Pluses: they are located 250 m from railway station. No bed bugs.|Minuses: everything else. There is no reception. Check-in is through digital code. Check-in time is 4 pm. If you want to check-in earlier, it is 5 Euros per hour. I had just one afternoon in Tampere and had to book hotel at the last minute and picked this hotel under the impression that I will leave the luggage and will be able to see Tampere, but it took me 1 hour to pay for early check-in because their customer support number is not free (0.79 Euro per minute for those who already have reservation, I think this is an insult). When I eventually was able to penetrate inside, the elevator was not working. There was an old discolored notice that if elevator is not working use another elevator located at the entrance on the other side of the building. Had to carry the luggage myself. Stairwell stinks! Shower stinks a bit.|I understand their desire to earn more money but I don't understand how they managed to not repair elevator!

The hotel is located in the city center of Tampere, within a walking distance to the main train station, tram stops and fast food bars. It's a good, budget choice for a short stay.

Location excellent. Of course, service level not so good because this is not a normal hotel. Rooms clean and nice.

The room had a very loud ventilation duct throughout the stay. The bed was right next to the vent and door. The door had no insulation for noise, so everything from the corridor came in. So, when people start leaving at 5AM all the baggage rolling and people walking is heard in the bed right next to it - even when the people aren't being especially loud outside.||You also can't open a window. So when the room is hot there's nothing you can do.||Shower has a motion sensor, which of course doesn't detect you while in the shower behind the curtain, so you have to wave at it multiple times during a shower.||Otherwise the self check-in was simple, room was clean etc, but considering you can't have a peaceful sleep in the room I can't give it a good grade at all.||Customer service requires you to call them, so if you're hard of hearing or don't speak there's not much you can do. They don't care.

the hotel itself is not bad, but the help of the support service was very disappointing. there were problems with the code, it took a very long time to get through. Besides, it's noisy. the walls look like cardboard. I didn't get enough sleep even once. due to the lack of reception, guests allow themselves to do whatever they want. they turn on the music at full volume at 5 a.m., they shout songs, in addition, all conversations are heard. I'm disappointed.

The hotel looked fantastic on the outside. However as soon as I opened the door to get into the hotel, I was hit with the strong smell of urine. The lift near the entrance was not working so I had to walk up 3-4 flights of stairs. I didn’t have hope for the state of the room at that point but was surprised that the room not only looked cleaned but smelled clean. The bathroom was very clean also. Coffee and tea available with disposable cups with a microwave. Things started looking up until I realized that there were no towels. Not one. Which would have been nice to know before I had taken a shower. There was a lift that was working on the other side of the hotel BUT there were beer cans, food on the floor of the lift. I want to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt because I stayed the day after the end of the Flow Festival but seeing the other reviews, this is the norm. Hotel is near the railway station and other places that are convenient, only reason it got three stars.

Worth that money, great location. Sound insulation is poor.
