Rooms are ”compact”, like a boat cabin. Showing their age and hard use. Renovation site next door so lots of noise from 5AM probably until 2026. Hookers use the ”hotel” and patrol right next door so be careful. Great location, If you have to stay in the center of Helsinki, avoid Helsinki city center otherwise.

The best location. Rooms have a fridge, water kettle and microwave, awesome! The layout of the room was a bit odd, not many places to hang clothes and in the other end of the room no power outlets. The room cleaning service person should learn to knock on the door.

A different hotel with no reception. They will send you a text for the code to the doors, elevators and the room. The room was a not big but I love that it had a small living/dining area and the sofa was a nice place to hangout. The location was near the central station, trams and malls.

There's no reception here, you get your key which is a code thru email, so it's pretty straightforward since you can go directly to your room once you've arrived. Room is pretty spacious for Solo Travellers and besides 2 single bed there's a sofa bed as well. It's good value if you book from websites like Agoda. Location is perfect and it's walking distance to a lot of attractions at the city centre, tram stops and Central Station is also nearby. There is no one cleaning your room daily but is perfectly fine for me.

The shower was growing mold-- and my whole family suffers from mold allergy, which means most of us get rashes and fever from having around environments like this. Very displeased and wish I could send them an email about the issue, but all that's available is their phone service which doesn't take in account people who are socially anxious and unable to make phone calls to complain about their situation.

Virtual reception is awful! Wanted to pickup suitcases 3 hours after checkout. Not possible. Needed to get a euro 10 late checkout only to 2pm. Arrived exactly 2 min late. Access code to main entrance was already disabled. Send several messages direct and via booking. Com. Always got meaningless automatic answer with a phone number that was inaccessible from my Australian mobile as the use a toll phone number. Very bad experience. Rooms ok and clean. Location perfect.

Non luxury hotel, if gonna spend a very quick night just to get some sleep not a hotel resident experience. Price are over the expected quality. Broken doors, weak cracked ceiling, rusty showers.
