⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Omni Charlotte Hotel
We stayed in a Premier Executive King room over New Year’s, and overall, our experience was excellent.
Customer service was top-tier from start to finish. The front desk staff and hotel team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which immediately set the tone for our stay.
The room itself was spotless, very spacious, and well laid out, with a great view of the city. It felt comfortable and upscale—exactly what you’d expect from a Premier Executive room.
Room service deserves a special mention—the food was excellent and arrived promptly. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The gym was unfortunately closed on New Year’s Day, which was a bit disappointing since I had planned to use it. That said, the fitness center that guests can access is very nice and modern—pretty much state-of-the-art, so it’s clear this is usually a great amenity.
I also loved how convenient the location is. The hotel is connected to Walgreens, which made it super easy to grab little essentials we may have forgotten. It also looked like a Chick-fil-A is being built and will be connected soon, which will be another great perk.
The hotel is in a very walkable area, close to fantastic restaurants, bars, pubs, museums, parks, and shops—including the nearby alley with a great pub and bar scene. Perfect location for exploring the city without needing to drive.
The rooftop was closed during our stay (likely due to winter or construction), so we didn’t get a chance to check it out, but that was the only other minor downside.
Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this hotel. Five stars for the room, customer service, and food, and we would happily stay here again when visiting Charlotte!
