Booked this as a special Valentine’s Day weekend getaway, and had a very mixed experience. First, EV owners BE FOREWARNED! Second, if you put the Do Not Disturb tag on your door while at breakfast, room service skips cleaning the room that day. Before making the drive, I called the help desk to confirm they have two chargers. Fact is, they have two Nema 1450 outlets, not chargers. You must bring your own cables, which no hotel has ever required in the 8 years we’ve owned an EV. The result? We had to drive 33 miles to find an adequate charger in North Conway. Fortunately, we had enough reserve to make it. On the bright side, the restaurant and food was exquisite, and the restaurant manager made the effort to ask about our experience, and even offered us a free meal to compensate for our non-restaurant issues. So, go there for the foodie experience, as that is managed to match the rack rate. To the other Omni managers, please learn something from that restaurant manager!
