Olivia Balmes Hotel

We were here for four nights in a suite. This hotel has one of the friendliest and helpful staff I've ever experienced. We were traveling with a newly-minuted four year old, and everyone was kind and helpful to him-- especially Rafa who met us at the door. After just a short visit our son can't stop talking about him. They even left him a little stuffed rabbit. The rest of the team was also helpful, but with recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms are spacious, there is netflix on the TV, and the rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful. The gym is also fantastic-- unlike many that have low ceilings and are cramped, this one has a great view, high ceilings, sufficient equipment, and is always stocked with towels and water. The location can't be beat- easily walkable and metro accessible to everything. We were sad to leave.

I recently stayed at Olivia Balmes Barcelona, and it was truly an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The receptionist, especially Pablo, stood out for his exceptional customer service, truly out of the box! The entire staff was incredibly attentive and courteous. The hotel itself was spotless and had a wonderful aroma that added to the overall welcoming atmosphere. My room was modern, elegant, and immaculately clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the linens smelled fresh. The shower had great pressure, the shampoos had a lovely scent, and the daily cleaning was perfect. Karina did a great job ensuring everything was spotless, just like the first day I entered the room. The breakfast was also amazing, with options including gluten-free bread, which was fantastic. It’s definitely worth having breakfast at the hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations, and I'll be back for sure🩷

We just completed a 5-day stay here and enjoyed all aspects of this hotel. Service was outstanding. Staff were friendly and helpful. The suite we had was perfect for me and my daughter to share. We enjoyed the rooftop pool - perfect for relaxing on a hot afternoon. We also loved the neighborhood and were able to walk to everything we needed.

This hotel staff is amazing!! The level of guest service and accommodation was incredible. We booked with a big group of family (20+ people) and the front desk and staff was amazing on every aspect. Everyday they would help book large group vans for us to get to our destination. I have a two year old and they would always play with him in the lobby and greet us every time we arrived with open arms. While the hotel in itself is very clean and nice, (especially the amazing rooftop) the staff is truly what made our experience as incredible as it was. We will definitely be staying here when we come back!

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. They have a very nice fitness room as well. Nice breakfast and the Location was great The staff is what made our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, they went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable. They were kind, caring and thoughtful. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff left me with such a good impression. Truly exceptional service.

*5/5 Stars: Felt Like Home!* I recently stayed at this hotel, and the staff truly made me feel welcome and at home. From check-in to check-out, the team was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The room was cozy and comfortable, but it was the staff's warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made my stay truly special. They went out of their way to make me feel like part of the family. Not an easy task with 18 in our party. If you're looking for a place that feels like a second home, look no further. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return! Our 2 year old grandson called it home every time we came back to the hotel.

Great hotel and service especially from Josef and the team. Whilst we couldn’t access our room early, they stored our luggage and we had access to the roof pool and facilities for the day. The hotel is in a great location and everywhere walkable. Lovely surprise bottle of fizz in our room as we were celebrating a birthday during our 3 days in Barcelona Definitely recommend for a relaxing stay

Fantastic First Impression at Olivia Balmes Hotel I just checked in and couldn’t be more pleased. Josep at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and was able to check me in early, which was a great start after a long trip. Walking into my room felt amazing — it’s spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly cool. There’s complimentary water, coffee in the room, and a big, modern shower that looks great after traveling. I haven’t had breakfast yet, but the setup looks impressive. So far, I’m really impressed with both the service and the room. A wonderful first impression!
