I was there with my travel partner, we felt safe and welcomed from the start. Our suite had a calm, homey feel with enough space and was super comfy. Breakfast in our room each morning was such a treat (Toast and fresh fruit!). Even though the pool was modest, we didn't use it.

Such a beautiful location, falling in despair. The room is dirty, not moped, most of the furniture is broken. The walls are all stained, paint is falling, the appliances are not dusted. The balcony is completely abandoned. The AC is broken in the main room. The Wi-fi is essentially never working.. The staff is doing their best to accommodate but they can't compensate for the property being left falling apart. The breakfast is a joke, I stopped having it after 2 days. No coffee, no tea, no fruits: just tasteless eggs, cornflakes and a single glass of milk. Olma charges luxury prices for quality way below Ghana standards. There is no excuse for the absence of mopping and dusting. Avoid this place.

When we stayed here, constant power cuts, the pool was dirty and unusable and when we left a day early, we were still charged full price after a difficult call with the owner. We were treated terribly and would highly recommend avoiding.

I had this hotel booked for my upcoming stay in July, but aside for the automatically generated email through Expedia, the hotel never contacted me or answered any of my emails, calls or WhatsApp messages. The hotel even dodged Expedia when it tried to reach out to the hotel on my behalf. Finally, I had to open up a fraud case on my credit card in order for the hotel to refund me my money and cancel my booking. Please do not book with them!! It was a horrible experience.

THIS HOTEL IS A FRAUD! DO NOT BOOK, EVEN IF YOU THING YOU ARE GOING THROUGH A REPUTABLE SITE. I BOOKED WITH THEM AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM. EXPEDIA HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM EITHER. NOW I AM STUCK WITH NOT KNOWING WHETHER OR NOT I WILL HAVE A ROOM OR EVEN IF THE HOTEL TRULY EXISTS. DO NOT BOOK HERE! ALSO, NOTICE HOW THE PRICES FOR THE HOTEL VARY WIDELY ACROSS THE MANY SITES. THEY ARE A SCAM!!

Very good staff||Very nice apartment located in the centre of osu. Victoria is soo hard working and helpful. look for her when you are at Olma. staffs are all nice and helpful. Olma is always my best anytime am in Ghana. i spent only 2 days with my Sister and really enjoyed the whole stay. Keep on working and you will be at the top.

This apartment hotel was absolutely fantastic. My family and i had a really good time here. It was for us a good home away from home. Olma Colonial Suites is really beautiful, though unassuming from outside, the rooms are done up in class and their people are warm. When we wanted to checkout, my children didn't want us to leave. I will definitely recommend them to individuals, groups and families.

We had the bungalow. It is clean and quite spacious. It is under equipped (not even a full set of plates/cups/cutlery for 2 people and no pans etc) and even though it has a fitted kitchen it is obviously not meant to be used to cook. The staff only smile if pressed and only help when pushed. The breakfast is extremely haphazard and disorganised. During our 4 night stay we had one day that was dominated around the pool by a local rap artist making a video (meaning we had to listen to the same song, being played very loudly over an over again for many hours) and another where there was a pool party from 3am to 5.30am which the staff seemed unable to cope with or prevent, eventfully we spoke to the revellers who eventually went to bed. When we spoke to the reception in the morning, there was no apology and we were told that the management don't work weekends!! The place itself is pretty run down and in need of some paint and TLC, the sun beds had broken hinges and the plants are extremely overgrown. We regularly had to go and ask for towels which disappeared with the cleaners? I am sure there must be better places to stay in Accra.
