Omni San Francisco Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the Omni San Francisco. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located. Right in the center of all the areas we wanted to see. ||The staff truly make this place exceptional. Ricco (helped us checkin), Daryl, and Adam were outstanding, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Every other staff member I encountered was equally kind and helpful, creating a consistently warm and positive experience.||The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco.

The best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Fabulous customer service. I appreciated how quiet the hotel is, allowing me to sleep in after a long, long day. The rooms were squeaky clean and spacious. I wasn't able to take advantage of the complimentary drink at the bar, but I definitely will the next time I'm in town because I'll be back. ;)

This was the second time we stayed at the Omni San Francisco. We always enjoy our stay here. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had a view of California Street and the Christmas tree across the street was so pretty! I enjoyed the sounds of the cable car too when I opened the window. The location is convenient, with a lot of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. ||The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Eddie was delightful and made me feel welcomed.

Our entire experience at Omni was perfect. The room was clean; the hotel itself was beautiful; and every single person on staff was kind, friendly, and accommodating - truly from everyone at the valet; to the front desk; to the bartender at Monte’s. Since our stay was so wonderful, we intend to exclusively stay at Omni whenever we visit San Francisco.

It was our first time staying at this hotel, OMINI San Francisco, and enjoyed it very much. From checking in with Rodrigo, to the hotel front door staff, restaurant staff and our departure checking out with John, they all made it a wonderful stay. Hotel is well kept, from the lobby to my room. Very impressed. Location was also great. Easy access to fine restaurants and public transportation to get around San Francisco. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at the Omni San Francisco last weekend and had an absolutely fantastic experience. During our stay, Omni was hosting their Blitzen Christmas–themed pop-up, and it was an absolute blast—festive, creative, and perfectly executed. It’s the kind of place that will keep you coming back long after your first visit.||||If you’re looking for a fun, relaxing getaway in San Francisco, this is the place to stay. Excellent from start to finish. Just came back from an annual Christmas trip and we couldn't have had a better experience. Thank You to everyone who made sure we were treated to the very best San Francisco has to offer. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was impressively spacious. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. Standout feature was the ease of requesting additional amenities or making simple changes-such as swapping out a pillow. One small suggestion for improvement: it would be wonderful if slippers were included in the room from the start, alongside the robes, to complete the comfort experience.

Every review about this hotel is true, except the loud noise part! It IS a little older, a little outdated, a little musky, but with exceptional customer service, free coffee, free fortune cookies, an expensive (but handy) breakfast, and a nice little bar. Picking this hotel based on the positive customer service reviews guided me to notify them at check-in that we are "light sleepers." They obliged us with the most quiet "big city" sleeping experience I've had in a while, SANS earplugs! We even had a little sliver view of a bay! All of the musky, oudated-ness faded within the first 15 min of the air-conditioner being turned down and us coming back "home" to a quiet comfy bed. Speaking of the bed, I have a horrible back: this bed has a great sleep-ability! It's a medium firm. So if I side sleep, I only needed 2 Ibuprofens, which is the best I can ask from any hotel! There are 2 long fluffy pillows that deflate under my head, but they seemed to fit my neck perfectly (no morning neck kinks or soreness), AND there is a firm pillow in the closet (in a plastic cover) if you need it (I used it for my knees to ward off back pain)! Protips: there is an underground old-fashioned cable car that runs in front of the hotel! Get a clipper card (app) and take a $2-3 ride to Union Square or the wharf! The Caltrain and Muni stops is 3 big city (ala Chicago not Madison) blocks away. There is a Planet Fitness literally next door. There is a large Walgreens one block away. Chinatown, Little Italy, and Ferry Market are 3-4  (big and little) blocks away. This area DOES close at 8pm, even "if (you) want a little drink."

Pros: 1. Service: The service at this hotel was great! The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. 2. Beds: The mattress was very comfortable. Cons: 1. Unpleasant scent: The lobby and other common areas reeked of ant/roach spray to me. It was a very strong and unpleasant scent for what's supposed to be a nice hotel. 2. Pillows: The default pillows were terrible. They were the kind that appeared nice and thick but as soon as you put your head on it the feathers spread to the edges and your head falls flat and gets no support. Luckily they provided some better foam pillows when I called housekeeping. 3. Room Service: While the service was fast and the meal was good, I did not appreciate not knowing about the $7 delivery fee. By the time I paid that, taxes and tip, my "$23" chicken sandwich was $43...ridiculous.

This hotel definitely deserves 5 stars! Dalton at the front desk was great. There was a discrepancy with our bill at checkout and he made the situation right and even sweeten the deal for us due to the inconvenience. The staff at Omni are the best. I travel often for work and do not remember the last time I had this great of service. Their excellent service reminded me of the old days in Vegas. Bonus points if you have an electric car because they will charge your car free of charge! What a joy it was returning to our car and seeing a fully charged battery. Another surprise was the complimentary chocolate chip cookie and milk which was left for our daughter in the room. Great touch.

Wonderful stat at the Omni! I had the pleasure to experience the luxuries of this hotel because of a company training. It's convenient in being 5 minutes away from the office. The moment you walk in, you'll be wrapped in luxurious architecture from chandeliers, marbles floor, and classy furniture. My check in was easy and smooth without any issues. The hotel has a fitness room for active gym goers, a restaurant, and a bar. The cleaning staff are so kind and attentive. Every time a cleaning staff saw me, they greeted me and asked if my room needs anything. What great hospitality! From the bathroom, shower, beds, and work station, everything was immaculately tidy. I slept comfortably throughout the entire week. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here for a business trip for 2 nights and overall it was a wonderful stay! Location is perfect -- right in the financial district, walking distance to many places. The staff was very friendly, from bellman to the front desk, I have zero complaints! I appreciate their warm and welcoming hospitality. Front desk even offered complimentary waters, upgraded WiFi, and even allowed me to check in earlier (which was super convenient given that I landed at 8am!). My room was spacious, clean, a bit dated, but had an odd musty smell (I could have requested a different room but figured it wouldn't make much of a difference given it's an older hotel). The bed was very comfy, the water pressure and heat was spot on. You can also hear street noise and people closing their doors down the hall. But didn't bother me much! In room dining service was fantastic! They said it'd be a 30-40 min wait, and they came by in 20. Overall, would recommend if you don't mind a bit outdated hotel!

This is for anyone considering having their wedding here. It's very long, but I have a lot to say! When we were looking for a wedding venue, the Omni made an incredible first impression on us. It's a beautiful and grand space, but there was something very comfortable about it at the same time. That's mainly due to Jano Paredes, our event coordinator. He was so welcoming and genuinely passionate about creating a special event for us. We toured two other venues, Julia Morgan and Webster Hall. While these two venues are undeniably beautiful, there weren't nearly as caring or appreciative of our business as the Omni. They made us feel like family by the end of the experience. The Omni made the stressful planning process enjoyable (we planned it in about 3 months!) and they were understanding when we had last minute changes and requests. They were also very flexible throughout the wedding planning. They even swapped out some of the beer in their package so they could bring in brands we liked better. Amanda Maggard is amazing. She managed the hotel room accommodations for all the guests. Many of our guests also commented on how incredible the check-in was. It was rainy that weekend, so the Omni was quick to offer guests complimentary umbrellas. They even gave each guest a free drink voucher at the hotel bar, Monte's! Amanda also made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable in the Presidential Suite, complete with champagne, ice buckets, and several glasses for my visitors. It's a lovely space to take getting-ready pictures. I was originally worried the grand ballroom was not going to fit our vision and was torn on using the same space for the ceremony and reception (they have another room available if you'd prefer not to do this), but it was gorgeous! The spaces felt totally unique between the ceremony and the reception. The grand ballroom really provides a blank slate to create something beautiful & it can be difficult to appreciate when it's completely empty. We used the florist/designer they use for the hotel, and he turned the space into an absolute dream. The mezzanine where the cocktail hour was held is beautiful and needs no additional decorations and the dim sum buffet was a huge hit. Guests loved the reception dinner menu. We went with a plated dinner selection of sea bass, chicken, or oyster mushrooms. The crab soup was delicious and by far the most popular. The passion fruit cheesecake was exceptional, but we also offered our guests a lovely Marjolaine cake slice. Later that evening, the Presidential suite where I initially got ready was transformed into our honeymoon suite. We were greeted with chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, and two custom Omni robes with our initials embroidered on them (my new initials since I was changing my name). It was so touching that it brought tears to our eyes. Financial District was the optimal neighborhood to host our wedding. It felt very clean, safe, and picturesque. We had a several family members nervous about coming to San Francisco because of the negative media coverage, but they all fell in love with the city by the end of the weekend. I know Webster Hall wouldn't have given us the treatment the Omni did (they didn't seem to care if they had our business or not). Julia Morgan was wonderful, but with the Omni, we just had a feeling we'd be in the best possible hands by people who genuinely cared, and we were right. Now, we love the Omni so much that we had Valentine's Day at Monte's two weeks after our wedding and the hotel surprised us with dessert and free drinks, as well as a card signed by their staff congratulating us on our wedding. It's a bar we now frequent because of the quality of service, food/drinks, and of course, our wonderful memories there. The Omni was the absolute best decision of our entire wedding.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the city hands down. The staff is kind, they always remember your name and the car always comes super quickly.

Top notch service. Every team member I encountered was friendly, helpful, willing to go above and beyond. It is a nice hotel with comfortable beds appropriate things you would expect in a nice hotel. But what really set them apart from other hotels I've stayed in were the people.

From the minute we arrived Daryl greeted us with a smile. Daryl took care of our whole family that was there for a wedding. The hotel was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. Beds were so comfortable. The room was clean and decorated so nicely. Westley in Monte's restaurant took care of our every need. Front desk was informative and helpful. This was our first Omni experience and we will look for other locations. Highly recommended this hotel.

Their staff is amazing! Everyone I've encountered was on their A game! From the valet to room services, I don't have any complaints. My room was for the most part clean, the electrical needs to be updated so make sure the outlet is working before you leave your device to charge. For a hotel this age, it's expected to need some upgrade but overall I was content with my stay. The four star is mainly for their staff. Lastly, the doorman can sing! Check him out

Had a wonderful 4 night stay recently on a girls trip to San Francisco here that was fantastic from start to finish! The Omni delivered from arrival to departure with their beautiful hotel, wonderful and friendly staff, lovely rooms and prime location. Location is convenient/central to everything, and whatever you can't walk, you can grab a Cable Car to as the stop is right across the street. I absolutely loved the Nest products in the room, along with the robes/slippers. The beds/linens/pillows were dreamy as well delivering a fabulous night sleep. I ended up my third night on the floor of a big wedding party apparently who was going in/out of rooms all night non-stop with doors slamming (you can hear activity in the hallway, but not in the rooms themselves) which was disruptive and annoying to say the least but the staff moved me the next morning to a quiet corner suite on the 5th floor. The quick and friendly fix, despite my tired disposition after no sleep went a long way. We hit the bar/restaurant several nights for drinks/food and the service was great and food pretty tasty as far as hotel food goes. Daryl the Doorman, is a wealth of tips for where to eat and what to see if you have never been to SF prior. SUPER safe, and I am telling you right now -- they hype you read about this beautiful city being rundown is absolutely wrong. We walked everywhere and never once felt unsafe and any homeless folks we ran into were fine and no more so than any other big city I have been in the last couple decades. Being from Southern California and having visited SF many times prior but then moving out of state, when I return... I would make this hotel my go to, hands down based on an overall outstanding stay.

My partner and I stayed here for Valentine's day weekend. He got a surprise free upgrade to a room facing California, probably because he became a "gold status member" after booking at an Omni hotel twice. The rewards program was free so it seems worth it to join. They left a rose petal heart, towel art and some chocolates. The bathtub had a little bag of bath salts and a heart shaped bath bomb which was thoughtful and cute, but the bath bomb didn't really do anything. They also gave us a free drink voucher for a glass of beer/wine at the bar or cup of coffee in the morning from their cafe but we didn't end up using it. The staff was super nice and polite. The only negative things I'd have to say is one of the robes felt more worn down than the other and the wireless charger they try to advertise is actually really bad, our phone was dead in the morning. It's a nice place if you're looking to stay in the FiDi but there are other really nice hotels in the area too, I wouldn't say this was anything particularly special. We were lucky enough to score a free parking space across the street from the hotel, but I've heard others haven't been so lucky. Don't pay for the valet! There are nearby parking garages that are like 1/2 the price of their valet.

I stayed at the Omni San Francisco in April. I had the most relaxing and pleasant stay. The beds and pillows are plush; the kind I wish I had at home. The staff from the front desk, valet and housekeeping went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I have now returned to San Francisco and chose the Omni again based on my first stay. Upon arrival, the front desk recognized me. I'm feeling they value my business which is always a plus when I'm staying at a hotel. I will stay at the Omni the next time I come to SF.

I stayed here for a business trip and thought it was a great hotel. It's central to the financial district and the ferry building, so a very walkable location. The room was comfy and clean but I did wish they had more thoughtful placement of electric outlets for devices.

We were there on a Company trip to run the Marathon on July 26th to the 28th. Some of our party was leaving on the 29th. We got arrived there early and asked to check in. The whole checking in experience was a nightmare. They gave us the incorrect room (one that was for someone in our group that was checking out on Monday) So once they got to the hotel they asked us to pack up and come down to re do the check in. We had already settled in and showered and was forced to leave only to get there and not have to move. They took my credit card for " incidentals" and charge $300.00. This charge was dropped but today I was charged $105.61 for Resort fees? My name wasn't even on the reservation and they still charged. Now we have to go through customer service and a very Nice lady by the name of Tammy helped us get those charges removed and placed on the correct credit card. The rooms and the hotel is old and smells old. The Beds are very comfortable but very outdated. If you want to avoid a nightmare avoid this hotel. I've stayed at the Omni in Palm Springs and it was the best service we've had. Stay away from Omni San Francisco.

The hotel does not have a refrigerator, even I called and requested one. I will not consider this hotel in the future.

The overall of the hotel was nice and clean. The overnight woman at the front desk was very helpful with providing great outing recommendations. Cons of my stay: (1) eating/using the ice out from the flr ice rm got me sick. I thought i was just dehydrated but the more ice i consumed i felt worse. After dropping something on the flr i looked up and saw a bunch of mold in the ice machine. Very disgusting for a 5 star hotel. (2) the shower head in the shower was not reachable without climbing on something Im 5'3 not sure why it's placed up so high. (3) ordered breakfast and my meat was burnt and it was taking forever to replace so i wasted my money and went out to get food. Overall they could do better, i wasn't impressed considering the cost

I stayed here twice for my test scheduled in the very early morning in SF. The location is very good. The staff are very friendly and responsive. Room is very clean and quiet.

Great FiDi location -- safe, welcoming, and clean. We didn't try the restaurant but it looked to be poppin' on a Saturday night. The front desk associate that helped us wasn't very friendly and I got the hotel information (12 pm checkout!!) by ear hustling the guest next to me's conversation. I loved the high ceilings in the lobby, which are also present in the guest room and bathroom. The only improvement I'd suggest is a refrigerator in the guest room. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful ambiance and historical building to stay in.We had a reservation for me and my sister for 3 nights which we extended due to high quality service that we have gotten. You need to show the proof of vaccination if you are going to dine in to restaurant. Breakfast was fresh and beautifully design. The lobby was clean with marble pavement. Ideally this is a place that people who visit SF need to stay in.

This is a damn nice hotel. I stayed here for three nights and got to eat at the restaurant (breakfast only) and drink at the bar. Hotel Rooms are very nice. You get all of the basics (hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, desk, TV). Also a few things you don't see at the 5 star Motel 6. In room liquor cabinet (warning, they charge you), robe, and other upper scale items. They probably had to burn the robe after I used it. Sorry about that. The hotel itself a beautiful historic building. The staff are top notch. Like a lot of hotels now, strangers cannot go up to the rooms, using the elevator, without a key card. Great from a safety perspective. I do enjoy surprised knocks on my hotel door sometimes. It's like a box of chocolates, you never know who you are going to get. The only downside to the room, and this may have been where my room was situated, was I could hear all of the street traffic, all night long. I was several floors up. I was woken up due to the street sweeper at least twice each night. The wellness center is very impressive. Several ellipticals, treadmills, weight machines, etc. to use. Restaurant The restaurant is breakfast only. It is expensive to eat breakfast here. I ended up with a bill for over $20 for breakfast. I will admit the omelet and sides were very good. The service, like elsewhere in the hotel, is top notch. Bar The wait staff and bartenders are first class. The bartender did a great job on the cocktails. The bar itself has about any drink you want. Some draft beer on the menu and of course wine. There is also a nice craft cocktail menu. Be warned, the bar prices are expensive. Probably not out of the norm for a nice hotel bar. Bar food also available.

We loved our stay at the Omni hotel in SF! It is in a great location and very clean. We received excellent customer service from all staff we encountered including the front desk, housekeeping and valet. I really enjoyed the special touches that the hotel offered that made it so special and memorable for our kids. They had a big jar of fortune cookies at the front desk with a nice note, spa water, apples and a puzzle for them to work on. They were delighted to see and hear the giant holiday soldiers greeting them at the door. Our kids were also surprised by a delivery of 2 giant (delicious) chocolate chip cookies and milk that were sent up to the room. Our room had nice Nest products for toiletries and the hallways had a really nice scent that lingered. We are already planning our next overnight stay in the city and we will definitely return to the Omni.

My family and I stayed here the weekend of Father's Day. It was my first time and our kids staying at this hotel. It's in a perfect location of the Financial District and safe! The rooms are super clean and staff is amazing. The only thing we didn't care for was the restaurant. The breakfast isn't really good and it's overpriced. I Can say that they use powdered eggs as opposed to real fresh eggs. Perhaps, management can look into reducing its prices? China Town is 2 to 3 blocks up from the hotel so make sure you're ready to walk up those steep streets . Thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay very pleasant.

I would definitely recommend the Omni for business travelers. It's super centrally located and clean and comfortable. Beyond that, the front desk staff are outstanding and have absolutely exceeded my expectations! My boss accidentally left a tempurpedic pillow behind after checking out. I called and asked if they could hang on to it until he checked back in on Sunday. His plans changed, and he wound up not arriving until Monday. I called to see if the pillow was still there and Lizzy let me know it was indeed and that she had been waiting for him on Sunday! He checked in on Monday to find not only the pillow waiting for him but some other items he'd also forgotten that I didn't even know about. They really went above and beyond here. I loved the personal touch Lizzy brought to the experience. Omni SF is now our go to hotel when in SF on business.

Great hotel and dog friendly! Brought my pup on a weekend in SF and the Omni was so accommodating. They provided a chew toy, treats, and bowls. Clean and comfortable room within walking distance to the water and Oracle stadium.

Decent hotel think twice before using there valet services they charge you a arm and a leg

This hotel went above expectations and made for a delightful business trip. Staff super welcoming and courteous, even a welcome note on the writing pad from housekeeping. Well kept facilities, free water bottles weirdly very helpful and a rarity these days. Comfy bed, clean linens, etc When it was raining they gave me an umbrella and they cordon off and reroute the entry to a carpeted zone quickly which is very organized and safety focused. All around great location as well, highly recommend!

If you get to stay here for a good price it is a wonderful classy hotel with great caring people! It is often pretty pricey, but great deals can be booked!

Perhaps a bit closer to 4 stars but given the circumstances we found ourselves in over the weekend (see my review of Cow Hollow Inn), the Omni more than earned the full five-star rating. The guy I spoke to on the reservations was very friendly and accommodating on our incredibly short notice and the front desk staff was super hospitable in not only walking our tired, cranky selves through check-in with grace and aplomb, but also providing solid recommendations for where we could find a bite to eat close by. I had come here previously on business trips and really liked my experience - the rooms are comfy, everything is bright and clean, and the beds are firm enough to give some amount of comfort for my back. The outside is just as grand as the Intercontinental/Ritz Carlton at a lower price point. They have a fitness center, among other amenities. Due to COVID, some of the food options in the hotel are not currently available. The location is also super convenient. You're within walking distance of Chinatown/Union Square/Fisherman's Wharf, though bear in mind that, on the weekends, particularly during COVID, the area right around the hotel is pretty dead. Would definitely come back to stay here. We decided not to spring for the super early check-in at 10AM (which is an extra $100) but the staff were kind enough to get us into our room at around 11AM. We so appreciated that.

Nice hotel near the Financial District of San Francisco. I managed to get a decent deal to stay here for my husband's birthday weekend at the end of July. It was still pretty quiet but they were starting to reopen the bar and some of the other amenities. It's an older hotel and you could say it's a bit dated. Everything was in pretty good shape, but if you want somewhere with all the modern bells and whistles this may not be it. The valets were chill and the check-in desk staff were very friendly, they made us feel welcome. They were all very chatty as we came and went throughout our visit, too. The valet parking is as extortionate as it is at every other hotel in the city. The room itself was really nice - we were on a high floor so it was very quiet. Decent sized room for the area. We had everything we needed - desk, two chairs, king bed, TV, etc. I liked that they provided robes. A couple of downsides: the first was that I couldn't find an outlet. Turned out there was one on the side of the lamp which I didn't notice until we were packing up. They could really use more, everyone has devices to charge. Secondly, the wifi is $10 a day. Kinda galling when you're already paying so much. I thought I could overlook it, but the second day we were unable to access it at all; it wouldn't refresh so we couldn't connect at all after the first 24 hours. Worse, the wifi signaller gave off such a bright green light in the night that it woke me up. I had to fashion some things together to cover it up. The location was good for our purposes, it's close to plenty of cafés and restaurants. A short walk from Tadich Grill. About 1.2 miles from Oracle Park, which is walkable in 30 minutes. It's a good spot to stay for shopping, too. Market Street stores are about a mile, 15-20 minutes walk away. A good option, with a few caveats.

We came into San Francisco from the East Bay - a weekend away to show our 4 year old the city. The staff are AMAZING. So friendly, always proactively asking to help. 10/10 on service level. We asked for an early check-in. We weren't promised one but they were able to get us a room at about 11am which was perfect. At check-in, my daughter was given a little adventure pack with snacks, juice, and some coloring activities. It was the perfect start to the weekend and made her feel very special. Important (for me) to note that the milk and cookies happy hour is not happening post-COVID. I was looking forward to that. They did have a candy jar in the lobby that was a hit - currently filled with latinx inspired treats. Also spa water available all day, coffee in the morning, The rooms were good. Clean and spacious. Room service was available. We brought a small cot for our 4 year old and they even made her bed for her. That was very sweet. They've put the little touches into this hotel. We would definitely come back! The only downside is that many local breakfast/lunch spots by the hotel are not open on the weekends. Even the Starbucks was a ghost town! Not the hotel's fault by any means.

Ok great hotel, great service with one glaring example. On our way out the bellman asked us if we needed a cab. He then spent 5-6 minutes insulting my wife for choosing Uber. Basically making us feel unsafe. He has a salt and pepper beard and stood on the street facing us and wouldn't shut up. Please retrain him or have him not work with customers! He's ruining your hotel's customer experience.

We stayed at the Omni for a couple days. Things just felt off the whole time. Lemme break it down. Location: decent Noise level: decent. We could sleep all night. Here's everything that went wrong: 1. Out fridge didn't work, it couldn't be fixed. This is actually a huge nightmare. A four star hotel with no fridge. 2. Bathroom. No fan. Awful. Like update the place please 3. Towels? Idk what happened but we only got half the towels we needed. After a room refresh we had more towels. Not impressed 4. People near us got room service then their dirty dishes were on the floor day after day after day. And then to top of off food fell off their plates and it wasn't cleaned up properly. 5. The room decor was so outdated and awful. My recommendation is to stay anywhere but here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Omni. A few days before my stay, Jasmine, emailed me with a welcome and helped answer my many questions. Darryl, the doorman, was such a friendly and helpful person. Check in was easy and we were provided a fridge in our room. We also got a fruit platter to welcome us. I'd definitely stay here again.

The Valet was $74 for ONE NIGHT. That's insane and you don't have any choice because there's not much parking let alone overnight parking in SF. They also charged a $28 "destination" resort fee in addition to the amount I paid online. The restaurant didn't have much options and was very expensive. I would stay at the Whitcomb over this hotel.

Had to cancel our non-refundable reservation due to an unexpected event and Lizzy the manager there was so kind and understanding, she took care of us, cancelled it for a full refund. Thanks again so much for your help and can't wait to stay there when we go to SF next!

Wonderful location, felt safe to walk with the kids, and it's close to BART and cable car. The room itself was clean and nice, 3 little windows instead of a big one so the view was obstructed, but we would definitely stay here again.

The Omni, San Francisco's okayest hotel... My husband and I stayed here for 3 days over the 4th of July holiday. The outside appearance of the hotel exudes luxury. The rooms, not so much. TLDR: Pros: - Convenient location in FiDi near the Montgomery stop. - Free bougie infused water, fruit, coffee, and tea - Friendly front desk people Cons: - You can't contact Housekeeping. The phone is off the hook. - You can request something by calling guest services, but you'll never receive it. I'm 7 months pregnant and requested extra pillows twice (two separate days). When they never came, we had to go directly to the front desk. - Our safe was broken. - The Keurig had bugs in it. I tried to brew a cup of hot tea. What came out was murky water filled with gnats. - WiFi isn't free. - There is no fan in the bathroom, so everything from the shower area to the bedroom area gets humid. For the price, you could definitely do WAY better. The Omni should spend less money trying to look nice and more money on guest comfort.

We've stayed at the Omni twice now and we are so impressed; I don't think we'll want to stay anyplace else in the city. The rooms are lovely, and clean, and so comfortable, with great views. Little amenities like chocolates on your pillows and phone-charging stations, soft sheets, and a big, spacious tub and shower made our stay so nice, but the staff at Omni are the real treasure. They are friendly and helpful and seem to actually enjoy their guests. We didn't want to leave. We'll be back, Omni SF.

In August 2022 I stayed at the Omni during my wedding weekend. The Omni team went above and beyond to make the stay amazing not just for me and my now-husband but for all of our wedding guests staying at the hotel. The location is beautiful, an amazing value, and I cannot recommend it enough!

Can't say enough good things about our experience! We are currently on day 1 of our 2 nights stay and we don't want to leave! From our valet experience (very sweet lady), to the bellman Alex who treated my daughter with such kindness, went out of his way to deliver a handwritten note with a teddy bear and a kids bag filled with activities. The front desk are so attentive; made sure we have plenty of waters, made sure to inform us whenever our food was delivered from DoorDash (unfortunately room service is not available due to covid) Gave us great restaurant recommendations and even housekeeping ladies are super sweet! Hand written note welcoming us. I've already told my family and friends to come stay here and we will definitely come back.

Stayed here for one weekend. $70+/night valet is completely ridiculous. Room itself very average. Place is clean. Front wasn't the nicest person but overall staff was nice. We call for concierge, doesn't exist. Would I stay here again, yes but will definitely look around first

Man this hotel is a well oil machine! Customer service is definitely part of their culture. The staff greeted us and always opened the doors when we arrived. They took the time to remember our names. Room service was great and fast. Hotel was clean and great location. We will definitely be back. We took the ferry into town and the hotel is a short walk from the ferry building.
