The Omama Hotel was one of my favorites during my trip in August 2025. The walls of the rooms and even the elevator are decorated with animals, plants, and fruits that evoke medieval book illustrations, with different scenes throughout the hotel. The hotel has a very distinctive pink aesthetic that makes it unique -almost futuristic. The breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly, and the sheets were extremely soft. It is located near restaurants, bars, a small shop, and a supermarket. However, by 8 p.m., almost everything is already closed. It feels like a very quiet and safe area to walk around at night.

An excellent hotel near the centre of Aosta. Very friendly and professional staff in reception and in the breakfast buffet area. Warm and comfortable rooms, very comfortable bed. 8 minutes walk to the gondola if going skiing in Pila. Good breakfast buffet.

Hotel Omama is a very nice and comfortable Hotel situated in the Centre of Aosta. Room with a marvelous view of the mountains. Staff very helpful every information you need. I recommend this Hotel as it has all the Nesaccery accommodations.

The hotel is well located in Aosta, which makes it easy for sightseeing and restaurants. The rooms were good and spacious. The hotel staff was nice and spoke fluently in different languages (English, French…). The breakfast was really nice although the fruit juices weren’t our cup of tea 😅 An overall great stay.

While the rooms are very nice, bed is wide and spacious and location is fine also no special view unless you like street, parking or industrial complex. Nevertheless the reception service spoiled the overall experience. Tather inflexible not to say unfriendly. We would expect more assistance when asking for simple services like power for e-Bike. At the end it worked out, due to the help of other Guests.

Our stay with Omama was booked approximately 7 months in advance and the booking process online was effortless. We were graciously assisted by Norah Fanan who exercised the utmost professionalism combined with kindness and an enthusiasm second to none! She left us with such a high level of confidence that all will be taken care of in advance of our arrival since the Italian language is not our area of expertise (yet!). Her ability to convey in English was superb as she addressed all of our questions and concerns. As the first point of contact, we were certain The Omama was the right choice especially since we were told of its central and convenient location to cafes, public transportation, and even in the heart of the magnificent Saturday and Tuesday markets.

Loved the Alice in Wonderland feel of the hotel both on the outside and inside the building. The decor details seem to have been really well thought out, for example the furniture knobs in the room. It’s worth getting a room with mountain view for gorgeous sunset views. The breakfast was a really nice buffet, richer than most in Italy and the hotel even has a small gym. |Omama is also in a perfect location, literally one street down from the bustling main shopping street so super central but quiet. The reception staff was also super lovely, helping with bus schedules and just generally being smiley and very welcoming.

Great location. 5 minutes drive from the pila station which has free parking or less than a 10 minute walk. The hotel is very unusual. The room was very comfortable with a good shower. The staff were all so welcoming and professional and helpful. The suggestions for dinner were very pleasing. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.
