Omega Gloves

We stopped by Omega Gloves to purchase hand-made, Italian leather gloves during our visit to Naples. Alberto (the owner) greeted us at the door and showed us around his shop, which he runs with several assistants. He is very knowledgeable about his profession and manufacturing, and was greatly patient and kind when helping us find the right gloves and fit. We also received a quick tour of his shop, as well as the tools used everyday (see photos below). Very interesting if you’re open-minded to learning about this craft, which has been handed down to Alberto for at least three generations. We are really happy with the gloves we bought here. I would highly recommend visiting the shop if able. Top-quality Napoli leather gloves that are a much, much better deal than luxury designer brand gloves (same quality). Awesome hidden gem. Up 3 flights of stairs in an unassuming apartment building, you will find this incredible manufacturer of beautiful handmade high quality leather gloves. Alberto was kind, patient and eager to tell the story of his family's business. The gloves are well priced and tons of options to choose from. A must-visit if you're in Naples.

If you are in Naples, visit Alberto and see the excellent work he and his family have been doing for the last five generations. Gloves don't get better than this! Welcoming and accommodating, we had a fantastic visit. Thank you, and we will be back.

Found this place in the book by Hugo Jacomet “The Italian Gentleman”. And I was not disappointed! The place is not easy to find but not too hard if you pay close attention (it’s on the third floor of the building). The quality is out of this world and the prices are more than fair. Great visit!!! Got 3 pairs of gloves. Very happy

Amazing speakeasy glove factory and store. Highest quality gloves, starting at around 60€. Gloves are being made right there and then and they also sell them. They will recommend fit and show you different models that you’ll be able to try. Not the easiest to find (look at other reviews for the exact directions), but worth it. They speak English.

Meeting Alberto and his staff in this hidden gem of a glove store on the third floor of a random apartment building in the middle of Naples was one of the highlights of our trip. Doesn't speak any English, but the team knows their gloves. It's a 3 floor walk up to a small workshop. A very cool, authentic experience, and it's cheaper than buying gloves online or in a different store. The gloves are super soft and they have a decent selection.
