On the Grid : Planetarium

"It’s one of the largest planetariums of the country. You definitely should visit it to touch grainy wall with planets, admire portraits of astronauts and buy soup in space tube. Well, where else you could find a machine with real food for astronauts. If you love to know something new or fan of cosmic things, the planetarium has 7 rooms for you with the scientific and popular programs on astronomy and astronautics. You will be excited with hall for experiments and optical illusions, especially those of you, who has the spirit of a researcher and who’s had a boring lecturer in physics. You can use the real powerful telescope to observe the sky in the observatory hall. There is big stellar hall with a round dome, where you can sit back, relax in the shadows and enjoy scenic starry sky." - Molinos

The 1960s Zeiss projector makes a distinctive whir during star transitions. Seat 14 in the back row has the best acoustics. The lobby's mosaic shows constellations as they appeared on Copernicus' birthday. Great place to visit for the curious. Keep looking up!

A place worth exploring in Olsztyn city. Tipsy experience to get up close and intimate with earth, the entire solar system and far away galaxy

Very disapointed. We asked if the presentation shows planets and stars before buying tickets and were told it does but all we saw was a view from earth of the night sky, they did not show the planets close up, zoomed in, they just looked like stars in the sky. The man who described the constalations clicked the wrong buttons and did not speak clearly. It just looked like a black screan with white dots for 45 min. Will not return. You can see more of the galaxy on google or netflix.

The movie was short and the quality was disappointing.
