The High-Profile, High-Power Women Hooked on Making Jam
"Founded by Laura O’Brien after a career in fashion publicity, this award-winning preserves business outgrew a home kitchen for a small industrial space in Williamsburg, where production is hands-on and aromatic with boiling fruit. The operation emphasizes classic craft—copper pots, long boils to concentrate fruit, and even homemade pectin from apple scraps—and yields well-balanced, fruit-forward preserves meant to be versatile (for example, warm strawberry-rhubarb over yogurt); the brand grew markedly during the pandemic." - Adam Platt
Once in a lifetime experience. If you haven't gone to this festival, put it on your list for next year .
Experience old world italian tradition. Watch as they lift and carry the Giglio

Great for another year of The Giglio Feast. I love feast and it is a gem of Williamsburg ever year. Nice Street food and still some of amusement activities going on at the festival. This year, I just enjoy with oysters and clams. I also have some chicken bbq and a bottle of sparkling wine. Most ppl may think of feast in little Italy but actually in this Neiborhood use to be a lot of Italian too, that is why they still keep their tradition.

That old saying "You Can't Go Back" doesn't really apply here. With great joy I can say that for at least in this venue, for a short period of time, one can go back if for maybe only a short period of time, where OLMC FEAST makes that possible
