Olivino Wines Clinton Hill

So many cute bottles to choose from, and the prices are solid! The two owners (?) were very friendly. I’d highly recommend coming.

Had a weird experience. I arrived to the store because I was looking for a wine for an event I was attending in the evening. The sale Associate on the floor (Black Male) was incredibly helpful and did an excellent job with assisting my purchase. However, I had a totally different experience with the cashier (White Male). When he rang my total, I handed him my card and he returned it by placing it on the table in front of me, even though I had my hand out. I felt this was strange especially since the customer before me was handed their card back to their hand properly. I politely asked the cashier why they placed my card on the table instead of handing it back to me. Their response was that it was just muscle memory and they do that to everyone. Weird energy indeed. For context, I am a Black Male | Mid-20s.

Love this store! staff is always friendly & welcoming giving it a real neighborhood vibe. Great selection of wines from classics to new school with organic, bio, orange selections. Frequent buyers club is a another plus.

I’ve stopped in a few times, and I’ve never been disappointed. The clerks/owners are really friendly and will provide good recommendations. All the prices are reasonable. They also have a frequent buyers card that you can redeem for a free bottle!

Had a weird experience here, I was the only one in the shop plus the person working and he didn’t greet me at all, I had to say hi first. He didn’t ask if he could help with anything even though I clearly was looking around trying to find something. Then when I did ask him for a Malbec he’d recommend, he just showed me the Malbec wines and didn’t say anything. To top it off, he told me unprompted that they didn’t have any cold ones in the back and only have white wines cold…I debated leaving but then went to the counter and asked him why he told me that. He said that some people will ask him for it cold and that was all…okay. I did get vibes that he treated me differently because I was a black woman. I wouldn’t have purchased the wine if I hadn’t wanted it so badly before the cold weekend coming up. Unfortunate because it’s the closest wine store to where I live, but I won’t be back unless it’s really an emergency. The stars are for the wine itself which was quite good.

Located in the heart of Clinton Hill is Olvino Wine's of Clinton Hill located on Fulton Street. The store is very organized and has wide selection of wines that you can browse and purchase. The stores owners are wonderful and amazing. I recommend this wine store if you looking for wide selection of wines for any occasion.

When I Walked inside the Caucasian guy at the counter was with someone so I thought oh he's busy that's why he didn't greet me. However when the Caucasian lady walked in two minutes behind me he quickly greeted her & I quickly Walked out. Not on my watch not with my $$$$ Respect & Greet all your customers period.. Not on MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. WEEKEND CELEBRATION!!!

Great selection of wines from budget-friendly to wine enthusiast well-priced. Highly recommend.
