheesecake - amazingly good (probably shouldn't of ate it all though) - time for a nap
