Olivo Bistro

We had a great lunch experience at this lovely and classy restaurant. We had the soup of the day, pasta alla amatriciana, duck breast with mushrooms & truffles & figs and homemade tagliatelle with tenderloin beef. All of them were absolutely delicious (only the duck was a little bit chewy) so it was well worth the wait to be seated, because we didn't had reservation and the place was packed at lunch time on a Saturday afternoon. Also, not to forget, the service was friendly and professional.

One the best experiences, the taste was outstanding with impressive cutlery and presentation. Great option for vegetarians. Loved the coffee choice.

The duck breast with oyster mushrooms and truffle sauce was perfectly balanced, rich, yet refined, while the cheesecake with its lemon-shaped chocolate filled with lemon cream offered a playful and exquisite finale. Highly recommended!

I ordered the halloumi salad and raspberry lemonade. Both were very good. Service was quick but waitress was aloof. Prices are a little high

Great place with wonderful food and super friendly staff (Michaela thank you!!). The Truli Primitivo was a very good fit with the food.

The food was refined, the chef is extremely talented. The serving was also good. We tried the baked feta with spicy honey and we fell in love with it. Also the day’s soup (carrot cream soup) which is in the picture, was also good, and it comes with toast home-made bread. We will definetly come here again in our next holiday to Cluj-Napoca.
