Oliveto Italian Bistro

Started off with the appetizer trio, fried mozzarella and toasted ravioli were delicious. Calamari tasted fine but texture wasn’t great, definitely needed the lemon. I ordered the Florentino pizza, it was good but I wouldn’t order it again. My boyfriend ordered the rigatoni rustica, he didn’t really care for it. I thought it was better than my pizza personally. Pasta came with breadstick which was good, nothing special. We would come back but definitely would order something completely different. Our waiter was really nice and even offered freshly grated parmesan cheese on top of our food.

Recently went for a birthday dinner. The light above our table was constantly flickering - you can't tell me nobody working there didn't notice! Service was meh and the bread sticks are horrible. Changes in quality made same time as the bread have ruined the place for me. Consider the fact the menu photos are EXTREMELY different from what you get. Example the Italian sandwich in the added photos, no ham or salami to be found. A peanut butter sandwich at home would have been more filling. Sad, used to be a favorite but glad I didn't spend anything on gift cards that I had considered. Edit to add the feedback on their order page is RIGGED so you can't put a low rating. NOT EVER GOING BACK!

Food was pretty mid and pricy imo. It looked pretty tho. Service was kinda eh, they messed up our order but got it corrected quickly after, and service was nice for sure, it’s just they also took our plates before we could take it to go lol

Beautiful restaurant! No wait. wonderful service. Our server was so sweet and attentive. Ordered the Italian nachos, and do not recommend. Seemed like a bunch of random stuff unattractively piled together. The Caesar salads and pastas, however, were amazing. The Asiago spinach chicken pasta was some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Their pasta trio was wonderful as well. Very well priced! Under $60 for 2 people. Very much recommend.

i recently had the pleasure of dining at Oliveto Italian Bistro and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. I ordered the Cedar plank salmon and it was the greatest dish i have had in a long time. The jalapeno risotto was to die for!! I will definitely be back!

Th portions are large and the price is affordable. The staff are always welcoming and friendly! We love to bring our family and friends who visit here! Highly recommend!

Food was excellent - fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish tasted authentic and satisfying, and the portions were generous without being overpriced. Overall, Oliveto Italian Bistro is a fantastic place for delicious food, and the service as well. i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

I would, and have, highly recommend Oliveto. I have been there several times and have never been disappointed. The food is great and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and courteous. The meals never take long to be served. Plus the ambiance is one of being both semi-formal and slightly sports barish. Good place to take a date or just a kick back. Even the manager took time to say a few words with me and other customers. Highly recommend.

Oliveto in Moore, Oklahoma has always been our go-to dinner spot--and it still is every time we're back in town. The food is consistently delicious, with classic Italian flavors done right, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for catching up over dinner with friends. The service on this trip leads me to give less than five stars because our waitress seemed to need training as she reached across some of our party as they were trying to eat to collect used plates and did not have the interaction that we have been accustomed to over the years, but that sort of thing happens. It's one of those places that feels both familiar and special--definitely a staple we look forward to every visit.

I recently ate at Oliveto and had a mix of good and bad. I started with the calamari appetizer, which was really good. It was crispy, not too greasy, and tasted fresh. A great way to begin the meal. But the main dish I tried, the new "5 Meat" plate was a letdown. It was way too salty, which made it hard to enjoy the different meats. The marinara sauce didn't help either. It was very light and didn't have much flavor. I was hoping for a rich, bold sauce to go with all that meat, but it just wasn't there. Aside from the food the atmosphere was below par. The rest of the restaurant had an intimate soft lit atmosphere. My table was beaming with a bright white led light that was flickering. This killed the atmosphere and overall vibe. Likely won't be back.

Quaint little Italian spot. Not exactly homemade quality, but definitely better than the OG. Reasonably priced compared with similar spots. Service was great. Would definitely eat here again.

No Flavor At All:( Walking in the place looks really nice, great ambiance and very clean. We were greeted and sat quickly. I ordered the Trio which is spaghetti and meatball, lasagna and pasta with Alfredo sauce and husband ordered shrimp Alfredo. The meatball had a really odd flavor to it, between microwaved meat or bad Parmesan. The lasagna had the same flavor so it's something in their sauce. The Alfredo sauce had zero flavoring at all. We added salt and lots of pepper to make it edible. The meals were also served with a breadstick- it was very hard and again no flavor at all. To be honest everything tasted like food that had been poured from a bottle or can and heated up twice in the microwave. I ate half of my Alfredo but was unable to eat the spaghetti/meatball or lasagna nor did I take any of it home with us. We paid, left and ate somewhere else.

arrived for lunch. Only five customers seated. The place was dirty. food on the seats, under the tables, and the space between booth seats and the wall was filled with trash. The ledge where plants were placed, needed dusting. The place is deteriorating. The management needs to pay attention to cleanliness and appearance.

I typically don't leave negative reviews. I understand that running any business is difficult but...it has become increasingly more expensive to dine out and when you do you want a positive experience. The food was not good. Both pasta dishes were very bland and under seasoned. My wife never adds seasonings to her meals when we dine out and this had her reaching for the S&P. Breadsticks were dry and stale. The food simply put was not good.

The Oliveto was absolutely amazing! The food and service were absolutely amazing. Their fried mozzarella sticks were amazing and I really enjoyed their pasta. Everything came out hot and was presented very nicely. The staff were extremely nice and made sure we had the best experience. Our server victor was super kind and made the experience even better. The place itself was very nice and the lighting was perfect. Overall I wish I could give it even more stars because it was that amazing.

The tough thing is, that I've lived in Europe for 4 years and I've never been able to enjoy American Italian food since. The food, was like every other Italian restaurant I've been to. But! The service was great. The ambiance and inside was nice. I would recommend the place for that. I came because many of my friends recommend the restaurant. My son enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs and I enjoyed the garlic bread. I had ordered a fettuccine, which I don't recommend, but again, my opinion is skewed. All my friends love it. I just wanted to say that I enjoyed the service and the ambiance was nice.

The food is very bland, and the breadsticks taste like they came from a freezer. Service was okay, and the ambience was just alright, almost felt like I was in an Italian Cheesecake Factory, not in a good way.

I talked to the server before ordering my meal. They take proper precautions for gluten free food. I was able to order a GF appetizer, pasta for dinner and even a dessert ( I didn't get dessert I was so full from dinner) They bring the GF food on a different color plate so you know that's it's GF. The manager brought me my food and the server brought my finances. The food was good and I did not get sick. The server was very nice and so was the manager. The food was not badly priced, normal for a restaurant. We will come back!

Stopped in tonight, after work. Visiting from out of town. Look at the menu of several places before picking Othello's and these options brought me in. The restaurant was pretty busy but I was seated right away. It took a minute for the waitress to come over but, in her defense, she was also taking care of everyone at the bar and it was full. Opted for the Rosemary chicken. It took a while to come out but was very good. I had doubts about the jalapeño risotto but they were unfounded - it too, was tasty. Super relaxed atmosphere. Loud because everyone was talking but not "too loud". Waited a while to be able to order a second glass of wine and for my tab. Again, though, she was busy. I get it. Plenty of parking. Fair prices. I will come back the next time I'm in town.

We had a lovely birthday dinner for my husband here last month. They had several gluten-free options for me, served on different colored plates, and brought out separately from the others at the table. I got shrimp scampi with gluten-free pasta. Delicious! Others at the table got pizza, a sandwich and another (regular) pasta dish. We all agreed this restaurant is a hidden gem. Reasonably priced. Great service. And they brought us a complimentary birthday dessert for the table to share. My husband said it was fabulous! I also got their chocolate martini. Instead of vodka, it was made with whiskey. Surprisingly good! We will be back!

We like coming here . The food is great , our kids enjoy the kids menu a lot and it's a quick and easy dinner we all agree on. They have great pizza !

One word that describes Oliveto is Busy. We went at 530, and it was already jumping. I like to start with things that did not go well, and it was only one thing it was the new chocolate cake it came out freezing cold, just a minor over site, I am sure. I ordered a peach bellinibwhich was delicious. We also had the cheese bread. It came out fresh ,cheesy even the marinara sauce that accompanied the bread was good. For my entree, I ordered the chicken Primavera with no lemon butter sauce substitute angel hair pasta. Usually, when I order something with white chicken, it usually comes out dry, but not this time . The chicken was juicy and sliced for a perfect bite.

Really really enjoyed my time here food was suupppeerrrr yummy. I will for sure be coming back to try some other things. The hospitality was wonderful too so sweet. It was actually busy around 6pm which I was surprised about but I was overhearing the cook and he was on it making sure all the food got out. They had some good background music too!

One of my most favorite places to eat!! If you sit in the bar area you will receive amazing service from a spunky little brunette if she happens to be working. The place is very nice and clean,affordable pricing and the food is amazing!! The bread pudding keeps me up at night because it's so good that I dream about it. I actually want to go right now!!

Came here for a ladies night out. And just really nothing sounded great to me. Sometimes it's just like that. I was intrigued by the idea of jalapeño risotto because I love a little spice so I ordered the cedar plank salmon with the risotto. It was OK. The risotto had some heat to it, but it tasted like pizza, so it kind of threw my brain for a loop. The other ladies all ordered some sort of pasta with chicken dish of various sorts and they all said their food was absolutely delicious! So the problem may have just been me this evening lol

This place was unexpected. We got seated quickly and served right away. They have a huge menu selection. The food came out quick and the service was prompt and kind. My pasta was ok. I had to add salt and pepper. For the price I would prob try another place - this low key Italian place has a nice price tag for each meal. I will say - you do get a heavy helping of food. Maybe cut back on amount of food, add some flavor and lower the $.

The food was horrible I was sick for a week..I've never had worse food than this! And they messed my order up!!!

The service was great! My waitress made a fresh pot of coffee when I got there at 6 pm. The food came out fast and was delicious. The music was a little loud for me, but could've been worse. 10/10. Will eat here again!

The Rigatoni Rustica, pepperoni bread and bread pudding were AMAZING! We initially ordered the pasta trio, but it was lackluster at best. Lance was awesome and took the critique seriously and was extremely apologetic and really seemed to care. Aubreauna was our waitress and she was so nice and attentive. I will DEFINITELY be back! They have cornered the market on customer service and having a great attitude! Even if the food was HORRIBLE, I would come back again and again and patronize this establishment! Great Job!

Made a call to make a reservation at 6:26. I was told to couldn't make a reservation! Then I asked if I could do a call ahead! I was told no. We arrived at restaurant at 6:48. I was asked if we had a reservation. I let them know I was told they weren't taking reservations! Manager told me, "oh, we were completely booked when you called". ! I'm let him know I just called 10 minutes earlier! They all looked at each other and said "sorry". Very frustrating! Ten minutes earlier I was told the wait was 25 minutes. Now the wait time is 45 minutes! Again, very frustrating! They really need to be consistent in what they tell everyone! I understand it is Valentine's Day, but the service is not acceptable!

We stopped in for lunch in our way through, this is a great Italian restaurant! The pasta was cooked perfectly, flavors were spot on, and we left with full - not sick- belly's! The bruschetta sundae, such a fun appetizer and very delicious! I've had pasta primavera from several Italian restaurants, this one was so different in such an amazing way! Usually there's a creamy sauce but here, it was a light olive oil sauce that took it to another level! I may not be able to eat it again unless it's like this! We're definitely stopping again when we are in the area.

Was in the mood for spaghetti and meatballs but they definitely failed me. Meatballs tasted like plain hamburger meat. Sauce tasted like it came out of a jar. Breadstick also tasted like plain bread from a package. Food didn't have much flavor to it. Service was very good though.

Looking for somewhere different. Drove 11 miles to eat at Oliveto about 7:30 Saturday. Not too busy, hostess took us to isle on side, very back booth by storage area. We sat for awhile while waitresses walked back and forth past us. After realizing we may not get waited on, I stood up to see if I could get someone's attention. I asked a girl if we had a waitress and she nicely said she would find out. Then...... A girl came to table and said in a short voice., She was taking food out. Not a sorry or hi, just started with that comment. She asked our drinks, left and we both just looked at each other. I think she saw me take her picture because she stared checking back with us. She refilled our drinks and was attentive but not friendly. I also watched another waitress near us that was very friendly and seemed good. So ours just had an attitude. Food was just ok, my Asiago spinach was alittle bland. I kept trying to taste the Jalapeno Bacon. Husband had the 3 meat. Meatballs good. Lots of good reviews but I can not give one. It started bad and ended just ok. Don't think we will be back or recommend.

This is the perfect place to have a date night. Food was so flavorful and reasonably priced. We could hear the kitchen staff talking back and forth (we were sat next to the bar area) and that gave me reassurance that this is fresh made food. Our waitress was very nice and had very brief conversations besides just "what would you like to drink" which is remarkable. Will eat here many more times!

This is a good chain Italian Restaurant. We ordered a calamari appetizer, two pasta entrees, and the dolce de leche bread pudding dessert. The calamari was good, the entrées we're good portion sizes, but the flavor needed salt and pepper to enhance the flavor. The bread pudding dessert had good flavor. My server was new, but she was very friendly and attentive. Overall, this was a good experience.

Ordered here on Uber eats for the first time! Oh my goshhhhhh!!! This is hands down the best bread pudding. I'm in love! I would definitely recommend everyone to try it at least once. It melts in your mouth. It was so good I forgot to take a picture before.

This was my second visit to Oliveto. My first time here was so impressive that we decided to have a date night here. We started off with the crab cakes and initially they were good, but unfortunately they were a bit cold in the middle. The taste was there so I brought the 2nd one home to reheat. No big deal. My husband ordered the chicken parm and it came out timely and quite perfect. My food, however, was not on point. I ordered the Greek salad w/double salmon. It came with shrimp - no salmon. I let the server know that I ordered double salmon and they take it back. Then comes the waiting game. Approximately 15 minutes go by and by this time I received a single serving salmon greek salad (which I accept since we were heading to a movie and needed to get going) my husband had finished his meal. The salmon was so incredibly salty that, in spite of my great effort, I couldn't eat it. I thought maybe I was just salty so I asked hubs to try it just to make sure it really was as bad as I thought. He agreed that it was inedible so I left it. When the server asked if I would like a box I regretfully let her know that I just couldn't eat it. They did take the salad off our bill completely so that was a positive. I would definitely try this place again. I'm sure this was just an off experience and they did make it right in the end but I left hungry. They offered to make me something else but by this time my husband had already completed his entire meal and we were late for our movie. I'm sure our next visit will be better.

I've never had a bad meal here! Their woodfire pizzas are incredible and their meatballs are THE BEST anywhere! I recently tried their Jalepeno Risotto and it was amazing. We also used them to cater our daughters wedding. It was super painless, delicious and reasonably priced! If you have never stopped here, you must check them out!

Great service. The inside was clean and the lunch service was also great. I liked that it wasn't packed and it was quiet. Lastly the food was soooo good. I am definitely eating here again soon.

Friends coming to town and staying with us. We got hungry & I ordered carry out online to satisfy hunger. The chicken Alfredo was top notch. The bread coming with the take out order - a big hit. The food came out fresh and hot. Only hiccup was we ordered mushrooms and onions on the side...it was left on main dish. The kids sketti from what they say was super tasty. My taste buds were pleasantly surprised with the order of lasagna I ordered for everyone to try. The main course (Alfredo) was hot and in huge portioned. Positives: our waitress was awesome, she was so sweet and provided excellent service!! The marinara sauce for the spaghetti is delicious!! Bruschetta sundae is pretty tasty. Cons: the chicken Marsala was not good at all. The chicken was lightly breaded which typically chicken Marsala is not breaded, the sauce tasted like oil with a hint of Marsala. It was so oily and this is the first time I have ever had to add salt to an Italian dish. The bread that comes with your meal is also not very good. I would possibly come back and order a dish made with tomato sauce but I would never order a dish similar to what I had.

Have eaten here several times. Service is always good. Food is delicious. And if you take one bite of the bread pudding and don't think it's heavenly you may want to check your tastebuds. Sometimes we may not want Italian so we eat elsewhere but come here later for dessert.

There are so many complex and delicious offerings at Oliveto, but I somehow find myself always going back to my first love here. The Ravioli Red & White is a classic dish. Nothing fancy, but always tasty. I'm so glad that Moore has this Italian gem to break up my monotony of national chains. The pizzas are great too, and the appetizers are twice as good if you come after 8pm.

Service as always was wonderful. I cannot resist the bruschetta at Oliveto's! If you haven't tried it yet, you should! Hubby and I leave Norman specifically to eat at Oliveto Italian bistro. Nice pastas, great pizzas! I like the cheesy garlic bread with marinara sauce and love love love the bruschetta! Nice family friendly and cozy atmosphere for dinner or date night!

We often go here as a book club. Service varies depending on the night. The food is adequate but nothing I crave. The crab cakes were decent but the pasta was lacking flavor. Squeezed on some lemon and improved it.

Honestly, the only reason to give this restaurant 4 stars is because I'd the great waitress, Kristin. I could see that she worked hard and was really pleasant and friendly. The food is a solid 3.00 - 3.5. No more. I ordered the crab cake italiano. Okay this comes with a lemon butter sauce but I couldn't taste the lemon. Secondly, it's suppose to have Asiago cheese abs I couldn't taste that either. It was good but not special. And the crab cake list is crispness and got soggy with the pasta underneath. My friends got the blackened salmon piccata. You could tell it was overcooked. The garlic bread was dried and too hard to eat

Absolutely love Oliveto's Italian Bistro in Moore, OK. We usually eat there or pick up an order at least 2 to 3 times a month. Their Asiago Spinach Chicken is awesome. Love the bruschetta appetizer and their Bread Pudding is to die for. The best we've ever tasted.

I am a proud Italian-American. I love both traditional Italian food as well as Americanized Italian food as long as the food is made with high-quality ingredients and tastes good. When I moved to Oklahoma City after living in the Los Angeles/Orange County area for many years, I thought I would never have good Italian-American food again. I am so glad I was wrong!

This is my new favorite Italian restaurant! I really like Johnny Carinos and Olive Garden, but Oliveto has them beat. My favorite Italian dish is the Penne Rústica from Macaroni Grill. Oliveto had a Rigatoni Rústica that is exactly like the Penne Rústica at Macaroni Grill. For that, they win! This place will now be my Italian Go-To spot. I ate here yesterday, ate my leftovers for lunch today and now I'm craving more. Go try this dish! There is zero chance of disappointment and a 100% chance for pure Italian pasta bliss.

Greeted right when you walk in the door. Amazing Italian food and the portions are great they also have amazing service!

We are so happy to have finally tried Oliveto's!!!! Their marinara is to die for! Like fill me a bathtub full of it and let me alone!! So, we go here often and have tried many many items off of their menu. Our favorites are the cheese bread (OMG), the chicken parmigiana and the pizza!! You can't go wrong with any of them! They have a great house salad as well. I like the sundried tomato vinaigrette or ranch. We drive from Edmond.... ohhh How could I forget they have a delicious bread using also!!! Let's just say you'll need to wear your stretchy pants or leggings for this one!

Came here on a Wednesday evening for dinner with work colleagues. The service was great and a lot of the folks in our dinner party enjoyed their drinks, but honestly the food here whomped for me. I ordered the Crab Cake Italiano because I really dig crab. My grab cake was slightly overcooked but still okay. The pasta that came with was super bland and underwhleming. Serving was large and though I took home a doggy bag, I ended up tossing it because I developed a stomachache. The chicken parmesan looked good. Maybe I should have went with that? Either way. I can't recommend stopping here guys. Sorry.

Grilled Salmon salad is delicious. It's perfectly grilled and seasoned just right along with my bread stick. This is a perfect summer meal.
